Very Professional!! I would absolutely recommend to a friend!! I took my vehicle to Mr.Ed's Auto care a few times and each time i was more satisfied than the last. They seem to genuinely pay attention to cleaning the vehicle and correcting any issues or minor marks / scratches on the car. I also used their dent-removal services and was very pleased with the results as well. Overall great guys to deal with, and I will continue to use their services for my vehicles in the future!!

If your looking to undercoat your vehicle then this is the place to go to. I’ve looked at many places and after reading reviews and researching I finally gave Andrew a call at Mr. Ed’s. Now it was a drive for me coming from northern nj but it was worth it. The price was right and I felt at ease after talking with him that my vehicle was in good hands. Not only did I get my ford f150 undercoated but he also detailed for me. He sent me pics of the progress and kept me up to date during the work. I will defiantly be using him again for future work. Very nice guy and great work. You won’t be disappointed at all

Andrew and the techs could not have been nicer. In and out in 90 mins. The interior of my car is spotless and looks great. (Only needed interior done.) Andrew made a point of asking for my approval on the job they had done on some tire Mark's in the back seat, which were caused by having a spare in the back seat for a few weeks. Looked fine to me and was better than I expected. Everyone here was friendly and sociable. Car is immaculate. I would give you 6 stars if I could.

My husband and I wanted to get the interior of my vehicle detailed before installing a car seat. Being very pregnant, it was so convenient that Andrew picked up my car and dropped it off free of charge (as our home fell within the 5 mile radius). He picked up my car around 9:30am and dropped it off around 1:30pm. The interior looked brand new when he returned it -- I have two dogs and had a TON of pet hair that had accumulated over the past 2.5 years since I bought the vehicle and did not see one piece of hair in sight. Andrew made sure to mention that they didn't use any chemicals in the vehicle that would be harmful to the dogs, which was so nice that he had my dogs in mind and I had never even inquired about that. The price was very reasonable, service excellent, and I will definitely use Mr Ed's again !

Mr Ed's was recommended to me by a coworker who showed me some of the work Andrew and his team has done on various vehicles. I was really impressed with the pictures I saw. I had been in the market for tints for a little while, so when I saw Mr Ed's deal for tints, I eagerly jumped on it. I began texting Andrew to learn about the details of the deal. He was extremely pleasant and clear/concise. I had an appointment within the week. Upon dropping my car off, I met Andrew and we talked about what level tints to put on my car. The deal was originally for 30%, but after talking with Andrew, we decided that 20% would look better and he said he would still honor the same price. I came back to his shop a few hours later, and I've got to say, my car looked amazing. I'm very glad I went with the 20% tints. Andrew informed me that when doing the rear window, he had some difficulty because of pet hair (previous owner must have had pets in the car). He said he had to remove a portion of the tint he began to apply and vacuumed the back, under the window. I was impressed with his extra effort and commitment to performing a quality job. I attempted to tip him for his efforts, but he refused it. All around, Andrew and his team did a great job, Andrew was extremely professional and amiable and I could not be happier with my tinting experience.

Since I have analysis paralysis, I spent way too much time evaluating places to have my car detailed. I was searching for a place that did a great job, and for a reasonable price. Car dealers overcharge and the result is just O.K. I must say that I am absolutely shocked with the result of the detailing with the cost for the service. I do not know how they do it, but in about 1.5 hrs, my car was impeccably cleaned inside and out and all for a ridiculously low price. When Andrew called to tell me the car was ready, I asked him if they were able to get the dog hair out, clean the mats, carpets, windows, etc. He sort of chuckled and told me that of course, that was part of the package. My car now looks like it was just driven off a new car lot!!!! No kidding. And the cost for this service was very low. You can book an appointment, bring a book, read for 60-90 minutes and drive away with a pristine, cleaned car! I think the only other review I have ever written on here was about my dentist. I rarely, if ever, take the time to review businesses. I found the service from Mr. Ed's to be so exceptional that I am taking the time to let you all know what a great job Mr. Ed's does with car detailing. Why on earth would I ever think to waste a day off of work to do this myself, when there is no way the result would look anything like this?! Mr. Ed's is a very small family business. I am so happy to support them and I hope anyone who reads this takes their business to Andrew and his family. You will not be disappointed.

I hate leaving reviews for business on my first visit because I value consistency over “New Customer let’s put on a front”… Now I’ve been here 3 times and I finally decide that it’s worth leaving a review! I can 1000% say that I absolutely LOVE this detailing shop! The wash I get is so meticulous it makes all the dead bugs on the front of my bumper from the highway look like a joke! Not to mention the interior cleaning… it’s A1 I leave with my car smelling and feeling Brand new! I wish I can give you guys 10 Stars because you truly deserve it! Brushless is the way to go peeps!

Took my car for tints at another place and had car covered with hard water spots. They referred me to Mr Eds and I must say the customer service is awesome. Greeted by George who was pleasant and spoke to owner Andrew while waiting for exterior detailing, who advised ways to keep my 2019 Optima looking new. I am so pleased with the results!! I recommend them highly and will be going back for waxing and interior detailing when she needs it!! I only had my car 3 weeks when I got tints and I expected my car to look same as I dropped off which I did not get but after being serviced by Mr Eds she looks better than when I drove off car lot!! Thank you guys for the great service and I will recommend to everyone!!

I had a great experience at Mr Ed's auto care! I brought them a car that had been heavily smoked in for years. It smelled terrible and had heavy staining on the fabric interior. The interior looks great now- they removed more than I thought was possible! And the smell is gone after the ozone treatment. They also removed two dents from my bumper. I am so grateful- Not only did they do a great job with the detailing but they are genuinely kind people who went above and beyond. It's hard to find great customer service these days. I am so pleased and I will definitely be going back. The whole experience was positive.

Great experience, I genuinely wish that there were more stars than just five. I am amazed at how Randy the business owner was very professional explaining how the detailing on my 2020 Mazda CX-5 was going to be conducted. Not one for reviews, in fact this may be my first, but after my experience w/ this establishment last week I felt one was warranted. I by design have an extremely particular “OCD” type personality and take pride in the exceptional care and maintenance I devote to my belongings especially my vehicles. My stance on car detailing has always been “no one cares more about my vehicle than me thus no one despite compensation, could ever take the time and attention tht I would take to clean my car.” A busy work schedule following a vacation left me w/ absolutely no time and subsequently led to an apprehensive decision to pay someone for tht service. I can now say tht I stand corrected. I was pleasantly surprised at the phenomenal job tht was done on my vehicle. Having received front window tints (perfect match to rear) full interior/exterior detail, including a clay bar treatment, buffing, wax, top coat sealant and a paint touch up, my 3y/o black luxury SUV w/ very light cream interior looked better than it had since I drove it off the show room floor. No abrasive or harsh smelling chemicals were used on/in my vehicle, it had the coveted “brand new car” smell as if all the leather was replaced w/ new. The crevices within the center control area and between the seats tht I normally struggle to remove debris from w/ my homemade vacuum attachments were cleaned thoroughly and entirely. It got to a point where I was intentionally looking in the deepest darkest corners of the interior of my vehicle to find a crumb or anything to indicate tht these guys missed a spot, I couldn’t find one. So to make a long story longer, these guys are the real deal, they clearly care about the quality of their work which is evident in the work itself. Very reasonably priced, in fact I was willing and felt I should have paid much more for the services I received. Not to mention the turnaround time was especially impressive seeing as when I brought my vehicle in tht morning there where already a slew of other vehicles in the garage and outside, presumably in queue for service. My car was completed by tht afternoon. Simply put, the detailing for all my vehicles will be exclusively handled by Mr.Eds from this point moving forward. Highly highly highly recommend.
