So easy to pick up the Tesla you ordered online. Takes like 15 min to complete and you're driving it away! It's all done in the app prior. They have it parked with your name placard all cleaned up and charged. Really good customer service. Can't recommend enough

They will give you an estimate but when you schedule the service the price will suddenly go up (original estimate date 9/23/23, appointment scheduled and new price given 10/2/23). They will try everything possible including lying and treating you like an idiot who cannot read an estimate to justify the price difference and in the end they will say "Sorry, the price of the parts went up, there's nothing we can do" so you are stuck paying the inflated price. Any reputable business will honor an estimate for 30 days! Edit to add: In addition to not honoring their estimate, they chipped the corner of my windshield while replacing my glass roof and instead of telling me about it, they said NOTHING. Thankfully I noticed it when I got home and when I contacted them about it they did say they would replace the damaged windshield but it still resulted in an additional day of missed work and additional ferry fares because of how far I live from the service center. I absolutely cannot recommend this service center for any repairs and if you do have to use them, be sure to take pictures/video of the condition of your car before you take it in.

1. They can’t fix your problems. They just mark them fixed, either without even attempting or not knowing what they did. 2. They create new problems. I got back my car with totally missing parts after service 3. Since they can’t fix issues, even when an issue is evident, the so called supervisor and leads say it’s normal. 4. They cause additional damage to the car and don’t take responsibility 5. These people don’t have common sense, they have Tesla nonsense. To summarize, they try their best to make you frustrated and hate Tesla. If that’s their job, they are amazingly good at it.

Got brand new model X initial service there, only to get driver side door paint chipped and multiple scratches in trunk. They're now scheduling the 3rd visit to fix the scratches but I don't want to waste my time off on these endless loops.

This location is very terrible name Milo's. He flat my other tire pretending nothing happened. His boss or supervisor or owner probably doesn't know what happened to me or feel. I hate you.......I wished what you did to me will come back to you Tribble . 😠 😡 😤

I had an appointment for wheel alignment and tire rotation so I went in and the advisor I met was good but after the repair was done, I noticed steering wheel is tilted so I contacted back the advisor and he told me to come back next day and I did. I had a ride along with a technician for them to see if the steering wheel was off center and the tech noticed it as well. Since they couldn't get it done that particular day, I was told to come back next day. They gave me a loaner but it was dirty and bruised up vehicle. I was surprised because I thought tesla had excellent customer care but little did I know it was a first for me to bring a car for maintenance at tesla service center. So I came next day early morning to pick up my vehicle after I was notified my car was ready to pickup around 9ish pm. So still now, the issue of the steering wheel being crooked is not resolved. I don't know if there is miscommunication between the advisor and the technician but repair was not worth it at all. I've decided to go somewhere else. Oh and my car was returned to me dirty so I had to detail it.

Amazing experience. Made a last minute book to fix a torn ABS wire and some sensor issues, they serviced it immediately and got it ready for pickup in just 1 day! They also went above and beyond by cleaning my mats when they didn’t have to. They were also providing updates via the Tesla app and were super prompt to respond there as well. It was my first time taking my Model Y there and I am so, so happy to have received truly 5 star service from this team. Thank you!

I brought my Tesla to the Seattle Service Center for a drive unit replacement, trusting Tesla’s reputation for innovation and quality service. Instead, what I experienced was beyond disappointing. After starting work on my vehicle, Tesla’s technicians damaged the wheel hub while attempting to remove a lug nut—something that should be routine for any competent service center. Rather than taking responsibility, I was given an ultimatum: sign a waiver absolving them of liability for the damage or take my car back in an undrivable state. To add insult to injury, they handed the car back with the wheel unsecured, despite Tesla’s own policy requiring vehicles to be returned in a safe condition. Then came the excuses, including claims that the hub was previously damaged—yet there’s no documentation or evidence to back this up. It’s ironic that a company so focused on "moving forward" can’t even figure out how to remove a lug nut without causing damage. If this is their version of 'excellence,' I’d hate to see what happens next. If you value your time and your car, I strongly recommend avoiding the Tesla Seattle Service Center. Tesla needs to start prioritizing its customers over whatever new distractions are taking up management’s attention.

Overall a great experience I had a broken frunk - It wasn't opening. The service I requested was quoted at ~$800 to replace both latches. I dropped it off without issue at 9AM, they provided a loaner car for me (newer, gray model with FSD), and they finished up at 3:15PM (~6 hours). They ended up only needing to replace one of the two latches, so I was only charged $300. I am very pleased with the service. It felt fast & efficient, and it was done very professionally with integrity.

Damaged my brand new car during the first service by putting it on a lift wrong. Denied responsibility, lied to me. Then accepted responsibility, fixed some of the damage and offered a credit. That was never received. I’ve placed several calls and emails to the service center and have had no response for a month

Very bad experience with new car delivery. Received the car covered with dust and mold on door handles, when showed this to the executive he offered to wash, he again did poor job with dry wash and returned with a fresh scratch. It looked like the scratch was done deliberately. Both me and my wife came home 😭.

I had Justus help me. She was very nice and communicated well. I got a flat tire that destroyed my tire, wheel and sensor. Tesla Roadside called ABC Towing to bring me a loaner tire. When I arrived at my service appointment, I was estimated 1 hour for repairs and it took about 2.5 hours. Justus did come into the waiting room and let me know what was going on. For someone who had never had a service appointment with Tesla or at this location: 1. If you have a service appointment, drive up the ramp on the north side of the building. No need to park and go inside. 2. Service appointments start at 9am even though there are time slots for 8am. 3. There’s a PIN set on your car when you pick up. The pin is in your Tesla messages in the app. Some slight things that were frustrating about this appointment but overall my car is fixed within a timely manner.

DO NOT bring your car here unless you want more damage to your car. The service I received was fine (a simple wheel swap), but they damaged one of my doors in the process. They are refusing to take accountability for it and I now have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. They are claiming since the damage is on a part of the car they didn’t service that they are liable, but I think I’d remember slamming my door hard enough into something to make a sizable dent. My car door has been not latching properly ever since picking it up (I noticed after I drove home unfortunately). If you bring your car here make sure to do a walk around of your car at pickup and take pictures of your car before service. Read the other one star reviews, this isn’t the first time they have done this.

I had a great experience getting my flat tire fixed. Roadside assistance came to my house to put a loaner tire and take my flat. The next day, I went to the service center to get my repaired tire reinstalled. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The waiting room is nice too. Overall pleasant experience.

the staff here are friendly enough but i have to question if they really know what they are talking about? brough my car in for two small rock chips OUTSIDE of line of sight on the windshield; both less than 1/4" across and one with only very light spidering. they told me they weren't able to fix the chips because "there wasn't enough of a divot to fill" which is completely bogus. you do not need a large hole to perform a resin repair. i feel like they just didn't want to do the repair since it was a relatively cheap repair and they wouldn't profit from it; they told me my only option was to replace the windshield (north of $1600). plus their quote was already way overcharging me for the two rock chips ($140 for two when most local shops charge $60-70).

Mason Ear helped me during an extremely stressful time. I had lost my wallet, which contained my driver’s license and Tesla key card, while also dealing with flooding in my home; most of my belongings were packed away. I tried to reboot and delete the key card through the app out of concern that someone could access my car, but I couldn’t complete the process without the second card. I attempted to get service through the app, but the wait time was 15 days. When I went to the Tesla center without an appointment, I met Mason and explained everything. He immediately said, “I can see how complicated this is. Let me help you.” Within minutes, he issued a new key card, deleted the old one, and reassured me that everything was secure. The entire experience was incredibly easy and human at a moment when I really needed that. Thank you, Mason! I truly appreciate your help and kindness.

If you are here for a service appointment, you may drive up all the way to the Service section until you see the check-in employees, don't have to park your car outside and walk in to ask. - Make sure to bring the car key and clean up the personal things inside the car before driving there. - My service is estimated about 2 hours for the window alignment and car trunk gap lining, hence I decided to wait in the customer room which has wifi and coffee. The progress is updated regularly in the app, no one really talking to you in person, even when the service is completed, you just got the message and go to find your car outside along the 6th ave (or find it in Location tab in the Tesla app). Not sure why my car was parked well far away to the south, took me 5 minutes to find it. It is what it is, be courtesy and good luck with your service.

I had to insist on giving Carlos my copy of MrBallen's newest graphic novel--he was just SO helpful this morning and saved me a LOT of precious time. And also dropping off the car I had a great experience and they put me in a really nice loaner. I haven't gotten the survey yet so i wanted to put this because the young man that helped me (i think Cici based on the app messages) was just fantastic. i was feeling a lot of anxiety for some reason and i was totally disorganized and bumbling when i showed up but he gracefully got me to the finish line. Plus peep this spotless loaner. <skrrt skrrt>

I had two times great experience at Tesla Service Seattle SODO. Special thanks to Supervisor Parise Martin — he is extremely patient, professional, and always greets every customer with a warm smile. Even though my English is not very strong, he understood my issues quickly and helped me right away. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and hope more staff can follow his example. Highly recommend this service center! After the contactless drop-off, I returned to my car and found a small WeChat greeting card. On a rainy Seattle day, that little touch brought a lot of warmth.
