I recently did my brakes for my Lexus RX 300. It’s been giving me hard time for long time. The mechanics are really professional working here. They did explain me about the things needed to be changed and great customer satisfaction and service provided here especially the guy working in the gas station is the best. Cannot recommend this place enough. On 2 separate occasions I’ve come in to get gas and mentioned my tire pressure has been off. They’ve immediately taken my car back, found the problem, and fixed it in under 15 minutes while simultaneously charging me an absolute steal. They are very knowledgeable and so kind. I just wanted to install some part of my car. Instead of helping, someone rudely brushed me off saying "no appointment, no space." I said I'm fine with coming another day, just wanted to know if they could do the job. Then they quoted me $150 for something I've had done it in next store for just $30 Felt like they were trying to get rid of me. Not coming back.

I took my brand-new car to this place for a simple oil change and paid for the service. When I picked up my car, I realized the oil was never changed. I brought the car back, and instead of taking responsibility, they lied and claimed there was an “oil leak.” I asked them to check the car again and even checked the parking spot where the car was sitting no oil leak, no stains, nothing. Despite that, they insisted something was wrong and then told me I had to pay again or they would not give me my keys back. The owner was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, speaking to me in a rude and dismissive way instead of trying to resolve the issue. I took my car to the dealership the same day, and they confirmed there was no leak and no issue at all, proving this shop lied. To make matters worse, a family member later told me this same shop damaged his car, costing him $1,800 to fix. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and predatory. Do not go here. Run.

Went here for the first and last time in my life.Think not once but ten times before going here to get your car repaired. Get the labor cost and all the information before doing any work on the car because you will regret it later. These garages charge the most money in the Watertown area while also not doing the work satisfactorily.

I went to this shop for one specific thing: a TNC inspection. I was very clear about it. Instead, without my consent, they performed a regular state inspection that I had already completed the day before. What makes this even worse is that my car already had the inspection sticker clearly showing the correct date, proving the inspection was valid until next year. It was literally right there on the windshield. Despite that, they removed the valid sticker and put a new one after doing a service I did not ask for. When I confronted them, they first claimed, “That’s what you asked for.” Then they changed their story and said they “forgot” what I asked for — so they just decided on their own to do the regular inspection anyway. I told them I was not paying for something I didn’t request and didn’t need. Their response was unacceptable: they said if I didn’t pay, they would not give me my car back and would keep my keys. To top it all off, the owner was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Removing a valid inspection sticker, doing unauthorized work, and then holding someone’s car and keys hostage is not normal or legal behavior for a business.
