Fun and easy! I like a clean car for less effort on my part. Letting their machine do the work, works for me. Sometimes the pressure pops my gas tank door open at the end, but it's never done damage and it's an easy fix.

The wash attendant did not care 1 bit about people's paint job. Every single car he washed he used the same dry brush and did not spray one vehicle. I went on the Kendall’s chat so they can retrain the attendant. I was told someone would be contacting me. It's been 9 days and still haven't heard anything. My advice is if you like your paint job avoid this place.

Blew out my tire, so was towed here. Service department took good care of me. Tricia answered all my questions and provided great customer service! Turned out the blown tire was a blessing in disguise. Have an appointment scheduled next week to get some work done that was needed. Great to know a dealership is honest and trustworthy. I will be back!

BEWARE This car wash left bunch of scratches on my truck. I recently purchased it and had hand washed multiple times. These are new scratches all down the sides. The car wash was crazy loud and aggressive on my full size (gmc 2500) truck. I will be calling management but wanted to let others know.

The sales department people are amazing but the service department is a joke do not go get your car serviced there I went there almost three weeks ago to have items be fixed on my car under warranty and they still have not called me back to see if the warranty will cover them I have called twice and they keep saying that they're still waiting for warranty to call them back so I took it to a local mechanic and they are fixing it next week no problem also the mechanic I'm using now has told me that Kendall lied to me about a couple things needing fixed just because they're trying to get my money don't waste your time or your money at Kendall. This is also my second time buying a car from them I will never buy a car from them again if this is how they treat their repeat customers and I will be letting my mom know that she is looking to buy a car

This place is ALWAYS closed. Middle of the day- closed. Morning time- closed. Afternoon- closed. I live by them so I see every time I go by. If you’re lucky enough to show up during the 10 mins a week that they are open, you’re going to get a mediocre wash at best. I told myself never again after the last wash didn’t even clean my windshield. I only tried to go here today because the other car wash had 20 cars waiting and I’m getting desperate. At least they were open at 11am. Kendall sales is terrible too, so I don’t know why I expected any different. Just say no to all things Kendall and save yourself.

If your car has damage, don't go here. They won't tell you they won't service you before you get queued up to the bay, and you'll have to take a slow drive through and end up going somewhere else anyway. Only place in town we've gone and gotten told they won't serve us because there's damage on the vehicle. Nevermind that this was a follow-up visit to use a coupon for a free wash that we got from a prior bad experience, so... I guess don't go here anyway. Wow, y'all... edit: How are you going to get in touch with me when you don't have my contact information? LoL Performative gesture in public months later after the fact just to try to look like they're addressing problems! So, not only are they going to do a bad job, they'll gaslight in public and hope nobody notices. Woooooww.

No complaints - especially cause they gave me a bunch of free washes. Doubt I would go there otherwise. Does a decent job except for needing to towel dry your car as it comes out dripping wet. No biggie, much like any other auto car wash. Nothing replaced doing it by hand.

Paid $18 to get my truck wash. They folded my mirrors in but didn't come out to unfold them. They had to get out and block traffic. Soap was left on the truck.Did not rinse it all off would not recommend for the price. Or quality

This is a fine car wash - sometimes lapse in service but overall good value. The wash does not do a good job rinsing the vehicle of soap for the highest level wash, leading to having to either wipe it off at home or hope that the drying function in the wash gets it all out. The wash itself is pretty harsh and will knock mirrors around, but overall a good experience.

I am giving this place five stars because of my experience specifically with the worker that has the butterfly tattoo on their neck. They were so kind and patient with me when I struggled to put my car in neutral. We got our car a few months ago and I am still figuring everything out. I was horrified when I couldn’t get it in neutral and the employee helped me and was so kind the whole time. I even got it in neutral and then somehow it went back into park and I had to back up twice. They stayed super chill the whole time and assured me it was not a big deal. Kendall should keep hiring employee's just like this person.

Only reason I use this car wash is when I have free coupons from a service at Kendall. They’ve replaced the equipment within the last two years, but it still does a mediocre job like the old equipment. So many better car washes that I would go to if I was paying for it.

Today I went to wash my BMW car, but about halfway through, the machine stopped running and the soapy water came out without being washed away. I already waited too long and there was a long line, so I couldn't complain. I came here hoping there was no damage to the car.

This car wash is easy to find at the Kendall Auto Mall area in Eugene, it has long lines at times. In my recent experience at this car wash, my car was clean after but there drying system didn't work so well. Also, the attendant was a bit rude as I pulled up to have my car washed.

Got back from the coast and went through the wash. There was still salt and dirt on my car. And half way through it shut off for like 15 seconds. Even though I have unlimited washes for the life of my car I wont be going back.
