I recently bought my car from Outten Chevrolet of Allentown. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was greeted by Chris Cower, the Sales Consultant. He made me and my husband feel welcomed and respected. He was incredibly polite and professional, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without being pressured. He was honest and thorough. It made the entire process comfortable. I would also like to mention Garrett Gouger, Finance Manager, who helped us with the financing of our vehicle. He answered all my questions and gave us helpful advice. The process was smooth and quick. I am very happy with my new car and I highly recommend Outten Chevrolet of Allentown to anyone who is looking to buy a used or new car.

I was there for a recall of the airbag. The people I spoke with arranging the appointment were fabulous and great customer service. The day I dropped off, the gentleman behind the service desk was, again, fabulous with great customer service. When I picked up my car, had no problem; however, when I got in my car, the dashboard light for the airbag was still on. I went back in to the service desk to ask if they had forgotten to reset the computer in the car. The "great customer service" guy in very clipped minimal words said it must be on for something else. Then a service tech went and got the paperwork to see what the code was and stated that it was for something else, he used the words lumbar area, but could not definitively tell me the problem. I left and will ask my regular mechanic to look at it, but I cannot say Outten Chevrolet was impressive. If you were working on the airbag, and a code was coming up, why wouldn't you point it out, especially since we are working with a safety feature of the car.

Highly recommend! Our salesman, Joseph went above and beyond and was great to work with!!! I would recommend him to anyone. Never once were we pressured to purchase anything, which is exactly why we purchased a new truck with Outten. Just researching new trucks online, I recieved multiple emails from another local dealer, pushing us to come in and look. I finally emailed them back and stated we had found a truck w/ another dealer. I continued to get multiple emails asking why I went with another dealership...well I can tell you why. Not only did Outten have better pricing, they put zero pressure on you to purchase a vehichle. Joseph was patient and able to answer all our questions and bring the truck in from another location. If youre in the market for a new vehicle, I would recommend Joseph at Outten in Allentown to anyone!

Best experience ever. I made pretty much all the conversation over text messages. I told our sales guy what we wanted. My wife needed a new car. It went so well and the deal was so good that we went this past Wednesday, and in three hours, not only did my wife drive away in her brand new car, but I also drove away in a brand new car, yes, two brand new cars! If you wanna buy a car or truck or Maybe you wanna have your vehicle serviced here? Just make sure the General Manager is not involved. This guy finds a way to make every process 10x longer. I was looking for a new Silverado about 2 weeks ago. I walked in and asked for some kind of V8. The General Manager “Russ” I think the name was. Completely ignored my request and showed me 3 different 4 cylinders and 1 Colorado (which has a 4 cylinder). So I said forget about this crap, I’ll just schedule a service appointment. It honestly got worse from there. I went down to service where I met “Jason” and started to make an appointment. Until the General Manager came running into service like a kid on a sugar rush but with 2 bad legs. He then started to talk over me and he even attempted to tell Jason what my service was for. He told him I wanted an oil change, tire rotation and check my wipers. BRO, I have a check engine light on and I did my oil change 300 miles ago. Jason was on point with everything and a gentleman named “John” was also very helpful with suggesting a loaner car but I did politely decline as I have 2 other cars. Needless to say service 90% on point. Sales -10%, how can you completely ignore what the customer is asking for. I’m sure not everyone in sales is a clueless person, but Russ just acts on his own and doesn’t listen or attempts to be remotely helpful. I will return for service only and if I see the General Manager anywhere, I’m walking out the door. I’ll come back another day. Sorry for the 1 star review as I’m sure there are quality mechanics and sales people who don’t deserve backlash for this. I would also like to say THAK YOU to a man with blonde hair in the sales area, I can not remember his name. After I spoke with Russ, he came over and tried to show me a Silverado which he assured me had a V8. I unfortunately didn’t want to see it as the decision was already made for me not to buy a vehicle.

I went to this Chevrolet dealership last weekend to check out a few trucks I had been eyeing. The staff was friendly enough and answered most of my questions without rushing me. The lot was clean and cars were easy to look at, which made browsing pretty simple. I didn't feel pressured to buy, which I appreciated, and the sales rep even offered to show me a couple of financing options just in case. Overall, it was a decent experience, nothing extraordinary but nothing bad either. I'd probably go back if I decide to make a purchase in the near future.
