I have been a customer of this Firestone location since opening (previously I went to the Whitehall location). The customer service here is outstanding. I’ve had a positive experience interacting with everyone here, but Ken always goes above and beyond to get us in and out as quickly as possible, while making sure our vehicles are well maintained. These guys are the best. I love coming here and getting service done to my car. I drive a Hertz fleet vehicle….Uber driver….and anytime I have an issue with the rental I am driving this is my go to place. Ken is an excellent employee and makes me feel welcomed. He always goes out of his way to help me, even though it is not my own personal vehicle he doesn’t make me feel unwelcomed(not a real word😂) or bothered by me being there

I had such a great experience at this tire shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain my options without any pressure, and I really appreciated how honest they were about what I actually needed. The service was quick and efficient—I was in and out faster than I expected. On top of that, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the whole process even smoother. My car drives so much better now, and I feel safe knowing the job was done right. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs tires or service. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellent customer service with great prices and quality work, but they truly delivered!

Had appointment for 11 AM on Monday to put on winter tires. They did not finish until 3:15 PM and was a long wait. I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I felt that I had to pull teeth for updates and also it took way to long to complete this basic service. The service people really did not care or provide reasons for the ridiculous wait. Not even an apology for this terrible service. This was not a drop off but an actual scheduled appointment for tire change and to sit there hour after hour with no explanation is ridiculous. Then to add insult to injury, when driving home I saw that the tire pressure was between 55 to 64 on my tires when it was to be 35 to 40. The tech must have followed the recommended pressure for the electric version of my vehicle and not gas. Luckily I caught it and fixed it myself. Your center either overbooked customers, were understaffed, or have no idea what you are doing. I won't be coming back here.

I have been a firestone customer for decades and i appreciate the service provided to me. On this date I was on vacation in Allentown, PA and had a tire blowout. I was able to walk into Firestone without an appointment and had the team replace all 4 tires in within several hours. I was impressed with such quick service without making an appointment. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation and feel safe on the roads of this driving trip. Thanks to everyone at Firestone.

I had the pleasure of getting service at this Firestone location. I am a first time customer of Firestone, and was very please with the service we received. Our car had an issue and due to its under warranty we had a bit of back and forth with the warranty company. The employee that helped us was Mark, he was beyond professional, kind, and created an environment of open communication. He worked with the warranty company to make the process seamless, he kept us updated through the entire process. I felt unsafe driving after discovering that my tire had a slow leak which resulted in the tire becoming bald prematurely. I had purchased all my tires from only Firestone in the past and wanted only Firestone to look at them. After getting advice and options from one of the customer associates, I made an appointment to have all my tires evaluated for a minimal cost. I was able to make an appointment at a time that was very convenient and low peak times. My time waiting went by fast as I was able to take my laptop and work from the waiting area. I was impressed with the detailed evaluation and recommendations. I would definitely purchase from Firestone again. The staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating with my multiple questions. Thank you a great customer experience.

Mark was absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and handled smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone so honest and dedicated to providing great service. Laurie was also amazing! She was extremely welcoming from the moment I walked in and kindly directed me to the waiting area while my car was being worked on. She’s a great front person who makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, both Mark and Laurie made my visit such a positive experience. I called this morning for a state inspection, emision, and oil change. I needed to get it done on short notice, realizing that my inspection expired at end of January. My call was picked up by Ken. He was extremely professional and accommodating. I went over at 9:00AM and they immediately began the service. I discovered my insurance card showed expired, but Ken assured me it would be ok if I texted a photo of my new card, which never made it to my glove box. Car was finished early afternoon. Ken went through everything that was done. Service was prompt and thorough. Customer service provided by Ken was exceptional!

I got a flat tire some time late last night under the rain. I drove to Firestone and luckily they were open. Ken was very nice and helped me check in. He even let me stay even after closing to since I was waiting for my ride. I truly appreciate his kindness. My car was done before 4pm the next day just in time for work just like he promised. Great service.
