We want a refund! We took our vehicle to this guy, Ken, to get it fixed and in hopes of it running smoothly. We spent a lot of money on our vehicle for the parts and the labor. He took his time getting the car fixed and he did not fix everything, he ran a diagnostic and missed a whole bunch of stuff. The car still makes loud noises and we still have a lot of our sensors on due to the shabby work he did. GuaranteebWe are grateful for the work he attempted to do on the vehicle, but if you cannot do he job just say that. He would say one thing and then turn around and do something else or change his mind. He lied a couple of times too about certain things. I will look at the paper that was given to me to see what he "fixed" and if those are some of the same problems that is wrong with our vehicle this time around, then I will be asking for our money back for the things he claimed to have fixed. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Also, he is not in the shop when it opens, he arrives at 12pm. He also add things to the vehicle without letting you know he is doing it and without your permission.

This place is great. I just went to Midas to get my car checked because of my check engine light came on. N they told me it cost me about $800 to get it fixed. So I took it to Ken's n they charge me $200 for parts n labor. That's a huge difference. So if you need something fixed car wise this is the place to go. They just don't do auto body work. But other then that go here.

They were very helpful in trying to figure out the problem with my truck. But it prove to be more than a mere issue. I commend them for the attempt. No charges were presented. I'll definitely be back to see these guys once I sort things out. Ken jr. explained everything that was tried. I recommend giving these guys a call when in need of automotive care.

I had an oil change, and was informed of some issues with my car. The cost for the repairs was almost $6,000.00. I took it to Ken's, and it was repaired quickly, and it was barely a fraction of the cost. They were all so nice, and friendly. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable everyone was, and they knew right away what the problem was. I would highly recommend. I know that I will have future repairs done here

I love Ken. Been dealing with him for years. Knowledgeable and if he doesn't know he will get you answers. He's affordable as well. I love his hours...us working folk maybe not able to get our cars to the shop before 5, Ken will take care of you after 5.
