If your lost and can't find the hard to find hardware to fix components for your car... Thus is definitely worth a try! I was able to repair my transmission with a high grade bolts (that others don't have)!

Napa has always been a great store I never have a problem at any Napa dealer I'm only sorry that they didn't have my filter for my truck I guess they're hard to get right now due to everything being tied up but otherwise Napa is a great store I love them they always have everything you need.

All the guys at the Allentown Napa are very knowledgeable. Extremely courteous and polite. Very attentive service they even open the door for me since it is difficult due to the fact I am in a wheelchair. The business is 100% wheelchair accessible and very easy good parking right out front.

We went into the store on Allen street. The person working counter on 9/5/2025 between 11-12pm was when we went in, was so rude! He literally said when asked something that its not his problem he only worked there 2 months and we need to speak to manager when he is ever in. It was a simple question. Then when asking to see a book for parts , he got a attitude, started huffing and puffing and said does he really need to go get the book! So ignorant..He was rude to the peoole before us too. Dude needs attitude adjustment..We always go there now we will just go to another company if thats how it is. We buy alot of things there as my husband is a mechanic.Poor customer service. My question is how did he get hired?

Thumbs Up! I went in there and spoke to the guy who was “Newer” Excellent customer service!!! 15 years managerial experience for a competitor of Napa. Grabs the books. Thinks outside the box and finds you the parts you need! Everyone here is wonderful!!! The manager is a great guy!! Love this NAPA!!! Amazing store, has things no other auto parts store has! Friendly knowledgeable people! People I know go out of they’re way to shop there!!!! A plus!!!
