Awesome dealership, kind and friendly service. Found issue with a sound coming from control arms. Previously had at abeloff kia in Stroudsburg and was told they couldn't find anything and it was normal to hear that. This service center found it within an hour. Will be returning here for any future repairs or needs.

Highly disappointed in services received today 12/21/23. I love the fact that Mr. Donald Pernsley just assumed due to turning down services in past due to financial issues that were just not going to do them. And exact words today were "here's your bill and list of recommendations that you got last time " instead of coming out to ask us like in past cause today we were going to get some of them done today but instead he decided to just get us out the door. So pretty sure going to look for anoulther certified kia shop

I have never had such a poor experience. My car broke down on the highway and I had it towed here, as I own a Kia. The woman I spoke with at the service center at 4pm on 12/15/23 was rude, unaccommodating and acted like my car trouble was a burden to her. She finally set me up for an appointment 5 weeks away and assured me my car would not be touched until then. I had limited options, so took the appointment. The tow company called me at 5:15pm this same day to let me know they delivered the car and gave the keys. The next morning, I arrived to Allentown Kia to retrieve items from my car. They told me they donβt have my car there, donβt have my keys, and no record of it. I walk outside and my car is sitting right there in the lot. I was told the car isnβt their problem because they donβt have my keys. Someone here severely dropped the ball, and I will be having my car towed elsewhere as soon as possible. And I expect my keys to be found or provided with a replacement. Disgusting, careless behavior. Would never return for any type of service.

They took my car in and told me they would call me in 2 to 2 1/2 hours and let me know what was wrong with it. 2 1/2 hours later I got a phone call telling me what was wrong with my car, and that it was already fixed, and covered under warranty. I came back and walked towards the office to pick up my key and check out and the gentleman was already headed out the door towards me, with my key. They were very reliable and very professional.

Everyone at Kia is super nice, lovely workers. Now the woman who answers the phones for the service department is so rude, doesnβt speak loud and clearly, absolutely no help at all and comes off as annoyed with helping customers. I hope Kia will find another agent because itβs not the first iv heard of bad reviews of this woman! Makes you not want to go there for service.

I went in for my first oil change and it was fast simple and did I mention the first one is free! Really open service room so you donβt feel on top of other patrons waiting. WINDOW Regulator was out of place but windows worked fine. Kia charged a $100 only to tell me I needed a new part and quoted me $700. Got a second opinion. Paid under $100 for labor to put the existing part in place. Felt disappointed and almost lost a loyal customer. Received a call the next day from the Director of Operations to discuss the diagnostic to replace the part as an Authorized Kia Dealer recommendation and limitations for service. Although Kia wasn't able to take fix the issue itself, I feel at ease and valued as a long-time Kia customer. Was a good reminder to always get a second estimate and to give people a chance to make things right. β¨οΈ

The first time went to this place, it was to make repairs to the used car I recently purchased. Everything was okay and the service was good. Costs were higher than expected but the car was drivable. I took it back for scheduled maintenance and had two problems: back passenger window came out of the rubber track, trunk pistons needed replacement (I bought the parts). Those were 2 repairs I needed done and the attendant assured me it would be done. Well, the window wasn't repaired and trunk pistons weren't repaired properly. When I inquired as to why it wasn't done (when assured it was done), the attendant said the mechanic didn't have the part to correct it. π€ But I was told it was done (according to the text messages). Later at work when I opened my trunk, the pistons popped off, nearly striking me in face. I went back to my original mechanic and got the necessary repairs done...so I paid twice for the same problem. Then came the constant, near harassing phone calls to offer to buy back my car. I wasn't interested, as I told the lady on the phone, but the calls kept coming. Finally, I told them the time and day I was available and brought the car in. They noticed how tense I was and tried to be polite and accommodating. After they inspected the car, they only would offer to pay a third of what I owe on the car. I exhaled, got in car and left. To sum up, I did not have a positive experience with this dealership. I am hoping that if I have take my car in for a specific issue from the manufacturer, I won't return to that particular dealership.
