This Dealership is "incredible". What a quality focused and customer oriented dealership. I've owned my Van for six years and it has not only improved my quality of life (spending time with my son, hauling motorcycles, Efoils, Kayaks and taking me on countless hunting and fishing adventures) but I have had absolutely zero issues with its "flawless" operation. During my most recent service appointment, I received Exceptional Customer Service from: 1) Jacob, who has been my Service Advisor for years and is always very professional in ensuring my service appointments are as seemless and trouble free as posible; 2) Meredith, my Service Technician who provided a new service feature, a video with a detailed assessment with recommendations (which I immediately followed); and 3) Dori who was knowledgeable, friendly, informative and very helpful in scheduling my service appointment. Mercedes-benz of Seattle is a quality dealership with exceptional people. The service department is excellent, always providing timely, convenient and quality maintenance. I recently took my 2021 Sprinter-based RV to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle for the first time. My previous dealership had long wait times, so I was pleased to find that I could get my van in for Service B within just a few days. The service itself was completed in just a few hours while I visited the Seattle RV Show next door. The team provided convenient drop-off and pick-up, which was a nice touch. My service advisor, Jason, was incredibly helpful, personable, and took the time to answer all my questions. The only recommendations from the service team were to replace the wiper blades and top up the DEF fluid. I was already aware of the DEF fluid level and declined, as I had some at home. However, I was surprised by the wiper blade recommendation since I had just replaced them in November 2024 and hadn't used my van from December to March. While I appreciated the efficiency and customer service, I was a bit disappointed that, given the $1,350 cost of Service B, neither the DEF top-up nor wiper replacement was included. For that price, I would have expected these small but essential items to be taken care of. Overall, MB of Seattle provided great service, and I would definitely recommend them—especially thanks to Jason's professionalism and support.

Jason was my service manager and did a bang-up job. My metris is a work van and as a small business owner with one work vehicle it was challenging to find a slot of time for me to get the check engine light addressed. He was upfront and honest about the amount of time needed for job and determined it was under warranty at my initial visit which was about as good as news you can get when you have a check engine light. He was very communicative, vehicle was ready when he said it would be and loaner was made available for me.

I recently had Service B done for our motorhome, and I was truly impressed! Their electronic system and notifications were beyond my expectations—getting a virtual walk-around video from the technician along with a detailed service report and recommendations was superb. Sprinter van recalled because of computer upgrade. After contacting MB, was directed to their Seattle location where same-day appointment made. Was overwhelmed that MB made what I believe were modest accommodations for Arvy, my assigned service coordinator. Arvy's mobility is dependent upon a wheelchair. His workspace was arranged so he could access the shop's computer. He very competently moved from the desk to the vehicle, to the waiting room, and perhaps other locations to take care of me. His service was perfect. But equally impressive is MB willingness to hire and employ him, and make accommodations so he could serve its customers. BRAVO to MB and to Arby!

The level of professional service is very apparent every time I have needed to schedule service @ Mercedes of Seattle. The call center answers the phone right away, schedules the appointment immediately, and once at the dealership, everyone in the building is super friendly and helpful.
