Simon took it upon himself to replace an over 20 years old license plate and screws. He went above and beyond to get through the issues he encountered with removing the old screws and replacing the new license plate and screws. Went to this location because my tire was making a strange noise. Was quoted $2488.71 for “necessary” repairs. Was given a “courtesy check“ I stated I did not want. Meanwhile Angela at the desk is making comments such as “Oh Honey, it’s to be alot…” I got a second opinion. It in fact was not a lot! It cost $257. For “the actual” needed repairs to my vehicle and my inspection/emission. Unethical and criminal.

Saimon was a life saver, I was in the middle of my work day 40 miles from home and needed new tires asap so I can get back to work, he double checked his schedule and let me know it would be a tight squeeze to try and fit me in by end of day. Thankfully he was able to move some things around and got me situated with 4 brand new tires. Asked me what I do with my car and informed me of what would work best. Happy customer

On a inspection they told me my new 80$ windshield wipers (which worked wonders!!) were not good enough to pass and I needed to replace them. 35$ and they gave me the worst pair of windshield wipers I ever owned!! And they are very pushy when it comes to their credit card, I told one guy multiple times no, and then 2 other guys, no. Update* the windshield wipers were not put on right and were broken. And have now fallen off... I have never seen worse quality of work. 0/0

I have to share this horrible experience I had at the Firestone here near my house. Since the new manager Frank Tupacyapanqui has taken over they have went down hill! Angela woman at the front counter called me rude when I was asking her to leave my keys in the visor this upset me I don’t under show that’s rude. I guess the phone call she was taking was getting her frustrated and she took it out on me. so i usually come here every 60 days for my fleet oil change they always leave the keys in the visor of my truck which has mounted gps and cameras inside of it for company protection it’s got logos all over it. They told me they can’t leave the keys in the visor for me when it’s done they told me I have to wait, inconveniencing my entire day off. I told the 8 others driver In my fleet area not to use this fire stone for this reason and shame on this manager for allowing such terrible front desk service.

I actually have had good experiences using this Firestone so I made an appointment for a tune up on my SUV because it has been running different and has been running louder. They then called and I told them the issue so I continued to wait for my appointment. Upon arriving I was treated as if they didn't want to even deal with my issue and just told me to take it to the dealer because no engine lights came on?... I feel i wasted my whole day off of work thinking they were going to help me when I could've just went somewhere else instead of booking an appointment and explaining the issues I was having over the phone to them. Why not tell me over the phone what they said in person? I don't understand why if I'm willing to pay for a service then I get told to take it somewhere else? I'm trying to prevent my vehicle from breaking down on me or having serious issues from keep driving it. Now I have to wait for another appointment at my dealership which is on a day I don't even have off from work. Highly disappointed

I have nothing but good things to say about this particular Firestone. I just brought my truck in for a couple last-minute things, including a flat tire repair. They did a great job, they were very thorough and listened to my instructions, and still they had me out of there in an hour. The employees were super nice, especially Saimon. When I mentioned to Saimon that I appreciated the service with a smile, he gave credit to his manager Frank, whom he said puts an emphasis on giving customers a positive experience. I really like that he mentioned his manager; showing that commitment to a higher standard for customer service is a “team effort“. Which is something I think is commendable, and definitely worth mentioning in my review. I would definitely recommend this Firestone, I was very impressed and very appreciative that they took such good care of me on short notice right before the holiday. Outstanding service, I will definitely be coming back.
