Superior Auto Service was great to work with! They did an audit on my van and got super similar results to another shop I took it to, and were able to repair all of the most important issues within a few days. I went back and forth with them a few times about what I wanted done since I was hesitant about money and they were expensive fixes, but they were super agreeable the whole time and gave great communication.

These guys delivered. Every time I called them, or they called me about my Jeep they were courteous. They acted like they wanted my business which I can’t remember the last time I’ve experienced that walking into an establishment. Their pricing was fair and upfront. The woman at the front desk (who greeted us every time we went into the shop) sent me and email with pricing and explanations but also offered to go over it with me on the phone. Pick up and drop off was easy. I will definitely be returning.

It's very hard to find a shop that will not only do good work, but lay out all the facts about what's going on with the car, and then let you make an informed decision about what to do next. I feel that Superior Auto Service does that, and does quality work. They are busy, and you will have to schedule pretty far in advance to get an appointment, but to me it's worth it to know that the car will be fixed right, and that you will know exactly what's going on now, and what needs to be done in the future. It's not the cheapest option to have your car fixed here, but they really stand by their work, and if something doesn't turn out right, they will make it right. They work pretty fast too, once the car is in the shop, you will have it back and working correctly in short order. So relieved to have a shop that I feel is honest and fair, and thorough in the way it does car repair. Keep up the great work!

I have nothing but great things to say about the service here. I brought my van in for an initial inspection on a whim and Scott (shout out to Scott in particular as he worked with me the most) , Keith, and the entire team of mechanics have been fantastic in solving all of its issues. They explain what needs to be done and what doesn't, and they stand behind their work. If you're looking for an honest shop look no further! Picture for fun, as without their work my van wouldn't be able to have fun pictures!

My tire blew out right across the street and when I walked in to ask for help changing it to my spare, they quickly stepped in to get it done. I spoke with Jared , who was very communicative during this exchange and I am very grateful to have had their help. They got the spare on and very kindly declined my offer to pay. Superior Auto Service is a great auto repair shop with both kind and helpful staff. During a move from Seattle, WA to the San Francisco Bay Area a few months back, I unfortunately encountered a mechanical failure with my vehicle that left the driver-side window rolled down with no ability to roll it back up. I was moving quite a few of my personal goods in my car and would be traveling a long distance over multiple days, so this small mechanical failure was going to wreak havoc on my moving plans. I called in to Superior and they were able to get me in and resolved the issue (which I have not had any trouble with since) with a one day turn around time, allowing me to complete my move on schedule. In addition to the diligent support they provided me during this circumstance, I trusted them with repairs and maintenance for my vehicle (2011 Chevrolet Impala LS) throughout the three years that I lived in Seattle, WA and they always did great work and were able to schedule me within a reasonable amount of time. I recommend Superior Auto Service; I trust that they will treat others with the same respect and level of service that I was shown.

They found a small issue with my car during the inspection and they emailed me a summary of the problem and a quote for a fix, instead of pressuring me to make a decision right there.

Employees were very nice and helpful however, there was a lack of severity with regards to communication. I went in with engine trouble that eventually required the car taken to a separate site, yet I was still charged. They charge at a minimum ~$190 for just looking at. It was not made clear that even if nothing is done, that I would still be charged that regardless. Something that I have not experienced with other mechanics before.

I've used Superior Auto Service multiple times now for a wide swath of repairs and regular maintenance items on my 2005, >100k mile vehicle including but not limited to: regular oil changes, battery replacements, suspension replacements, spark plug replacement, headlight replacement, brake service and replacement, and inspection. Across all of these repairs and when compared with other auto repair shops, I've found the prices to be reasonable and transparent. Communication with the Superior team has been excellent, updating me on repairs and repair time estimates. I will continue to go back to Superior Auto Service because their repairs and work have been great and their pricing has been transparent.

I have been taking my 1996 Subaru Legacy to Superior for a while now. They keep my super clean, 30 year old car running great! Superior is an honest and trustworthy shop that does excellent work. I love the diagnostic and repair itemization and breakdowns. Very helpful. Their honest advice on prioritizing repairs is much appreciated, especially when owning an old car. I have looked and they do not mark up parts. In fact sometimes parts are cheaper purchased through them. Labor costs are a bit higher than other shops but I am happy to know I am paying for truly skilled and experienced mechanics for high quality work. Highly recommend Superior!!!
