2020 F150 Raptor for two new front tires. One tire had marked inside wear. Apparently after fitting the new tires, my truck wouldn’t fit on the alignment rack. Shop refused to issue a discount due to their inability to get the alignment done, in my opinion hiding behind the alignment service being listed as “complimentary.” So I paid full price without getting what I would consider a proper install. I’ve gone here for tires on multiple cars in the past, multiple occasions for each. Will not repeat business.

On an out of town trip, we ran into some tire trouble on Memorial Day. We went to Walmart's auto center first. We were told that it could not be repaired, and they didn't have the tire we needed. They then refused to put our spare tire on. They put the bad tire back on the car, backed it into the parking lot, where my husband and son then removed the tire again, and put the spare on. We called Ken Towerys, and the person we spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. We were close, they had our tire in stock, and could get us in right away. They weren't kidding. They were waiting for us when we got there. They inspected the tire, and told us they could repair it. It took all of 10 minutes. They asked us to pull into the bay so they could easily mount the tire back on, and ensure the torque was correct, so that we could "get back on the road safely". The gentleman that helped us was genuinely friendly, and even offered my son a job. It's hard to find good service these days, and this place was top notch.

Poorly ran and managed. Disorganized and not willing to do anything beyond the very bare minimum to help a customer. Very bad experience with recent tire rotation that turned into a blowout less than 5miles down the road and zero was done to make it right.

My wife went in there because she had a tire losing pressure and she was in the area. When she pulled in (approx. 8:00AM) they put air in it and told her to "have a nice day." Treating her like she didn't know what she was talking about. She had to explain to the TECH that it needs to be looked at to find the leak. So they had her go in and wait. On top of taking TWO HOURS to find a screw and plug it (and they were SLOW) Albert Snavely tried to charge her for the repair even though she told him that she had road hazard. So before she left I called the old General Manager, Tim Ray and he confirmed that the repair should be free. So, after I relayed her the message she told Albert that Tim had said that with the road hazard that is in the computer system tied to her VIN that the repair should be free. After that he changed his tone with her and she left without paying. If you are a woman stay away from this place because they will try to cheat you out of money. They are crooks and a shitty place to go to.

Spoke to Albert on Sunday afternoon about patching a tire for me. He was able to get me in and out in about an hour and checked the brakes for me as well. Great service, highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service from Albert who took care of me right from the beginning. Needed a battery ASAP and it was taken care of with a tuneup free of charge. Can’t beat that. Appreciate everyone’s help. Definitely recommend Ken Towery’s. !

Called around 4pm on a Sunday my wife’s car broke a control arm near Lexington heading back to Ohio. Preston and his crew stayed late after close and fixed the car. Big shout out to those dudes and their commitment to helping people and going above and beyond to get them on the road again. Also didn’t try to rip me off because of the emergent situation. All class thank you

Preston took good care of me so far. Still need to bring a wheel in for second tire mount. Will need to get tire pressure valve stems straightened out then.

I got my tires rotated here while on a road trip after having them rotated at a prior company the day prior who installed them backwards(directional tires). They didn’t charge me and had me in and out in 20 minutes. Great service.

I’ve been here twice and have had nothing but an excellent experience both times. Most recently I brought my SUV to get checked for a nail in the tire. After ensuring there was no leak, they were able to just pull the nail out and didn’t charge me anything. Definitely recommend this location in particular

The young man working the front was very informative, knowledgeable and honest. The staff in the shop showed great concern for my safety by explaining the work needed in detail so I could make a decision. No pressure sales tactics which put me at ease. You have a great group there.

7/21/2026. Had an appointment at 7:30am, the doors didn’t unlock and lights come on until 8:15am. Service host had the audacity to attempt to gaslight me and be dishonest saying she was there at 7:30. A dashcam vid would disprove that notion. Move past that to the reason i was there and the parts were not ordered on an appointment that was made the prior Tuesday. Total incompetence all the way around. This Mickey Mouse outfit needs to be padlocked ASAP! Judging by the comments, these type of issues appears to be of common place.

The employees are so patient and helpful. They do excellent work and, if anything, undercharge for their services. I thought I needed two sensors but instead of selling me two, they checked and sold me one. Everything was perfect.

I purchased tires on tirerack.com and they listed Ken Towery as one of the Installers that I could use. I called to set up appointment and set it up for Saturday morning At 11. Tire rack will also give you the agreed installation price for the tires which you are supposed to take with you when you get them installed. On Saturday morning I showed up to Ken Tower’s around 10:55. When I walked in to the check in area, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for approximately six or seven minutes and no one came. So I went back open the door again for the little ding for the them to hear it. someone finally came in and took my info. I gave them my keys and asked them how long it would take. He said it should be done by 12:30 or 1:00 at the latest. He said he would call me when it was ready.I thanked him and told him I would be back and went to get some food. I came back to the shop around 12:15 and again there was nobody at the front desk so I made my way to the waiting area and had a seat. I waited for approximately 45 minutes and went back to the front desk around 1:00 to see how it was coming. At this time, I asked the clerk where we were as far as the tire installation went and he stated that sorry, but we’re running behind. I can have it done in 30 minutes. I was a little frustrated, so I went back to the waiting area to continue waiting. It was not done in 30 minutes. It was 1:50 when it was finally done. He rang up the Bill and quoted me a price that was $70 more expensive than what had been quoted on tirerack.com. I showed him the print out and he did bring the price down to that price. I understand that delays to happen and some things are unavoidable but you could at least give me a call to let me know what’s going on or that it’s gonna take longer than expected. Overall, pretty dissatisfied with the experience.

Had a tire going low. Stopped to do what ever was needed to fix problem. They put car on jack over inflated the tire and could not find the leak. Said it could be just old dry rotted tires. Drove 1/2 mile to Costco the tire lost 5 lbs of air pressure during that movement. Costco found a big puncture in the tire. Photo below. So Ken Towery was a total failure and a loss of 1/2 hour of my time. Bought 4 new tires from Costco.
