Lovely service from Johanna. Came into Pacific Auto Body today to get a quote for my bumper and side panel. A recent tow damaged my car and I couldn’t open my driver side door. Johanna went inside to grab a tool to quickly fix my driver side door so I could open it again! I was upset all day from having to climb into my car from the passenger side but Johanna’s knowledge and willingness to help completely was the highlight of my day! Highly recommend. Thank you Johanna!

This is the place to go if your Tesla is ever damaged. My brand-new Model 3 was rear-ended in July—just days after I had started driving it—and it wasn’t drivable at the time. I was referred to this shop and had the pleasure of working with Matt. He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient in answering all my questions. Matt handled everything with my insurance company and made the entire process smooth. Thanks to him, my Tesla looks just as perfect as it did on the very first day.

Nick and Caitlyn at Pacific Auto Body were incredibly professional and kind. Tesla pointed me to them for body repair, they gave me a quick estimate, answered all my questions, offered to store the car for no cost to me and even helped me drive by car off the tow truck. Appreciated their help.

This was a very frustrating experience. After a minor (3mph) bump into my Tesla Y's backend (the other driver was at fault), his Progressive insurance estimated $3K for repair and said it would be fully covered. I took the car to Pacific Auto Body. After over a week, Pacific called to tell me the repair would cost almost $13K! They also said the other driver's insurance would only cover $10K, and I was on the hook for the rest. I told them this seemed ridiculously expensive (4x the estimate) for a minor scratch and I'd like to get my car back. They said it would cost $2K to get it back because they'd need to "rebuild" the car. So they were basically holding my car hostage. I was forced to either pay the extra or make an underinsured motorist claim on my insurance policy (Farmer's). I made the claim and Farmer's covered the full cost of the repair. After 8 weeks waiting for the repair to complete, I found out that Pacific charged Farmer's just over $10K for the repair. They were going to charge me $2.5K more than they received from Farmer's! This experience was terrible. Pacific Auto Body basically held my car hostage, then tried to overcharge me, then held my car for almost 2 months. What a nightmare, all starting with a 3mph bump to the back left of the car. I will never take a car to Pacific Auto Body again.

I'm writing this specifically to give Nick some kudos - I brought in our car to get an estimate for some scratches and dents coming from a minor bump with a log. Nick could have easily recommended expensive replacements, but instead took time to talk to me one-on-one, give me some options, and even a quick once-over to buff out superficial damage. I was deeply impressed with his honesty and his willingness to dedicate time to a drive-up customer. I will be returning to Pacific Auto Body if I do wind up needing additional repair work in the future.

Nick Raser and the team are magicians. They transformed my car back to it’s original state after the accident. There’s a reason why everyone says Pacific is the best in town. Because it’s true. Thank U!

I am disappointed in Pacific Autobody. They are slow. Slow enough to give slow a bad name. I dropped my car off on Sept 8, and promptly left town for a 10-day business trip. I figured they would get banging on my car and by the time I got back we’d have a good handle on what it would take and when it’d be done. Funny thing, according to my Tesla App, the car sat parked the whole time I was gone. I picked up my rental car on September 20. My insurance covers me for 30-days. I thought that would be plenty. Many phone calls asking for updates (we can’t give you an exact date) with some finger-pointing at the insurance co. On September 29 I was told “We have begun repairs.” That was 3-weeks after I dropped the car!! By October 20, my rental car insurance coverage ran out. On October 22 I got a message that my car was in the shop being worked on. They found that the damage necessitated a new quarter panel. I sure wish they’d figured that out back in September. More phone calls ensued. Time passed. I was “in line for paint”. I was in line for “Finish.” “The car had to go to Tesla to get the tire mounted.” It was about then I just stopped calling. On October 29 the car needed to go back for re-paint. They didn’t like how it had turned out (I’m OK with that. Make it right). November 3rd was “I’ll get back to you”. On November 7, 2025 my car was finished!!! Two months to the day since I dropped the car. In fairness, the car was perfect! Good as new. No complaints about the finished product. But I ‘aint coming back

Still waiting to hear back from manager 3 weeks later and no response. Low quality job, lots of short cuts made, even with the months they had the car. Then all of this too- Car came back with a broken fog light. Additional damage on car that was attempted to be touched up with touch up paint. Not a good job even with touch up paint. Car was a mess inside and out. Polish/compound everywhere. Planning on taking my car to a different shop to fix the work from this shop.

I would like to compliment Pacific Autobody for their excellent communication and faithful estimation services. I worked with Carlos, who put in hours of work on an estimated repair. He was excellent with his work and communication; after choosing not to move forward with the repair, I was not charged. The front desk staff were also extremely professional. They have a great team and would recommend. :)

Hello! If you have a lot of extra money and want to throw it away, this is the service for you. If you have multiple cars and want to park one somewhere for a long time because there’s no space in your garage, this is perfect place for you. In all other cases, I do not recommend this body shop. On November 3, I came for an estimate to repair two seat belts. They quoted $1,469.86 and 9.4 hours of labor - far more than reasonable for a Tesla. The final invoice later showed less than an hour for the same work. Would you like that? 😏 On November 11, I left my white Tesla with them. I was told it would be repaired in 1–2 weeks. Today is November 24, and work has not started. Parts were only ordered today ONLY after my call. According to their own supplement, the repair should take 14 days. Yet an employee told me this “doesn’t matter” and estimated at least a month due to the holidays, without putting it in writing. I was offered the option to take my car back, but with over $1,000 in fees, even though the agreed-upon work has not been completed. They have only disassembled my car (without my request). I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and will continue to report them to BBB, the Department of Licensing, and Seattle GBC. Someone has to remind them what honesty and responsibility look like. Apparently, that someone is me.

I’m leaving this review after repeated attempts to get a straight answer. I’ve called Pacific Auto Body since Saturday, trying to get an update on my car. Saturday, they said the person handling it was out sick. No one called me back. Monday, I called again—same promise, no follow-up. I called Tuesday morning, they said they’d call me back—by Tuesday at 5 p.m., I called again, still nothing. No one’s accountable, no one follows through. The only communication I’ve received is when they’ve been charging my insurance company for supplemental damages that were found, and I was cc’d in that email. I’m not speaking for the quality of the work since I haven’t received my car yet—that’s a whole other situation. I’ve dealt with other body shops over the years, and this is the worst communication I’ve experienced. I was sent here by my Mercedes dealership—frankly, unacceptable. I don’t want any further updates on my car. I just want a call when it’s completed so I can pay and pick it up.

After much debate, I chose Pacific Auto Body, and I'm glad I did. I worked with Nick who was communicative throughout the entire process. He was responsive and answered my questions, which helped to lessen my nerves while my car was in the shop. I'm happy with the results. They did an excellent job.

Professional, competent, high integrity and welcoming. Needing auto body work is never something you wish for, but they made the process easy and a positive experience. The pricing seemed reasonable, and they handled the insurance claim and rental car for me. Excellent customer service! 10/10!

Pacific Auto Body did a great job getting my 2024 Model 3 back in order after an unfortunate incident involving a work truck and my parked car. Luckily the driver left a note and the entire repair was paid for by their insurance. Johanna at Pacific Auto Body was great to work with. She coordinated with insurance to make sure everything was covered and kept me updated at every step. She even went as far as getting me checked back in after repairs were completed to address some unevenness in the hood. Total repair time after dropping off my car was just over a month to fix hood, front bumper, left headlight, and left front quarter panel. About a week of that time was just waiting for insurance approval so I’d say a pretty quick turnaround especially for a Tesla. Really hope I don’t have to come back for a long while but glad to know they are such a great option.

Highly Recommended!! Carlos and the entire Pacific Auto Body crew are the very best and totally focused on client care and the best outcome for the repair process. Over the last 5 years we've had multiple situations where repair services were required and have always found our way to Pacific Auto Body. The most recent experience spanned the last few months of 2025 (nothing to do with Pacific Auto Body). The external delays were unavoidable and Carlos helped to expedite and ease the process at every step possible to ensure we were taken care of and our car was returned to us in better than new condition. Could not be more pleased with the support from Carols and everyone at the shop or be more happy with the final results of the repair. Best repair shop we've ever had the opportunity to work with.

I had an excellent experience with Pacific Auto Body following a significant insurance claim involving a late-model Tesla. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They handled the inspection, documentation, and coordination with the insurance carrier flawlessly, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Their estimate was thorough and accurate, and they were clearly familiar with the nuances of Tesla repairs and total-loss evaluations. What really stood out was their communication and attention to detail. They kept me informed, answered questions promptly, and worked cooperatively with the insurer to ensure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. It was clear they advocate for doing things the right way, not the fast way. I truly appreciate the help and professionalism from Nick and the entire Pacific Auto Body team. If you’re dealing with an insurance claim—especially on a Tesla or other modern vehicle—I would not hesitate to recommend them. First-class operation.

Pacific Auto Body came highly recommended to me by Mercedes of Seattle Service department. They specialize in Mercedes, BMW and Tesla auto repairs. They will work with you through insurance or out of pocket. They were quickly able to get my part ordered, and my car scheduled for repairs. My turn around time was just over 2 weeks. Their mechanics flawlessly repaired my car. Johanna was easy to work with, had timely communication and set realistic time and service expectations.

As a certified Tesla Collision Specialist, I naturally went to Pacific Auto Body. They did a good job but missed a few things. My door sill plate was removed and not put back on. Took months to get it replaced. They had to have a third party replace my PPF and they never replaced the front quarter panel and rear quarter panel. Just removed it and left it for me to deal with. Because I was so focused on inspecting the damage repair I never noticed they removed the PPF. It’s been two months now. They did a good job with repair but not pleased with final details. They were rushed to get the car back to me. I also noticed a scratch in the PPF of the bumper while they stored it. They park the cars so close, I’m sure one of the guys rushed and parked so close that bumpers rubbed another Tesla. Just frustrating, and that’s what you get when a teenager speeds and crashes into your perfect car. It gets repaired but will never be like it was. Oh and the doors aren’t aligned correctly so they strike the latch hard.

Nick did an excellent job repairing my Tesla Model Y. The whole team is super responsive, always keeps me in the loop, and is super fast at getting the actual job done. Just a couple of examples: I was able to get the initial estimate within 30 minutes from this body shop with a random walk-in visit. In contrast, the other Tesla body shop not far from this one requires a reservation and it took me 1 week to get the initial estimate, claiming that "there was something wrong with their estimate system." I would also like to point out that the whole repair process took me over 2 months. However, 90% of the time was actually spent dealing with the insurance company, while the actual repair only took less than 2 weeks. Nick was very patient throughout the whole process when things were out of our control. And I really appreciate their high efficiency compared to the bureaucracy from the insurance company. Overall, I would highly recommend Pacific Auto Body Shop if you are looking for high-quality bodywork for your Tesla.
