The manager (Jacob Kerstetter) at your Allentown Broadway location and the mechanic on duty were on point. They did a fantastic job and had me in and out within 45 minutes. My car is older, it's a 2002 Saturn which I had in for an alignment - it hasn't driven this nice in years. Your staff was friendly, accommodating and overall did a great job. I'll definitely be back when I need service

Great experience! We were heading back south with our kids & had a tire puncture. Went to 3 different places which either didn’t have the technician present at that time or suggested waiting before we came here. The guy quickly took a look at the tire, patched it & we were on our way! 5 stars from me!

I had a very bad experience here I booked for an appointment for tire rotation, the manager checked my tires and suggested they can't rotate my tires unless I change the passengwe side because it's worn out. I gladly said yes, no problem just make sure that it's the same tire.I evn told him to do an oil change. I was patiently waiting appointment was 11:30 he started 12:30 because he was busy with everything else except to start fixing my car. Also, everytime there's a customer he will stop to accomodate them. One of the customer's appointment was 2pm and her car finished first around 1pm. I was ok with it, then he's finally done with my car and I was about to pay, good thing I checked the tire, I was surprise that he installed Cooper instead of Goodyear when I confronted the manager he said they're the same company, like they think all customers are dumb! I told him it's not the same company, I need to show it to him then he check and said they have and he asked me if I want ro change it. Ofcourse!!! They're not the same brand of tires I have and the price are totally different. It's really hard to trust nowadays, he was even telling me when he was checking the tires that he's honest to his customers and he does not want to make a profit if not really needed🤦♂️

The staff is friendly, they don't try to upsell stuff you didn't ask for. But if you call to make an appointment, it gets sent to an overseas call center, where people have no clue what you may be inquiring about. The language barrier is rough, and the lack of repair knowledge makes it worse. The call center cannot effectively communicate your request back to the local Monro center where you were trying to call.

I have been going to Monro for many years now, and no one can match their level of expertise and customer service. They never try to sell you parts you dont need and are honest and open about all repairs that need to be made. What made them standout recently was I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. After having the vehicle for only a short time, I noticed the heat wasn't working. Monroe on Broadway in Allentown inspected it and notice the coolant was nearly gone. They suggested since I had a warranty, to return to the dealer, since the car was covered. Well the dealer said nothing was wrong and charged me $180 for diagnostics. I took it back to Monro after learning my warranty can cover any mechanic, not just the dealer. The staff professionally contacted the dealer and explained that not only was the vehicle leaking coolant, there was no way the dealer accurately performed the inspection. I was refunded my money from the dealer for the diagnostics and immediately was able to file a claim and get my car repaired at the Monro shop. They went above and beyond and all vehicles I have in the future will be serviced here!

We were in a pinch with our car when our regular mechanic couldn’t look at it for a full week. I called in expecting to hear they could not help us, especially since were expecting a huge snow storm in 2 days. We got an appointment the same day , they diagnosed the issue and ordered the part needed, and even pushed our poor car that wouldn’t start into the bay. We had the car back the next day. I felt like the pricing for parts and labor were fair, and Alex was friendly and helpful when he called to let us know what the car needed.

I initially went to Monro Auto Center in order to get a tire rotation for $29.99, however the rep on the phone convinced me to spent $20 more for an oil change and the tire rotation would be free. She took down the year, make and model of my car and booked the appointment. I go to pay and the bill is $130 as I am told my car took synthetic oil and the quoted price was for conventional oil. I was able to get the price down a bit through talking to the sales person at the desk. But to me that is a classic bait and switch sales method. I can say Monro didn't make a repeat customer out of me. Beware of this company. Granted the work done seemed fine, no complaints there, it's just the shady way the di business.

I was visiting the area from out of town this month and got a tire sensor warning. The good people at Monro in Allentown got me in for an appointment time y the same day, checked and filled up my tires while I waited, and sent me on my way without a charge.
