I have taken car to this service after seeing TPMS issue which doesn't go away even after recailbration. I was charged couple of dollars and they told me that tyres that were replaced(after a flat tyre) weren't from honda so you are seeing this issue. When I went to other service center of Honda, they fixed the issue in the system. Definitely one of the worst experiences.

Very disappointed with this place TWICE now. During a small job, they broke a part in my car, and made me pay for the replacement. Not just that— they returned the car filthy. Mud on the mats. Fingerprints all over the window. Scratches on the seat. But I should have known to stay away because several weeks before this, an employee misread the diagnostic and scheduled me to come back for a major repair. When I came back several days later they told me he had misread it and I didn’t need anything— waste of a trip and a display of gross incompetence. I certainly won’t be coming back for a third visit and I recommend you avoid your first.

I purchased a new 2024 CR-V hybrid from them about a year ago. And now it’s coming up for the first service that would require oil change, tire rotation and rear differential fluid replacement. Honda service plan which is included with all new honda vehicles would cover oil change and tire rotation free of charge, so I called to get a quote on rear differential fluid replacement. To begin, it took awhile to get in touch with service department representative (4 calls and holding for over ten minutes before I could speak to a rep). The quote that I received for a rear differential fluid replacement was ridiculous - over $260 with taxes. I called other local honda dealerships which quoted me half of what Honda of Seattle would have charged me. The lowest quote that I received from another local honda dealership was $105 plus tax for the same service. Therefore, even though I purchased a vehicle from them, I will not be taking it to them for any service and will take it to another honda dealership that actually charges a reasonable price.

I’ve been bringing my Civic to Honda of Seattle for service since I bought it. I recently came in for an oil change and to check out an A/C issue. It ended up needing a costly repair and it looked like it wasn’t going to be covered under warranty. My service manager Kevin Gonzaga went above and beyond on my behalf to get the repairs covered, saving me a huge repair bill right after Christmas. Plus, he was able to get the issue figured out quickly and I picked my car up the very next day. I’m glad I was able to work with Kevin to get my car fixed!

UPDATE: I’m raising my review after they addressed my concerns. I had my car towed here for repairs after it was stolen and recovered. After two months of waiting, repairs had NOT been completed when I went to pick it up. Honda of Seattle tried to get me to pay before seeing the car. Luckily I'd gone over the insurance inspection report in detail so when they rattled off the list of repairs, I knew that things I was owed were missing from that list even before I saw the car. When they pulled the car around, it was still full of trash, cigarette butts and duct tape from the thieves even though an interior detail was requested by my insurance inspector. The car was still missing a spare tire even though a replacement tire was requested by my insurance inspector. There is still a gash in the steering wheel. It was upsetting to see my car in that condition again and I had to work hard not to cry while trying to advocate for myself with an all-male team of employees who tried to pretend like they didn't know what I was talking about even as I saw the insurance report I was referencing in front of them. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I'm a young woman and admittedly don't know much about car repairs (I drive a Honda, so I haven't had to!) They told me they'd try to 'squeeze me in' for a detail days later and didn't offer a service loaner, only that they wouldn't charge me extra for what was their mistake. I told them I wouldn't take it home in that condition. With the trash and tools still in the back, it was primed to get stolen again. There were hazardous materials that needed proper disposal. Make sure you know your stuff and stick up for yourself, especially if you're a woman. They clearly won't do it for you.

Great experience with Diana Wong today leasing a 2025 CR-V! Honda of Seattle is staffed with friendly people. The process went very smoothly and Brandon Price made quick work of signing the paperwork.

I've own three Honda vehicles and have only taken my cars to the dealership for service. The work done is top notch but the interactions with person handling your appointment has been disappointing. For example when I'm waiting while my car is serviced they would communicate with me by calling me instead of coming to the waiting area and talking to me in person. I'm taking my car to a different dealership and hope my experience is better.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY OR MONEY tldr: a part that was replaced by Honda was not properly screwed in. Instead of screwing it in properly, they quoted me and additional $1600 for more repairs and to replace more parts. In Sep 2024, I had my 2013 Honda Fit towed to Honda of Seattle after the acceleration stopped, and my engine light/traction control light came on. Josh Trichak at Honda helped me and sent me the quote. I was quoted for $3,187.38 to: -Replace the spark plugs -replace the ignition coil -service/replace my battery -service my cooling system -service my transmission -brake fluid exchange -big fuel induction service They said it looked like my spark plug in cylinder 3 became loosened and burned the cylinder 3 coil. It was recommended I replace the damaged one, or all 4. I decided to only replace the damaged one (not all 4) and have all of the suggested 10-year maintenance done. I paid $2,140.69. I was happy with the speed of the repairs and how fast I got my car back. BUT THEN, two months later in Nov 2024, I was driving to work when my acceleration stopped working again. I pulled over, stopped and started the car and was able to make it to work, but my check engine light and traction control lights came on. Since the same lights came on two months earlier, I figured I would take it back to Honda of Seattle thinking it could be related to the issue/repairs from two months prior. I spoked to Josh at Honda again, and was quoted $1,660.93 to: -adjust valves w/ gaskets -replace ignition coils "that were not replaced at last service" Luckily, my bf would not let me approve of these repairs without first getting a second opinion from his trusted mechanic. So, I took it to bf's mechanic who called me he next morning to say that there was nothing wrong with my car. He said that he did spot the misfiring, and on inspection, the part replaced in cylinder 3 was not screwed in tightly enough. Once he remedied this, he test drove my car again with no issues. He said nothing need to be replaced. Shoutout to Daley at Complete Auto Repair in Snohomish for looking at my car so fast and saving me $1,660.93! He was super friendly and did not charge me to look at it or tighten the screw that Honda left loose. It has been a couple weeks, and my car is still running great. No thanks to Honda of Seattle.

Josh in Service was Excellent to work with. Technician had a small hiccup but both Josh and the Technician made it right. I am looking forward to having all my needed maintenance on my new Pilot done by Honda of Seattle and would completely recommend Josh and his team.

Ma’Shon is fantastic! Professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He provided clear explanations about my car’s repairs, kept me updated during delays, and followed up afterward to ensure satisfaction. His expertise and dedication made the process seamless, and my Honda runs better than ever. **Highly recommend Ma’Shon—outstanding service!**

Do not, under any circumstances, have your car serviced here. They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on all four of our minivan wheels after a routine service. After experiencing a weird vibration on the highway (with our two small kids in the car with us), we did some googling and found that it could be loose lug nuts. Multiple lug nuts on multiple wheels were missing, and others were so loose I could hand tighten them. When we called, they didn't seem very alarmed and didn't offer us a next day appointment until we pressed hard on them. I called the Customer Relations Manager directly that responds to so many of the low reviews here, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. If you value your safety, go somewhere else.

This service department has botched maintenance work on my car for years. Today was the last straw. I purchased my car from their sales team, and ever since it's had the same issue: the air conditioner leaks refrigerant constantly. I've lost count of how many times I've brought my car in. Every single time they make an excuse about how the previous team made some mistake, but they'll fix it. They never do. It's just a constant cycle of incompetence and blame. After several years of this they finally decided to escalate the issue to their maintenance team lead. We took a drive together and he confessed that this was a known issue. Let that sink in. This is a known issue, but they can't fix it. The car was sold to me with a known issue, and they can't fix it. To make it worse, their turnover rate is so high I have to explain the entire history of the vehicle each time I bring it in. Each time they treat me with total apathy at best, and with suspicion and disbelief at worst. Why have I put up with this for so long? Because it was under warranty. I always had to fight with them to honor the warranty, but they always eventually did. Until today. I went in for a routine oil change and asked them once again to inspect the air conditioner. They wanted to charge me $250 just to look at it, and told me it would not be a warranty replacement. No empathy, no offer to research, just a flat out refusal. Then they tried to sneak in over $400 in extra services I did not ask for. The entire team is untrustworthy. The mechanics can't perform the services they're paid for, the front desk staff sneak in extra charges, and management throws out hollow platitudes but won't follow up with any meaningful action. Don't believe the responses they give here, it's just damage control. I know from years of experience they don't intend to actually fix anything. I could go on, there have been so many other incidental issues that just amount to a total lack of care for their customers. Learn what I should have years ago — don't get your car serviced here.

I honestly hate coming here. The culture and vibe is just off. The service guys at the desk are super gossipy and I swear every time I go in they try to upsell me stuff. Everything is rly expensive here too and basic things like oil changes take awhile. Once I brought my car in for an AC fix and they legit didn't fix the issue, could not tell any difference. For recalls, expect it to be days of you taking your car in bc they don't have they part or they don't have time or something. Like our time is valuable too and now I have to take off more work?? Go somewhere else if you know a decently reliable mechanic. Only pro here is the waiting area is nice and clean.

Be EXTREMELY weary of this business. My vehicle was dropped off and checked in at 7:21am and I picked it up at 9:11am. The total elapsed time for the service was 1 hour and 50 minutes. I was charged for 6.21 hours of labor totalling over $1,200 in labor alone. This is a wildly shady business practice and borderlines on predatory. Many of the other 1 star reviews are complaining about the same thing. Be advised you will get rolled with obtuse labor costs. I called to ask about this and I was told that 2 people worked on my car, I pressed for further information about the time spent on my car, my service associate confirmed that two people had worked on it. Confused I asked about that physically being impossible for 2 people to bill over 6 hours of labor in an 1:50 min the story changed and I was told that maybe 3 or 4 people worked on it and not 2. This blatantly dismissive hand waving is unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never use this dealership to do anything ever again and I will specifically avoid any businesses owned by Brad Miller and Tom Nicholson going forward.

They messed up a routine engine and transmisison oil change but overfilling the engine oil. I came back and they " fixed " it for free. Problem is the issue came back and now I am going to another shop to see if the fix actually happened. The only good thing is the advisor who helped me out. But there is an issue with either the mechanics or the QC here. There is no reason a simple oil change should be bungled. If the new shop fixes it and it turns out the engine or transmission oil was over/under filled I want my money back. I also will call into question the expertise of their senior mechanic.

**Edit** As explained over the phone. The service manager DID in FACT misplace the key. Arvin admitted it on a voicemail. After calling repeatedly and several searches for the car. The process took a whole month to resolve. This is pure incompetence on your behalf. We scheduled to have the rental picked up by enter-prize all you had to do was put the key in the proper place and or follow up on customer complaints seriously. Instead I get yelled at by Heath the Sales Manager that looks like PEE WEE Herman in a cheap suit.... As soon as they get your money they become the opposition.. BEWARE. Don’t buy a car here. Heath, Arvin and Diana are all careless. All these people want to do is argue. Imagine spending $30,000 here and having not turn in your rental car. Service took possession of our rental and lost the car for a whole month. After Arvin admitted they mis placed the key. I have this all on recording via VM. I will be contacting the Washington State Attorney General.

Don’t recommend to do maintain service here. My last 3 visits are uncomfortable. First, they spend 1 day on ac but the ac failed next week. Then I did an engine oil change maintain 2 weeks ago. After getting my car’s engine oil changed, I noticed that the underbody panel (or skid plate) was not properly reinstalled. Because of this, it’s hanging loose and scraping against the ground when I drive. It seems the panel wasn’t secured properly during the service. I worry the service quality. Hopefully, everyone knows this!

This is strictly a review of their AI booking agent. The agent not only hallucinated a fake pickup time for my car service, it also failed to put my appointment into the pickup queue, so I wasted my morning waiting for a non existent service pickup. I eventually had to call back to talk to a human and re-book a real pickup for another day. The service rep once I called in was helpful in getting this resolved but doesn’t make up for the inconvenience and wasted time on my end due to a poorly implemented system.

Great service here. I had a great purchasing experience for a vehicle I've reserved a couple years out and Timur was THE BEST! He got me exactly what I wanted and helped me feel comfortable signing an awesome contract. I will always buy my Honda's with him. Since them, I've been in for car service a handful of times and each time I was treated with the highest level of customer service. Love this place!
