I had a fantastic experience with Lexus of Watertown and would very highly recommend! The entire team was top notch- very responsive and service-oriented. I spoke to many Lexus dealerships across New England and the Lexus of Watertown team was definitely the best! They had a great selection to choose from, were very competitive and extremely accommodating to an out of state buyer. I originally worked with Rafael Pezente who was great, and then connected with Matt Auger who was absolutely fantastic and made the entire experience so smooth and easy. He was very patient and helpful. Even if you’re from another New England state, don’t hesitate with contacting Lexus of Watertown. I was able to do most the interaction by phone, and they ultimately delivered the car to me in RI! It was so easy and worth it! Highly recommend!!!

Best car dealership you will ever find in town!!! Me and my husband were so impressed by how nice this place looks when we stepped in. Plus we got warmly greeted by Ussa, who became our salesman, provided us the top notch service. He patiently answered all our questions and let us test drive both RX 350 and NX350 on a late Sunday afternoon! We ended up purchasing the NX350 because there was no reason to say NO to this adorable car and all kinds of amazing services Lexus provides. Also shoutout to Alex who made the financing process seamlessly easy. Today we picked up the new car. Ussa spent hours to show us all the cool features of the car and how to set up the profile on the phone etc.. Really really appreciate his help!
