Fantastic customer service! Matt, the manager, kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. He first informed me that it might take 3 weeks. It took 2.I had been sideswiped and needed to have both passenger side doors replaced and painted. The repair looked good from the doors to the paint. You can trust them to take good care of you!

We finally had an accident and I was fortunate enough to have my insurance company suggest that I take my car to Caliber Collision auto repair. I’m glad I took their suggestions because the auto insurance company and caliper works seamlessly together. They were attentive to all details while repairing the many parts that newer cars seem to have. There were a few delays due to wrong parts being delivered and a bunch of sensor issues that were problematic. However, they fixed everything in a timely manner. Because of an extra 1 day delay, the manager, Karl, was generous enough to offer a free day of rental car. That is amazing customer service!!!!

I needed a small repair to my car after being rear-ended. From start to finish I was happy with the people I dealt with, especially Javier and Brittany. They were very professional and kept me informed via text, which was very helpful since I was on vacation the same week. The job looks great, just needed some bumper and fascia work. They also checked all the sensors to make sure they didn't need adjusting or replacement. I would definitely recommend. I hope to not need bodywork again in the future, but if I do, I will come back to Caliber Collision in Allentown.

Look how professional are these guys 6000 dollars for this "awesome repair". Calling my insurance to let them know. They also broke or misaligned the clips (however the guy was aware of this and he promised me to fix it) that holds the hood trying to mount the headlight. After calling the insurance I was told that they use under obligation to fix it however I don't know if I can tryst these liars anymore, it is since December that I am dealing with them. I am calling them and going personally next Friday to ask for explanation from these guys. I am also going to check what is going on with these pieces of junk mounted on my car because this is something unbelievable. This is what America is now, having services like this around.

Professional and welcoming place, after getting my quote, scheduling an appointment and getting my rental my car was fixed within two days the process was fast, I sign up to receive text messages and it was a peace of mind getting information about my car been repair, when I went to pick up my car it was clean in the inside and everything was vacuum and all my stuff was there where I left them but best of all repairs looks perfect! Filed an insurance claim with State Farm for Windshield replacement due to stone cracking my windshield . Mobile service came to my house and did an absolutely horrendous job. The trim and molding is now all broken. Pieces were improperly glued back out of place. Glue and caulk are both visible oozing out from behind the windshield. Water is dripping into my vehicle and under the Windshield where molding was glue out of position or destroyed. There is enough damage that I have now entered an Auto claim in for the cost to repair Caliber’s windshield replacement. I started with a cracked windshield and now my car looks like it was in an accident. STAY AWAY!!!
