finally had the opportunity to stop at Bay automotive for an unplanned repair on my car. My Honda CRV died unexpectedly on the way to the emergency vet, and I had to have it towed for repair. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem quickly but the car was repaired within a day along with a couple of other safety issues that were pointed out to me. There was no pressure with the safety issues to have the repairs done, but I elected to have them done and they were done quickly and efficiently. In all they quickly repaired my serpentine belt, and also replaced my alternator and axles. I’ll be coming back with my other vehicle in the household as well. A great small business to support!

I’ve been here several times for service regarding my 2001 truck. They’re fast, and beat their competitors prices by far. They’ve even helped me when I was in the midst of a diy and was in over my head. They also serviced my 1989 before my current “modern” truck. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Bay's Auto! I came in with the right side of my car pretty banged up, and having received some pretty outrageous quotes from a number of other body shops. Bay's: - Had super friendly and knowledgeable staff and management who assuaged all my fears, gave me a full run down of all my options for repairs at different price points - Quoted me the most reasonable price for a full door replacement + second door repair out of all the places I'd been to - Accommodated my travel schedule for the repairs, kept my car safe and taken care of for almost 2 weeks while I traveled, and were communicative throughout this period - Gave me my car back looking as good as new - it felt like all the damage must have just been a bad dream because there was no sign of it after Bay's had worked their magic! - Worked very smoothly with my insurance provider to get things sorted out without a hitch - Even advised me on my dashcam setup which I had a number of questions about! I'm very glad to have found Bay's and even gladder that they're in my neighborhood because I know quality car servicing and repairs are just a stone's throw away! One of those cases where I hope I don't have to see them again, but if I do I'll be glad it's them I'm seeing :)

Unexpected problem came up quickly & Bay was able to squeeze us in immediately in spite of being very busy. They quickly diagnosed problem while we waited to a misfiring coil pack and and recommended replacing all 4 coils given car age for reliability. They completed repairs while we waited next door having a great lunch at Great Notions. This was done at a reasonable price in a couple of hours.

I had the best experience with Bay’s Auto! My car was hit by a food delivery truck while parked. They responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours and delivered a quote very shortly after I took my car in for an estimate. I dropped my car off on 7/7 and it was ready for pickup on 7/10. The before and after photos speak for themselves! They did an amazing job. Their office manager, Yusha, is so amazing to work with. She made what could have been a stressful experience, so stress free and easy. Highly recommend Bay’s for your auto body work needs!

I went to these guys for an oil change, where are they discovered that I had a broken axle. They gave me a quote, and didn’t pressure me at all to address it. During the fix, the mechanic found some additional issues that made the repair difficult. He addressed them all without an additional charge. They were also able to help me out in short notice. It’s nice to have a shop I can trust. Great repair shop, and I’ll definitely go there for all my future car needs.

I was referred to Bay’s Auto by a friend who is neighbors with the owner, and lead mechanic, Sal. My Audi wagon is a 2013, which was previously serviced at the dealership, which was more expensive due to labor costs, and original parts. Sal, and his crew exceeded my expectations with the quality of service, price, and value. I had a quote from the dealership on maintenance for things like replacing a control arm, fuel injection pump, that was hundreds more than what I paid at Bay’s Auto! I highly recommend them! Also, shameless plug, but Yusha, the receptionist is also now a client of mine at Olive Beauty Lounge. I like supporting businesses that also support me, that’s a plus. Bay Auto was awesome to work with. I brought in my 2014 Honda Accord with a “check charge system” issue that was super stressful and hard to pin down. They were professional, patient, and communicated clearly the whole time. What really impressed me was that the mechanic actually started his work day early just to get my car done in time so I could make it to work. That’s above and beyond and I seriously appreciate it. They also stood behind their work and made sure the issue was fully resolved. My car has been running perfect since. Highly recommend Bay Auto.
