THE BEST! Trust me, in this day and age it is nearly impossible to find a trustworthy mechanic to work on foreign luxury vehicles, simply because they can require more repairs at a higher cost. Peter and George are from the old school, they will literally walk you through the service, give you estimates on cost and time to repair and when finished will actually SHOW you the parts they replaced! On top of that they don't try to persuade you to make unnecessary repairs! The minute my vehicles go out of warranty I call them immediately, they are THAT good!

Best experience ever in buying a car, talk about zero pressure! Peter is as nice a person, as he is a true expert in his field. The 09 Cooper S has been completely trouble free, and returns for scheduled service have been as pleasant as we've ever experienced. I had three cars serviced there last week since my oldesr brother just retired from the auto repair business. I could not be happier with their service. To give you an example of how thorough they are, i saw Louis checking the tire pressure of my spare tire under the car to make sure it was properly inflated. I will also add that they were the second repair shop i went to since my brother retired. I think I have found my new mechanic!!

I had a great experience buying here at Sarris. I called to schedule a test drive and the vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. I was not able to make my purchase that day so they put a "hold" sign on the windshield until I returned. The rest of the process was also very smooth. They had the Jeep tuned up, registered, inspected, and ready to take home when I returned after finalizing the sale. I would certainly recommend visiting Sarris if they have a vehicle you are interested in.

Sarris sells a more upscale class of vehicles, but when I bought a used Yaris through them I was still treated as though I were buying an upper echelon Mercedes. While sitting in the lobby waiting to take a test drive, I could tell just from overheard conversations he was having with other customers that I had come to the right place. Fantastically professional and honest people, and if I lived closer to their shop, I would without question bring my vehicles for service whenever they needed it. Amazing experience, and Peter's the best. Not to mention they took care of all the running for me, which was just huge. Probably the most stress-free car purchase I've ever had, and I've owned 15 or more cars.

I could not be MORE pleased with the 2011 Mercedes ML350 I bought a few days ago from Peter Sarris. The quality of his inventory selection was far superior than every other 2011 ML that I visited during my search. No other dealer (Mercedes or Private) offered anything remotely close with car condition or price, this was an easy decision since he buys only high grade vehicles in fantastic shape. I didn't plan on buying anything for another month yet and this location was far out of my way, but when I saw the incredible condition of this car the choice was obvious. Sarris Auto is a family owned boutique car dealership that has served the needs of New England car buyers for over 50 years. Sarris Auto enjoys an excellent reputation for the sales and service of first class pre-owned foreign and domestic vehicles. Sarris Auto always has a wonderful selection of vehicles and, over the years, my family has purchased two pre-owned BMW's and one pre-owned Mercedes Benz. Extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing issues correctly! They can repair all makes and models however European and especially German cars are their specialty! They use all the OE software and parts like the dealers do, but the repairs will run you a fraction of what the dealer charges. This shop and the owner are top notch in every way. Peter is truly an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable guy. I brought my car here a little while ago because of a noise (that I could not replicate once I arrived, go figure) and he looked at it, had the car overnight and the next morning. So extremely pleased with Peter at Sarris Auto Sales and Service. We were in town on vacation and driving a rental. The rental vehicle got a flat and we needed to get it repaired quickly so that we could continue on with our vacation plans. I called many tire shops closer to where we were staying and they all said the same thing….too busy, can’t get to it. I called Sarris and spoke with Peter and he said sure, bring it on in! Peter was very professional and even drove to pick up the new tire for us since they had already had their Saturday delivery earlier in the morning. While we certainly did not want to stop and put a new tire on a rental, we were so happy and blessed to have found Sarris because they got us on our way as quickly as they could! Although this review is a bit over-due, I had to leave one to express how great my experience has been here. I bought my very 1st car from Peter almost a year ago. He was wonderful in answering my countless questions, taking notes on exactly what kind of car/specifications I wanted, while also making great suggestions in what to look for. From the moment he found the car for me - preparing it, sitting down to explain and review paperwork, registering the car .. it was all smooth-sailing! To this day with any questions I have as a first time car owner, he’s always more than happy to speak on the phone.
