My 20+ year search for a skilled, experienced, trusted/trustworthy, highly competent, reasonably priced service shop is finally over - Watertown Mutual is it, hands down. The waiting room is basic but there are many other options nearby including an actual diner! Good gas prices, too. Overall highly recommended.

Wow! A friend recommended I go there to plug my tires. *Michael* was super attentive. Finished up on something he was working on inside and was out to look at my tires within 5 mins. Evaluated them and plugged them right then.

By far the best auto-shop that I have been too. They are friendly, knowledgeable, honest, always do what they said and in a timely manner + their pricing is more than fair . I highly recommend this car repair shop. The gas station attendees are always courteous and the gas price is the best around as well!

got my state inspection done here and was very pleased with their friendly service. unlike the other guys who just told me to wait in line and didn’t even bother to look at my car, this shop did a quick tint test and let me know that i needed to get my windows de-tinted before spending time for full inspection. i called them later for further guidance too and they were equally courteous and informative. i then returned to get my inspection done in 20 mins flat. i will be going back for other needs as well. definitely five stars.

I called ahead to check on the wait time for an inspection, and they said there was one car in line so come on in! I came on in, and they were able to immediately take my car in. The entire process of drop off, getting the inspection, checking out and paying was 20 minutes. Quick, great service, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Social distancing guidelines are in place too.

These guys were honest and fast. I pulled into town from Philly with car trouble. And I needed to get my car fixed fast. I was a sitting duck, in no position to put up much fuss if they tried to overcharge. But they treated me great. No extra charge for rush work. The total bill was around $50. If I lived nearby, they would be my regular shop.

We've taken our cars here for years for gas, inspection stickers, repairs. Low prices, prompt service, nice work, honest people. Paul and his crew know cars well and work hard to keep even old ones on the road. Convenient location near several major throughways. Great place.

I called this shop today to ask about a repair. I had some questions about the cost and details, but I didn’t fully understand the response. When I asked for clarification, Paul hung up on me instead of explaining. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.

Might be good, but couldn't get help. Made appointment a week ahead just to buy tires. Brought car in 30 minutes early. 2.5 hours later car wasn't even pulled in yet. Why schedule an appointment if I just get bumped out of line by walk-ins? Another day blown waiting for nothing. Will seek a reliable mechanic elsewhere.

The guy who fuels up my car is super RUDE to us. Before we even had the chance to say anything, he had already inserted the card, so we immediately said we only wanted a certain $. Instead of understanding, he snapped at us angrily, spoke in a very rude way, and handled both the card and the pump roughly. It felt like he was venting his anger on us. Very very unpleasant experience. Will never be there again!!!

I was charged $180 for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I had been going here for about a year for basic service on my HR-V; I had trusted them based on my prior experience and the reviews. I appreciate local mechanic shops that are honest and straightforward, so I didn't bother to get a quote for the oil change and tire rotation, assuming it would be in the ballpark of what i'm used to paying. That was a mistake on my part, as they charged me $80 for the tire rotation alone. When I called to ask about the price, I was told the higher cost was due to the TPMS system in HR-Vs. Curious, I called about 5 other local places and looked online and could not find a quote close to what I paid, nor could I find any info about a functional TPMS system making tire rotation more expensive.
