My wife and I drove nearly 3 hours this past weekend to look at a truck I saw listed on Autotrader. Upon arrival, Jabari, greeted us and promptly got us set up for a test drive. Jabari was very courteous and accommodating throughout the entire process. No shady sales tactics, just straight-forward conversation. I was happy with the truck and the purchase experience.

So our engine failed at the Illinois/Indiana state line and the Evansville Kia dealership was phenomenal. It took three tow trucks to finally get us towed to the dealership but the service we received was above and beyond exceptional. If I lived in the area I would purchase from this dealership if I were in the market for a new car.

2 SUVs that need new engines!!
We bought a vehicle from Lou Fusz in Evansvile and as soon as we made it home, the check engine light came on. We took it to the local shop and they let us know that the engine was blown. We took it back to complain. They did not reimburse us the cost we paid but gave us the trade in value and swindled us to get another vehicle. This means we lost thousands already. We had to pay them more for another SUV. 5 days after having that new one, the check engine light came on. The new one also needs a new engine. I would give them a 0 rating if i could. This dealer has put us in a bad financial place twice now. Very stereotypical used car salesman vibes.
