Took a screaming eagle in for new grips.they make me take it before the glue is dry. Incomplete job. Now I have to take it somewhere else to have it done right. Btw it's a show bike. When I got home my friend asked where the scratch came from. Not only diddnt do the job right. They scratched it on top of everything. How do you stay in business.?

Have to say I was a little disappointed with their troubleshooting skills on my 86 FXSTC. It had a carb issue which caused the bike to rev too high, and they basically did nothing and collected $200 from me. They didn't even put in a rebuild kit, which is the first thing that should have been done. That was in 2020. Turns out, the tip of the fuel screw had broken off and lodged into the chamber causing the issue. The bike came back to me with the problem still occurring as they couldn't figure it out, but pretended they did. JD in Nazareth figured it out. A different level of expertise and care, there.

Just bought a 2005 Yamaha Roadstar with idle and backfire issues! They diagnosed and fixed the problem within hours. Explained in detail the issues involved and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result! This shop was Amazing and as far as I’m concerned, between the expertise and turn around time on the repair they will be MY go to shop from NOW ON! Highly recommended!

This place has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Bill the owner is a master mechanic and knows what he is doing. He treats you like family and is highly honest. I took a motorcycle there that sat for 20 years under a tarp and Bill got it running great. He even went out of his way to show and explain to me how to maintain the bike. Have a 2000 fxst Softail which need ed ample amount of work and the guys at Dan's. Awesome. Very reasonable with the prices. They picked the bike up for me because it wouldn't start and they brought it back to my house. I can't say anymore but excellent. The bike runs like a champ now. Sounds great. Runs great !!!!!!!!! 👍👍👍👍If you have issues with the bike, take it to Dan's you can't go wrong. Definitely five star place. Thank you guys! Forward Aug 1st now ; Mike picked up my bike and put new rotor ,brakes,tires,and tubes,and brought bike back to me hell of a nice guy and expert work !!!! Need bike work it's the place to go!! My husband's bike had a problem with the starter and he waited nearly a month to get his bike back. Every week he called and they said "we'll get to it soon" with no other indication of a timeline. He finally got the call that it was fixed and they charged him nearly $300 for it. When he picked it up, that particular problem was fixed (hence 2 stars instead of 1) but it runs like crap now. When he mentioned it to them they told him to unplug some parts and it'll run a little better. That's not a fix. And it didn't run better even after that.
