Fast and honest service and repair. I already knew what had to be done but being on vacation and not being able to do the work myself, I brought it over to Kikos shop and they took care of it fast and at a great price. If your in the neighborhood and need any work done on your vehicle don’t bring it anywhere else but kikos auto repair

I am from Los Angeles. ME and the family went on vacation to indio, and when we were ready to go back home, wouldn't you know my truck wouldn't click into gear. I called auto club, and they recommended this place. While waiting for the tow, we called ahead and had the part ordered. Upon arrival, the part arrived at the same time. 15 min. later, we were back on the road. And did I mention it only costed ne $70.00. 5 stars from us!!! Thank u kikos

2001 Jaguar needed #2 coil replacement. After getting to the issue it was discovered that the valve cover gasket caused the problem and Frank suggested that the gasket and all the coils on that side of the engine be replaced. They did a excellent job and the car is running better than ever!!

Frank at Kikos took us in after we were towed there from being stalled on Rice Road off of Highway 10. They were amazing and took care of our car and our problem very professionally and efficiently. I took several of his cards to pass out. Hopefully will never have to use them again but it was a pleasure doing business there. If you can call your car being broken down a pleasure LOL

This place is excellent I needed a serious valve job done on my Honda Odyssey they saved me 500 hundred dollars on repair cost .these guys completed the work on my van in 2days something that was greatly appreciated. It's been a couple of months my van is rolling great very happy with the work God bless everyone at this shop thanks best shop in Indio CA.

Took my corvette for a harmonic balancer replacement about a year ago and everything seemed fine after the install. I recently upgraded my radiator and noticed there was a lot of built up on the balancer so i cleaned it with a rag but noticed the bolt turned with my bare hand! They did not torque the bolt to the right specs so it started to come loose, luckily i caught it before it did any major damage. I tried calling them with my number several times but my call didn’t go through so i called with a different number and they answered immediately. Seems like they know they did a bad job and are afraid to confront me. I don’t recommend them at all.

I took my 2004 chevrolet silverado in for a transmission and it's never been the same . I've been dealing with my transmission for the last 3 years . Kikos even put a "new" driveline and that made it worse. I am so disappointed with the service and the communication. Now I am in the process of putting in a new transmission and driveline. I have wasted a great amount of time and money dealing with this shop and We take all our company vehicles there, and we are still treated this way . Not good business time to move on . Update March 31 2023 New OEM chevrolet transmission installed . New driveline being built due to the length and diameter . The driveline is now going from a 3 inch diameter steel to an aluminum 5 inch diameter. All this work should've been done in 2021 when my truck was parked at Kiko's automotive for over a month. SMH. Update 5-27-23 Rear differential replaced due to the wrong size driveline installed by Kiko's Auto last year. I have replaced everything that Kikos auto has repaired or changed out. I paid over 3500.00 in repairs at Kikos auto.

My wife and stepdaughter were on their way from Palm Spring to our home in Memphis when the serpentine belt started to come apart. They manage to make it 29 miles to Kiko's front door when the belt finally broke. We pick them because of the reviews. They DID NOT disappoint us!!!!!! Super folks!!!! Honest!!!! They had them back on the road in no time. I want to thank them as one business owner to another.

After reading the positive reviews, I, unfortunately, had a different experience. They did not put on my oil filter correctly. My car began leaking on the freeway. When I called about this, they refused to pay for the tow or repairs.

What a horrible experience I had here, run don’t walk away. Had to have timing belt replaced in my Ford Expedition. 6 weeks later after many many delays, promises and now you need a valve job I got my vehicle back. Drove to Oregon this past summer and low a behold I needed another timing belt! Took to Ford dealer, they asked if anyone had worked on this before, well he’s was the reply. They showed me pictures of mismatched parts, screws washers etc. also said silicone was injected into a void. Run!

I've gone to Kikos on multiple occasions for my car, ranging from ignition issues to multiple AC issues. Everytime, they deliver efficient and quick service. They are very honest about the price and are willing to break things down if needed. Super nice workers and my car is always ready within one to two days, sometimes even the same day if it is a small issue. I definitely recommend Kikos!

where do i start… came in for a problem with my mini cooper, car didn’t seem to be getting enough power. brought my car in june 2nd, barely got it back earlier today. after times at a time asking for updates and they kept saying “they didn’t know what was wrong with it”. i decided to just let the phone tag in and take my business somewhere else, to my surprise when i came to get my car back, my arm rest was completely destroyed, the leather & stuffing was completely cut off and oil stains on my roof of my car + what seems to be knife/cutting marks. i am severely disappointed. i would think twice before taking your car here
