Poor service. They choose vehicles at convenience. Went to an inspection and they told me they can't accept my car. Not recommended. Go elsewhere.

Saved me $5000 by quick checking over a car I was gonna buy.. He hooked up the computer and the read out for a inspection needs was well over a 1000 not the 200 the seller was insisting it needed. Good man!

Went to this place referred by M & N Tites from Beth. for a wheel alignment. I dropped my car of 10/17/20 where they tell me it’ll take 1hr. Two months later my rear tires are completely bald I go back and they tell me that they only did the alignment in the front. Which I was never advised about, they charge me again for another alignment I get my car back 1/23/21 and the steering wheel is still off. I call again they give me the run around and the notary woman “Wilma” tell me send me to court then. SMH. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. Unbelievable.

Once they know you have money to spend they try to take advantage of you. They like overcharge for simple things. And I mean overcharge by $100 or more dollars for simple things like tune ups. Then the lady in the office is very rude but then don’t like when you’re rude back. I will never go there again. And yes I have money but they won’t see a dime of it ever again.

The people were friendly, but they sell SHITTY cars! I didn't even have the car a few days and it's in the garage for a whole new transmission!! Bought a 2008 Ford Explorer from Wilma while we had our three young boys in the blue pickup waiting. I called on day six of owning to car to talk to Wilma after the garage called and said what needed to be fixed and she basically shrugged it off and told me "too bad you should got warranty" when we were NEVER OFFERED ONE! I'm SO disgusted and will make sure my large network of friends do not do business here!! If I could give this a ZERO STAR RATING I would!! How can you sleep at night knowing what you do?! Scam people out of hard earned money! They filled the transmission with an additive to quiet the knocking which in turned ruined the whole transmission inside when it was a cheaper simple fix!! 😡 they refuse to answer my questions and said they would call me back, but want to ignore me because they know they are LYING THIEVES! Wonder how IRS would feel knowing they short them on taxes with cash offers 🤔🤔🤔🤔

The people are friendly and the desk people are sweet. We went to fix our van and we had to get help from friends to order a piece they recommended, when we got the piece he stated it was wrong, so we ordered a new one based on the new info he gave. Mind you he gave us a sheet with numbers and we ordered what he stated originally. He stated he is going to do some work and we had an amount discussed and quoted on an invoice. Now we twice ordering two parts he should have been able to order and when we walked in today he stated we owe him 250 more so this ran us 500.00 labor, we ordered two times for the part and refund pending from online company, extra spark plugs or things he did and then his answer to us was “I can put your car up and remove the extra things.” Not a mature response but if we wouldn’t have had the money, our car would have lifted up and his answer to not telling us beforehand, I will remove the extra. You never quoted that stuff and even if you spoke to us originally, one doesn’t make decisions to put extra parts without discussing it with the people that pay and that is the customer. The whole experience was off. I don’t believe he stole from us but I believe he could have handled this with better communications and also own up to the fact that you could have had better communications. Sometimes it just takes a call because planning with other’s money is not ok. I don’t for one second think he was evil in his intentions but this was not handled professionally or with the client in mind.

I bought a car from Anthony on August 3rd 2024 and after purchase, he couldn’t do inspections that day even though his advertisement says he will do inspections once car sale finalize, he said the car will pass inspection anywhere I would go, went to my local inspection place since l'm 45 mins away and the front lower arms was cracked more than 9 inches, reached back to him and he said he can't do nothing about it because it would cut into his profits, he offered to pass inspection at his place knowing it's not safe to drive which is ilegal. Had to pay an extra $1, 100 to fix it, then they tell me I also have messed up rotors and breaks, that was another $800 to fix. I let it go and I simply asked for a receipt of the purchase of the car and l've been ignored ever since I bought the car. He said the car had 1 owner, checked car fax and it says 4 owners. He lied...
