I brought my car to Auto Precision after I got rear ended. They have performed an excellent job. Repairs cannot be seen at all, my car looks like new. On top of this they also thoroughly cleaned and washed it. It is also worth noting that they have a rental car, which is very convenient. All in all I would definitely recommend this body shop for your repairs.

Needed Tesla Model 3 bodywork repair - mashed up front bumper. The big Tesla bodyshops have been great in the past but they are certainly expensive, are 30 minutes drive away and have 4+ weeks of backlog. Anatoly and his team are local and they quoted me on the spot one Friday, and then got the work done the following week (including new OEM bumper and Tesla paint!). They also saved me several hundred dollars by repairing rather than replacing a damaged connector and fog light, and took care of another scratch for cheap. Super quick, perfect work and very friendly and communicative. Plus they cleaned the interior before delivery - erasing years of my kid’s hard work to dirty it up - looked brand new inside and out!

I've brought my Jeep Wrangler here two times, both being somewhat big body repair jobs, and each time has been awesome. Anatoly was easy to work with and handled everything to my satisfaction....and each time I picked up the Jeep it looked perfect. First of all, I never imagined myself being excited about a body shop, since I associate them with accidents, but Auto Precision has changed that. We had an unlucky year with multiple accidents and I’d been dragging my feet on dealing with insurance to get things taken care of. My wife found Auto Precision based on the reviews, and I’m so glad she did. It was a totally different experience to any repair shop we’ve used over our many years of car ownership. Both Anatoly and Andrei talked us through things (Andrei the insurance side and Anatoly the car side). They worked directly with our insurance, kept us updated the whole time, kept meticulous computerized records and helped us make sense of what was what with our insurance (including that we had an outstanding check owed to us that we should get re-issued from the insurance company). They took what was a stressful and confusing situation and made it feel straightforward and logical. Most importantly, our Jeep looks beautiful. We had some old scratches from bushes and parking lots and sticky remainders of ill-advised packing tape, and they took care of those things as a little extra with no charge or even mention of them until I brought it up to thank them. They detailed the car, and it felt new despite our multiple kids & dog. They have been in business for 40 years, and it is clear why. Don’t let the side street location fool you-I highly recommend them and would go back to them for anything they would take care of.

Anatoly and his co-workers helped me to fix my car issue with tire pressure signal (it was keep having the warning signal on, and I didn’t get it successfully fixed at other places). Besides that, they also helped me to the car cleaned inside and out. Anatoly is very nice and he communicated very well and offered a very reasonable price. When I got my car, I know it has been taken good care of by this team. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this place.

I took my car after it was involved in an accident. They were very well located and had good reviews, even though it took time because my car was a 2014 and the piece was difficult to find they helped me in the process, took the time to find a place that had a good enough piece to replace the damaged one and the outcome was really good, well done. A tree limb fell on my 2020 Tesla Y, shattering the rear glass and denting the tailgate frame. See the photos for a before and after of the repair. It was terrible timing, just as the holidays were starting, with tons of rain in the forecast. The only place I have to keep my car is outdoors. My insurance company (Progressive) was unresponsive and unhelpful. After checking that Auto Precision was on their list of approved shops, I gave them a call and I'm really glad I did. After getting the case number, the shop handled all further communication with insurance. The shop was booked up for a few weeks, but they were able to take my car and put it into covered storage to get it out of the rain, which was a huge relief. The repair took a while because of lead times on the replacement glass, but the shop was honest with me about time estimates and responsive when I called. In the end, the repair is flawless. The paint match is perfect, the glass is properly fitted and aligned, the rear defroster still works like it should. It looks like nothing ever happened. They even fixed acorn dents in the rear hatch that predate the incident (Thanks Anatoly!) I know a lot of body shops are wary of working on Teslas and a lot of Tesla owners don't know where to take their vehicles. Auto Precision didn't hesitate at all and they did a fantastic job. Don't let your insurance or Tesla service pick a body shop for you. Contact Auto Precision, you won't regret it.
