I first found out about Kings through my brother when he had our dads classic car inspected there. When my cars inspection was up in May I wasn't sure where to go and I recalled my brother taking his car to kings so I called the shop. The woman who worked the front desk was very nice and helpful I told her I'm still at work is it possible I can drop it off and grab it after my shift. She said no problem gave her my info and they would call if any issues came up. I called around 11am took it in at noon. I received a call at around 1pm they had found something wrong i believe it was something with my steering and he thought it should be taken care of. I gave them the okay because he knows cars he is working with them everyday so if he sees something wrong I trust you. I believe at some point another call came and it was the head mechanic and he was a super nice guy said that I would be able to pick the car up after close. Thought it was very kind of him to let me do that! Picked it up paid for everything he is a really nice guy he made me feel very comfortable about him working on my vehicle. Jump to the other day were in September now my break line busts, break pedal to the floor. I had looked at it with my brother and we thought it was going to be a tough job based on where the break was. I remember the gentleman at Kings being very helpful so I brought it back there since they helped me before. Head mechanic again very helpful, him and his other mechanic put on the lift really quick. Shortly after he shows me the break we found but also the corrosion from the buffalo snow and salt eatting at the connections of the break line. He's a very knowledgeable mechanic told me the cover under my car protecting the area was not necessary. All that snow and salt would melt get under that cover and eat at that line. Would have never known that unless he told me. He gave me the price for the job I knew it would be a hard job and told him no rush I am sure he has other people to take care of. This is a great shop all the mechanics are nice and kind and insightful. If I ever need work done on my car again these are the people I trust.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I understand that there may be an issue here and there with a single car if there's continuing issue. However, I have two separate vehicles that they clearly did not know what they were doing. Example 1) I had to get a new starter put into my truck. They did do it quickly and under $600. In less than 3 days my truck wouldn't start again. We were on a road trip so I was not near them. I had a mechanic jump the starter and bring it in. Turns out, Kings broke the connection of the starter while installing it. The mechanic caught it right away and said this happens quite a bit when shops don't know what they're doing. Example 2) Continuing this story of the starter, we travel for work and I am currently across the country with the truck. It was having issues starting yet again. After getting it diagnosed, the starter was failing. I had to purchase a new starter and install. When I called Kings alerting them that a starter they installed failed in less than a year and asking what they would do I was told, "You'd have to come in and we'd swap it out with a new one." I explained my situation I was essentially told, "yeah we don't know what to tell you sorry." They DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR LABOR/WORK so be very aware of that. She stated they wouldn't cover anything. When I asked what would happen if they installed something in someone's car who went on vacation a week later and it failed, what would they do? Tell the person to come back? Silence. She told me the owner was out of town and they'd contact me once he's back. No one has reached out. I have filed a claim with the BBB and sent them a detailed email. Example 3) I brought in my wife's car for a few things and explained to them the A/C was not working. Now, I will say this was in winter. When I came to pick it up, I was told by one of the mechanics "Oh no your A/C works, it just needs more freon." I continued to explain that we were attempting to use it before being back north and that it was not working. He turned on the a/c in the car (while it was outside) and said see look, it works. Again, this is during winter. Shocking, he was wrong. It was just bringing in cold air from outside. There was plenty of freon in the vehicle. There was an issue with the hoses that they were clogged and had to be cleaned out. They never tested that and never looked into it. Just turned on, felt the cold air and deemed it good enough. If this is happening with two different vehicles, who's to say it's not happening to yours?

I have been coming to Kings Total Carcare for a couple years now. I have a 2004 GMC Yukon Denali and it needs things here and there due to age. Aymen has been a blessing to me here taking care of my truck. I’ve had a few things replaced and the prices are fair and the service is professional and efficient! They never take too long to fit me in for servicing. I will continue coming here from now now and I recommend you come here as well.

Have been going to Kings for the past 4 or so years, on a recommendation from a friend. Service is always fast and reliable. Aymen is a genius at diagnosing issues and has a wealth of knowledge that just can't beat, especially on my Honda Civic. He's extremely polite and courteous as are the rest of the staff. It was a pleasure doing business with this auto shop. This was my first time here, and I came in needing my left wheel bearing replaced. Even though the part I ordered wasn’t the correct one, they went out of their way to get the right piece the same day. They also took the time to inform me about new tires I needed and completed everything in one day.
