Lehigh Auto Center (specifically the manager) sold me a car with a bad water pump. I didn't even get home before it overheated and left me waiting on a tow truck as it was a hot day (it was a cool ~70° day when I test drove it so the problem didn't present itself). The manager then proceeded to make excuses about it at first saying it was just air trapped in the system and then saying he "cant control what happens the day after" he sells a car once it was clear that the water pump was the issue. This wasn't the next day it was the same day with a problem that should have been obvious to anybody who owned, worked on, bragged about their knowledge on BMW's, or drove this vehicle on 80°+ day. Once the problem surfaced his customer service was atrocious. He turned from a seemingly friendly, likable, stand up guy to an angry argumentative man who yelled at and berated my understandably frustrated parents driving my mother to tears. The owner then charged me full price with labor to fix it. He even charged me for $10 of gas he put in it. I do not believe I should have paid anything let alone full price plus labor and less than a quarter tank of gas as the problem was not disclosed to me in any way before the sale. Because of the dishonestly, the was my parents and I were treated, and the way the situation was handled I cannot recommend anybody do business at Lehigh Auto Center in any form.
