Our tie rods needed to be replaced. After a few shops quoting me more than double what they charged me and all the other shops said I needed more repairs than they did. I felt like they were very fair and reasonable. We have an old car and just want the minimum repairs to keep it working and safe for another year or two. They were perfect for what we need for this car. No hidden fees or charges. Quoted and charged fairly. They didn't bother me about all the other repairs it need either just did the job we wanted and didn't try to talk me into more repairs we didn't want/need.

Ibad is a fantastic mechanic and very informative about the process. I got a quote from the dealership to replace the engine oil cooler housing for $1,800+ and another $360 for the coolant flush. Ended up buying the part for $263 from Advanced Auto Parts and he was able to get it done with the flush for $250 in labor. Total: $513.00. The car was repaired within several hours after it was dropped off without a prior appointment. The problem was fixed and the price was reasonable. The people were nice. This was my first experience with the shop and I am happy with it. The most unprofessional repair place I ever been to! I cannot believe what just happened! Just wanted oil changed, well done in the dirty shop. But they don’t know how to reset the oil change period. Another of them went to YouTube (Yes! Youtube!) on his phone. It’s fine if he can fix it. However, he tried to find the setting in navigation sector for a few minutes. Finally I made it, yes myself. Such a unprofessional person, meanwhile, blamed to his boss it’s my mistake. I can’t understand that at all! Without me, he cannot even reset it. I went to this place because it’s close and has high rating. Really?! My car is a normal Mazda 3, I cannot see any difficult to deal with it.

I normally don’t like writing negative reviews, but I felt obligated to write this one for Hi Auto. I went there based on a friend’s recommendation. On the first day, I honestly couldn’t even understand what was going on. Because my English is not very good, I had to explain my problem to three different people, and each one told me something different. There was no communication among them, everyone said something else, and no one truly cared. This process took about four hours. Eventually, someone told me to buy the part and come back the next day. I did exactly that. The next day, I came with the part, but this time another person told me, “There are too many cars, come back tomorrow.” I went again the following day, similar things happened, and once again my entire day was wasted. Every time they said “come tomorrow,” I was there at 8 a.m. I am someone who always arrives at appointments at least 30 minutes early; this has been my habit my whole life. Finally, on Friday, after waiting for hours, they took my car in for repair. They checked it, said there were a few issues, gave me a price, and I agreed. Since it coincided with Friday prayer time, I had to rush and go to prayer. They did the repair, but as soon as I received my car, I realized the problem was exactly the same. I did not want to go through the same stress again. The next day, I went back again, and this time they told me to come early on Monday. By then, they had already taken the repair payment. I told myself, “I’m already involved in this, let it just be finished no matter what.” I was there at 7 a.m. on Monday. I waited for hours. Eventually, I got upset and had to ask, “Is your time valuable but ours not?” Once again, excuses and delays. Lastly, I want to say this: they said they are Pakistani and constantly said “Salam Alaikum.” I felt ashamed of what happened. A Muslim keeps their word and acts honestly. I left without even asking for my money back. However, I do not forgive the time I lost or the inconvenience I experienced. I leave this matter to God. Not everything is about money. If you cannot do a job properly, say so from the beginning. Do not waste people’s time. And one more thing: a Muslim should be an example—if you cannot show exemplary behavior, do not constantly say “Salam Alaikum” and set a bad example for others
