We hit a deer the day after Christmas on our way to Florida and were fortunate to be able to drive the car to Daniels. They did excellent work. Car looks like new. They worked with insurer with no hassles and helped me in search for transporter to bring car to me in FL. Hood and grill/ front end were destroyed but car looks like new now. I wish all body shops were this professional.

I didn't have the best experience with them. On May 1, I took my car for an inspection because on April 30 I had an accident (another car crashed into the right side of my car causing damage to the 2 doors, rear and front bumpers, as well as the right light) the repair that the car needed was only for auto parts, mechanically it had no damage. It took them 2 and a half months to deliver the car to me, they never called me to give me status, whenever I called them, only the assistant who transferred my call answered me but was never answered by the second party, they never had contact with me to give me updates about my car, I had to personally go to the workshop to find out what status this repair was in, a little more than 5 times, having to pay uber on several occasions, and the answer was always the same "I will have your car ready the following week" , response that they maintained for 4 continuous weeks, it is important to mention that in the course of one week with the other, I never received at least one call to tell me that the car was not going to be ready, for this reason I had to personally go to the workshop to have it give me the same answer, spending time and money that I could avoid if they will at least call me to give me the royal status. Finally my car was ready 2 months after the accident, when I went to look for it, the work they had done was complete disgusting, the front bumper was glued in one of the corners, to the point that the glue was noticeable, the steering of the vehicle was misaligned and unbalanced, I could not take the car and I had to leave it for 2 more days to go back to look for it, when I returned they had not fixed it, they wanted to deliver it to me with the bumper still "stuck". I had to talk to the manager of the workshop so that they could take my car seriously, finally after all this, a week later I managed to have the car completely repaired, this process and the treatment, completely lacked professionalism, quality and respect towards me I do not recommend this workshop.

Daniels Collision Center did a great job repairing some damage to my car. Frank was especially helpful to me during the repair process, as I was a little over anxious to get my car back. The wait was well worth it. My car looks brand new! I highly recommend Daniels Collision Center to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle.

Do not use this collision center. After 7 weeks we were told every time we called that it would be getting painted and be ready in two days. This went on for 4 weeks. The car was finally painted and then they scratched the door. Had to wait another 4 days for repaint and assembly. Also told they would cover the rental by Tom and that they called the rental company. That never happened. Worst experience

Frank and Taylor were wonderful to work with. The work done on my car was excellent. I was not able to tell the repaired parts from the rest of the car. When my car was returned to me, it looked like it did when it was brand new. Frank went over the car with me to make sure everything looked good before taking the car back. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. Great experience! I’d certainly use this shop again if it was ever needed!

Waste of my time and money. Scheduled an appointment for March 5th. They called a tow truck for today. Made it to their collision center just to be told they can’t use customer parts. Which I understand but that’s something that should’ve been mentioned on the phone call. So I paid 180 for a tow for absolutely nothing. Then told to google a tow truck to get it back home.

Customer service was great. The repair took just under two weeks and was returned as good as new on the exterior and even detailed the interior. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Daniels BMW and although I hope I will not need to return, if I do get in another accident they will be one of the first stops on my list! They have a collection of antique mini coopers and car frames on display which are pretty neat to get to see while waiting.

A friend of mine got his Mustang painted there and I remember how good that paint job was so in my Fusion got wrecked I sent it there and it Turn out silver paints hard to match and this guy matched it perfect just got my Edge repaired and it came out the same way beautiful Daniel's collision center 10 Stars everybody from Frank the estimator to the guy who does the body work and the guy who knows how to paint. Update I sent a friend of mine over and he's getting his Jeep repaired and painted it because he liked the work that he seen on my Edge

Our brand new BMW X4 was unfortunately rear-ended with just 1,400 miles on it. Daniel’s BMW restored our car to good as new once again! They also worked with Progressive and Enterprise to get the repairs paid for and the rental facilitated. They do excellent, quality work and, if we ever need body work again, we’ll be back!

There was no communication about when my car would be done, and if a rental isn’t covered by insurance be prepared… I waited a full three weeks to get my car back after I was initially told it would be done in 4-5 days. No one return my calls when I left messages. No one called to me say they would need more time with my car. There seems to be no communication between departments. Mind you, I waited a week or two to get my car into body shop. I believe there is so sense of urgency as they know they will be getting the insurance money.

My BMW got hit and I took it here to a certified BMW center to get repaired. The initial four day repair turned into a 10 day repair. After picking my car up after being “done “there was still noticeable damage to the front of my vehicle and three separate spots around my sensors that they didn’t paint. I even emailed them to clarify that they would replace so part. Additionally after looking under my car where they did the replacement on the half of the screws were riveted back into my plastics. My fog light came unplugged two days after picking the car up must’ve not assembled it correctly. Their work definitely was cutting quarters. Highly recommend taking your car elsewhere for true service.

They did a fantastic job restoring our BMW X7 after a deer strike took out the bumper, the fender, and both side doors. The quality of the repair was outstanding. The fit and finish is factory-level. The car truly looks like nothing ever happened to it. They worked nicely with our insurance company and even made the rental car pick-up and drop-off process easy (I just tossed them the rental car keys at the end and they took care of the return for me). Thanks to Andy for answering a couple extra questions when I picked up the car, too. Well done!!!

My car was brought in for a deer collision and was at the shop for about a month. The shop did a great job with the repairs on my vehicle although 2 things I wanted to bring up. 1. The front desk lady seemed to always be annoyed everytime I would call for an update on the repairs which was me calling about 2 or 3 times. 2. The repair job was great, unfortunately during the repair process, the inside panel of my door was hit with something that left a small mark and the white leather interior was scuffed up we with dark marks that should have been cleaned. I tried cleaning it myself which is not a big issue but some marks won't seem to go away and are still slightly visible. The dent in the door panel i cant get rid of. I would have given them 5 stars if more care was taken to prevent the small dent and scuff marks on the inside of the vehicle.
