These guys are world class. Just so professional. They did an EV Charger install in my garage, and I can't say enough good things about them. Incredibly responsive, sensitive to all the extra issues that come with an install. Totally trustworthy - we felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house to complete the work, while the kids needed to be picked up at school.
Kurt's now my go to for anything electrical and I'd happily pay a premium to work with them.

If you're okay with paying exorbitant rates ($218 for the first half hour and $145/hr after that) call Keyes. If you don't mind being charged for 2 hrs of labor at the above rates when the job takes 30 minutes to complete, give them a go.

A nightmare. First, they threw in the wrong size filter, taped up the box, and called it a day. We didn’t discover it was the wrong filter until months later when chunks of dust were blowing out the vent. They called to reschedule our appointment three times. Then they overcharged our AC unit, potentially causing thousands in damage to the compressor and leaving us without working AC for days during the peak summer heat. To make matters worse, they misdiagnosed the issue and tried to blame the company we brought in for a second opinion. On top of all of this, we just discovered they didn't clean the system as they should have during their last maintenance visit. I'm sure there are plenty of competent HVAC companies in the area, but Keyes isn't one of them.

We purchased a new home in 2023 and needed immediate assistance with a non functioning air conditioning. Their technicians went through the troubleshooting process and helped us solve the problems the company installing and servicing our system left behind. They communicated the process and cost step by step. We have since used them for heating and cooling maintenance and their electrical department for upgrades throughout the home. We highly recommend the company and their technicians.

We had Keyes replace our air conditioning system and were so impressed and pleased with the results. Everyone we dealt with were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling around our schedules wasn't easy, but they made every accommodation to suit our needs. A few weeks after installation one unit developed a leak over the weekend and they were out first thing Monday repaired it and we were quickly back in service. A special shout out to Justin. He went above and beyond every step of the way.
