Called about purchasing a bumper, whoever answered the phone got annoyed that I was asking if it was still available, was told I’d get a call back and didnt, when i called back for an update I was hung up on, business has horrible customer service

The guys that work there are 100 percent good guys and very hard workers and let me tell you these guys will stay hard at work on your vehicles and won't stop until the jobs done right and what I really liked about my experience there was that they will explain what the problem is and what could cause those problems . An absolute joke. I scheduled an appointment for them to replace my window regulator a WEEK in advance. I show up and nobody is there. No sign, no phone call, nothing. The place looks like it’s been condemned for years. Now I have to find another place that will GOD-WILLING take me in before the holidays. I wish I could give 0 stars.

We were traveling through Allentown on a multistate road trip late on a Saturday afternoon when our car broke down just off the highway. We were panicked that no one would be able to look at our car until Monday. The G.O.A.T auto service not only answered our call, they diagnosed the likely problem over the phone and secured the needed parts while we waited for the tow truck. When the tow truck dropped us at their shop, they were ready and able to do the repair in less than 30 minutes. And they stayed after hours just to get us back on the road. Well done and much appreciated!

This place is truly the GOAT! I drove 6 hrs from NH to visit my grandparents for Christmas and my car broke down. I called every mechanic within a close distance to their house in Allentown and this place was not only the only one to answer my call but also stepped up very quickly to help. I hope anybody who faces car difficulty comes to them as I am very thankful for their help. I was worried about getting back home and I am beyond grateful.
