Recommend people who are looking for a soon reservation, affordable (even free) service and nice service team to this shop I gotta say this is the BEST tire service I ever received from a tire repair shop. My tire was leaking, I called Sam on Wednesday and they have availability on Friday, while pep boys and some other shops only have availability next week. So prob you can expect to make a reservation without waiting too long When I got here this morning, the service team was really welcoming and nice. They said it’s gonna take around 1 hour and they finished it within 30 mins:) AND THEY DIDN’T CHARGE FOR THE TIRE REPAIR, which is really amazing in these days. Will definitely recommend this shop to every single person I know. I give it 10/5 Will definitely coming back:) thanks Sam, you guy really made my day

Honestly I don't even have the space on here to tell you how bad things got. They charged $1,600 to redo brakes and rotors on just the two front brakes. They never put the bolt back on the front left brake caliper! One month later that bolt rattled out causing complete failure to our car. We are on a weekend getaway trip which was ruined, we couldn't get a refund, we had to rent a car, we had to get a tow truck, 5 days without a car we then went back to pick up our car that they "fixed" they never verbally told us there was a screw in our tire. Our tire popped we almost gotten a huge accident. I called the shop they told me there's not much we can do unless we can look at it and you still owe us $900! They have the audacity to tell me I owe them money. They owe me about $2,500 as of right now and they are trying to tell me I owe them money. Not only is this an unsafe place to get your car worked on these are unethical people who are not thinking clearly do not go here if safety is your priority!!!!

Bought new tires here 3 years ago because they had better selection than some other places; no problems with the install or tire quality. Got a nail in one tire and they were able to take me for a patch job right away and had me out in a half hour. I'm sure I was lucky to catch a slow day but it was still awesome service.

I called the store and was quoted a $100 fee for bringing my own tires and having them installed. I told the associate, Sam, that I would book the appointment online, and I scheduled one for 10/30/2025 at 4:30 PM. I received a confirmation text, followed by another message stating that the earliest available slot was actually 2:00 PM on the same day. Since I couldn’t make it at 2 PM, I replied to the text, but no one responded. The next day, I received an email confirming my 4:30 PM appointment. However, when I arrived at 4:30, the front desk associate said that due to a “software glitch,” they weren’t able to notify me that the store does not accept appointments after 3 PM, even though their website clearly allows booking past that time. He even blamed the issue on “Microsoft’s server problem.” As a software engineer, I tried explaining how these things typically work, but he kept arguing instead of helping. It was extremely frustrating - instead of acknowledging their mistake, he kept insisting that I should “take time off work” and come in at 2 PM, despite multiple time slots being available earlier in the day. On top of that, he quoted me $150, not the $100 that I was originally told. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and a very unprofessional experience.

I asked a very simple, trivial question about a wrench I dropped in my engine bay. The guy on the phone gave me very rude remarks and was very challenging to speak to, even when I offered gentle patience. I asked if I could come in today, since I saw time on their website for today, and instead of telling me "no, not today, sorry" the guy on the phone insisted to just say "I have these two times for tomorrow." It's not that hard, just say "no" when I have a clarifying question. Instead, he gives me a rude remark like "I've said it four times already, I don't want to say it a fifth time." Just answer the question man. Awful experience, I won't be visiting for service even though I live 2 minutes down the street.

Went in for a leaky tire. I expected to drop off my car for the day, but in 20 minutes it was repaired and I was on my way. Make an appointment and know that you won’t need to need to make a day of it. Very satisfied and grateful for excellent service!

Buyer beware. This place scams those who don’t know better, they just gave me an egregious quote. I brought my truck in for an alignment, they told me that it needed struts and shocks and gave me a quote that seemed far too high to me for the work needed. I went down the road and got a quote for half the price, saving me over $1,100.00. As a cherry on top they charged me over $100 for a setup fee even though they deemed no alignment was needed. Under normal circumstances I’d be happy to pay this, they did check my alignment and diagnosed an issue with my truck, but in these circumstances, paying $105 to walk out of there with nothing but a scam of a quote, it just feels yucky

Made an appointment for 2 cars and had both issues diagnosed within the hour! They patched our van’s tire after it got a screw in it and on our other car, we got a replacement wheel ordered and installed same day for a reasonable cost. Very friendly and fast service. Would recommend to anyone.

Super nice, friendly, and helpful. I live nearly 3 hours away and was in Seattle for a doctor's appointment. I got a bolt screw in my Les Schwab tire. But the 2 Les Schwab's wouldn't help. Point S relieved my stress and renewed my faith that there are still good people out there. Side note, I overheard a conversation about a front end brake job. Wish I lived closer. Mine cost me $400 bucks more🫤🤷‍♀️

I normally don’t do reviews but I have to on this one. I had to reschedule multiple times due to my behalf being a field mechanic. I tried dropping my van off early so finish a job while van got fixed but they were pack and had zero room and politely ask for me to come back on my schedule 2pm. I was there right at 1:50 because on time you are late . Service tech grabbed my van and really hustle so I could get back on the road. Manager/front desk gentlemen was super awsome as well. I will defiantly come back and refer them!
