Paid $18 and the car wash got my car 3 times. Never washed it. They never answered my phone calls and now I have to deal with that. Screw these guys, don't take your car here.

This carwash does deserve 5 stars based on the selection of car washing options that you turn the dial to, how well those options work, and the quality of those options. Many carwash establishments do not have Rain-X as a option, or wheel and chrome cleaner, or gloss wax. This place does though along with many others and since I live in Woodinville this is my go to for all my truck washes. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is due to the Foam Brush. In every stall, after you have selected Foam Brush, it takes the foam soap forever to start coming out (approximately 30-45 sec) and when it does eventually start coming out, it's very slow and not even consistent. So it is taking 2-3 sometimes 4 minutes longer to wash my truck due to this problem. I love the car wash, I dislike the foam brush? I'll definitely change it to a five star if the foam brush problem could get fixed.

Loved that we could swype our card to start it and then stop when done rather than fumbling around finding more change and spending more time adding money than washing car. My car having the inverter with it being a prius makes me nervous to go through the full service car washes. This was a nice place to get my car clean and have some bonding time with my granddaughter. I think my little munchkin did a pretty good job I might add

I have paid 14 dollars for the automatic car wash, and this is the result. It is VERY DIRTY. During the wash, the machine just spray water first, spray the foams, then followed by the resin. There is no wash at all. You can clearly see how dirty muy back window and back gate is. I am calling the owner for refund, this is not acceptable!

This place has gone so downhill. I’ve been coming here for years but unfortunately each time gets worse. None of the vacuums work, 3 out of 4 of the self wash stations aren’t working, and the foam gun is always out of soap. This will be my last time choosing this location to wash my vehicle, hopefully the brown bear opens soon and is more maintained.

I was in the area so decided to give Kingsgate Carwash a try. Unfortunately their facility is pretty worn down. The swivel arm holding the hoses in my bay was leaking and dripping water everywhere. Ground was littered with trash. The foam gun didn’t foam, in fact, it barely sprayed. To top it all off, there’s a large pothole right on the exit of the car wash bay I used, causing my car to smack and scrape the pavement. I can appreciate the variety in spray options(bug remover, window cleaner, foam etc) but for the price, I’d expect this place to be better maintained. I hate to leave a review like this but it’s my honest opinion.

cash only, for now. Watching the touchless wash was fun and interesting but it did not clean the car as you would think it should. Waste of money and time because of wait times.

I got the “crown jewel” which is the most expensive touchless car wash option—it did not work very well, my car still has a ton of dirt on it, especially on the bottom half, side windows, mirrors and windshield. It hit certain places more than others. Super bummed and out $16. Photo shows car right out of wash, as you can see, it is not clean! Owner response—I tried to go back but there was no one available to help, and the help button on the screen didn’t work. If you can give me a code to enter for the replacement wash, that might work. Or are there certain days/times you are on site? Thanks

Looking forward to when Brown Bear opens across the street for consistency. Bought the diamond x-treme for $14 and it left streaks that make it look unwashed. The worst part is the 866 number online doesn't go anywhere and don't know how to get a hold of anyone that works there.

Not managed properly. The equipment here is often out of order or isn't marked and you waste money. My previous visit(and last) was to vacuum, three machines out of order and the one open lacked any suction power. This my third poor experience here, I'd recommend going to a car wash that upkeeps their location for paying customers.

Waste of money. Their phone. Never doesn’t even work. My car was sprayed on with water and nothing was cleaned. I needed a refund or a second wash to make sure the reason I paid for the car wash was sufficed. This is a scam car wash.

Was worried with poor reviews but car wash looked busy so thought I'd give a try. Car is arguably looking worse after the wash. Streaks left all over it and general grime off the sides wasn't removed. Used the no-touch laser wash, no attendant to speak with. Wouldn't recommend.

Never coming here again. What a scam... I paid over $20 to wash my car and it was still dirty after using all the fancy foams and soaps available. I read all the instructions and took my time. Just see the pictures and you can see the haze of dirt still left on the car. You're much better off going to an automatic wash. Also, they have dispensers for microfiber cloths and other items, but the system is so poorly labeled it was hard to determine what product was selected. To make the issue worse, the dispenser will eat your money if it's out of stock.

Update a year later: against my better judgement, I used the automatic car wash again. Similar experience as last few times, except today it didn't even manage to get the suds off my car. I had to pull around and pay more money to use the hand held power washer to rinse it off. I’ve used the automatic carwash several times and have had both okay and not so okay experiences. One time it was cash only and the machine didn’t have change. No one was around so they still owe me a dollar! Today was an especially bad wash. I purchased the emerald wash, as I usually do (one step up from basic) and the machine barely sprayed anything when dispensing foam and rinse on the left side of my car. I assumed the water jets would still take care of the dirt, despite the middling amount of cleaning agent applied, but nope, most of the dirt I came in with is still there. I didn’t expect my car to be spotless, but this isn’t great. I’ll probably use this carwash again, but I will continue to preferably use the Aloha Carwash in Woodinville.

Last night, I went to wash my car with the automatic car wash, even though the automatic machine was broken, they did not close it and only the floor spilled on my car, and I had to come to my house and clean my car and call the customer service number, there is a fake number there. Please do not visit this car wash at all

Easy to locate. Across the street from McDonald's. THEY TAKE CREDIT CARDS!!! SWEET. One more thing drying towels are located on the street side of the carwash bays along with other detailing items. There is a small fee of around 1 to 2 dollars per item. I suggest using the towels after washing vehicle to make sure you have a good finish when completed.

Eh, mid car wash. I got the $18 option since my car was filthy, it did decent on the majority of my car but completely missed one wheel and one stubborn streak I had on one of the doors. Overall it was decent but def not the best.

Paid for the most premium version of the automatic car wash for $18. My car still had visible dirt and grime on it afterwards. When I was trying to drive my car slowly back and forth through the automatic blow dryer the guy waved me out and didn't even let me finish the drying that I paid for. Will not be returning.

They have self service It is open 24/7 They also have hands free carwash machine. I did not like the management or owner behavior because he approached me and said to leave before calling the cops. I found it very rude and inappropriate. I am not sure what his issue was but he acted very abnormal and irrelevant. Overall it is a good place for regular carwash. I will never go back because the way they treated me.
