I am new to Kost, in for inspection, new brakes, oil change, etc. They ordered a new car lock for a door, and I took it back today for the work to be done. I waited for a few hours, but they ran into a problem. Kevin drove me home and delivered my car to me later in the day. Staff was all very friendly, and though they apologized, I was not at all upset. This was my first time there, and I will assuredly be back. Thanks, guys!!! I highly recommend this shop!

Not very helpful when EVERY tire on website says Too low to publish! How to say I'm going to use some high pressure sales tactics so call me...Not a consumer friendly website. If you're as good as you say you are let us the customer decide. Post your prices!!! Look elsewhere.

My fiancee paid $500 to get her car fixed and they didn't even fix anything. They are overpriced to begin with but this shows that they are straight up scammers.

Very reasonably priced. Great people to deal with. I recently had over $2,000 of work done. They saved me a lot using discounts. They publish coupons so look them up before scheduling. I would recommend them to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! We went in for a small repair that would've been at most $180. But they "found" problems with several other things with our van. Running up a bill of almost $1,500 while prior dropping it off was fine. To top it off they never fixed the issue we originally went in for. So we decided to cut our losses and never return. With our documented proof we convinced all our family and friends to not use them as well. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Just because it's "family owned/run" doesn't mean they aren't scammers. I highly recommend if you do use them, document everything and READ THE RECEIPT! Trust me it'll definitely save you in the future!

Our family was on our way to Tennessee from NY. Two hours into our journey, we hit a patch of debris on the highway resulting in our tire being punctured with a 3 inch rod. We went to 2 tire shops before getting to Kost Tire & Auto Service. Upon arriving at Kost Tire & Auto Service, the manager greeted us with a smile as we anxiously explained our dilemma. With smiles and assurance, they calmed us down. Within 20 mins, they pushed us up on the line to address our tire to get us on the road quickly. Our mechanic re-sealed, inspected, and re-mounted our tire. Upon returning our car, the manager saw that our daughter is in the air force and thanked us for our service by providing a generous discount and a smile! Their service and care was beyond what we expected and we HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone in need of tire service!

Should be no stars. Appointments don’t mean anything to them. Dropped off Thursday night and had an appointment for Friday. But they didn’t get to it. “They were swamped”. But when I called they promised they would do Saturday. I called Saturday and the inspection guy wasn’t even there! So prolly wouldn’t be done till Tuesday because Monday holiday. Complete B.S. Won’t go back. It’s a shame. I was a regular customer too. UPDATE: the district manager called me and apologized for the poor service and explained why it happened but understood that is no excuse. He has offered a fair and commendable solution and I am pleased. Will report back after next appointment.

I came to Kost years ago when another place wouldn't touch my rims and since then I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always treat me like they are personally there just for me. Their prices are the best, they are extremely fast and I never have to worry because I know my car and my rims will be as pristine when I return to pick up as when I dropped them off. I would recommend them to anyone. This is how other places should be taught how to do everything right. They were down a person last week and still made it seem like that didn't affect anything . Good business great people.

Tire prices were lower than the rest including installation and lower prices on front end alignment and oil change with lifetime benefits on tires. Staff was very friendly and even though I had to wait longer than expected, Management went out of their way to make me satisfied and I was very pleased. I would recommend them for tires and service.

My cars throttle body went out on me in the middle of a looooong road trip. I called 6 different places begged for help the day before Christmas eve and no one was available. Finally got ahold of Frank who said to come in. He completely saved the day and was able to call in the parts and get the job done in one day! He said it would take about 1.5 hours but it took around 4.5 so that was tough but honestly calling somewhere the day of and on a holiday week is nearly impossible to get help. Kost also did this for an fantastic price. We cannot thank them and Frank enough for the help! Definitely recommend this place!!!

I've had two oil changes there and purchased two tires. Tires were good at a low price, oil changes at a low price. Second oil change they forgot to reset my engine light. Attempted to buy two snow tires there, but they refuse to sell only two. I've used 2 on the front only for many years and never had a problem. That's their policy though.

I was supposed to be heading out on a day trip when my tire went flat. I called these guys to see if they could get me a new tire today. They told me they had the tire and could put it on right away. I got my car towed in and they immediately put it in the bay and got me two new tires that I requested. The staff was incredible and extremely friendly. They gave me a discount which I truly appreciated. I was in and out of there in record time with a wonderful experience. Thank you guys for treating me so well and getting my tires put on so quickly. I would highly recommend working with these guys anytime.

So I had an appointment at 10 o’clock this morning and my car got pulled in at 10:17. Two hours later I’m trying to figure out how I’m still sitting there waiting for my car when I only got four new tires and an oil change. I walk in and see that my car is in the first bay and both of my rear tires are still off. They go in and check and tell me that he only has one more tire to do still baffling cause it’s been over two hours. We’re going to close to three hours now when my car gets pulled out and parked in front of the door. I go in. I pay close to $800 for the service. go back out to my car and realize that all four of my rims are scratched. Clearly from the equipment that they use. My husband did tires for almost 6 years and he knows exactly What had happened. What I don’t understand is that if you knew that it was scratching the wheel wouldn’t you stop at the first wheel and adjust it or fix it before you move onto the other three wheels? Why damage all four. Then I had to wait for the manager to come back from his run for him to come out take pictures of my wheels of it myself and another person that was inside had already done. He told me he had a wheel man that could fix it, and he messaged him asking me. What day works best for me and I told him. And he then makes a comment saying I hope that this price is for all four wheels not just one. That being said, he told me he would get back to me when he knew when his guy could fix my wheels. This is really stressful to me because Kost is known for doing tires. Hence the name Kost tires. So you would not expect that they wouldn’t know how to do tires without wrecking a rim. So I’ll keep you all updated as to whether or not they’re actually gonna fix my rims. 9/8/25 update to the rims. They fixed them. They look better than when I bought the car. Very pleased.
