They sold me a 2009 explorer when I test drove the car it seemed to drive fine but after about 3 weeks of owning the vehicle I’ve had transmission problems ever since I purchased the car in may and it is now December and still have problems very disappointed...

DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE WORST SERVICE just HORRIBLE THE WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE AND THE MECHANIC IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REPAIR WAS NOT ON TIME AND NEVER RESPONDED TO CALLS. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

Great place, they take a look at your car and finds out what the problems is really fast, and also talk about the solutions, how much are the parts, the time that they're going to take repairing the problem and also is very affordable.... in addition they never miss anything on your car and never miss a due date, so you don't have to get a headache with unexpected delays..... and last but not least, they all speak Spanish...

He was already busy with many other vehicles but still took the time Troubleshoot mine. Turned out that my vehicle was running without difficulty. I came here to register the car and they said they were inspecting the car (had me and my mom waiting for hours) for them to not to even put the stickers on the car and it was never inspected. Then just because my mom gave him a bad review he turned me away for the actual inspection🤣 she do have major attitude problems and this place is unprofessional.

I was in a rush and it was raining when I noticed my tire pressure was WAY low! I am not from the area and googled nearby auto repair. I called and the man said he could put air in but not repair it. I was just happy to hear that! So I got there and went inside. The man was on the phone but got up and met me inside the garage. He happened to see this screw in it and water bubbling from the air escaping and explained he could plug it but not fix it from the inside. For the moment that WAS FINE! He took the tire off, plugged the tire and then noticed my rear brakes were low and told me. I didn't have to wait or anything. He SAVED THE DAY! THANK YOU for BEING EXCELLENT!
