Scanwest is one of the best. It’s very hard to find Saab parts and they were able to find them when no one else could. They pulled the part for me and I went out and got it that day. I’ve used them twice and both times I’ve been extremely satisfied. The staff is very friendly and I couldn’t have done the job without their help. They even took the time to verify that I was getting the correct part for my problem. If you are in need of parts for a Saab (or I suspect any car, that is difficult to find parts for) you can’t find a better place to get them. They are very easy to find on the map and they will hook you up with what you need or you probably can’t get it, so definitely give Scanwest a try!

We’ve been bringing our cars to Scan West and over the years we’ve been quite happy with their service. We’ve found them to be conscientious and skilled. As one example among many, we took our car to be fixed and an hour later, Craig, the manager called to tell us that the issue is still under warranty and we don’t need to spend money with them. Bought my 1998 Saab 900 turbo which had leaks, engine issues and I also crashed it they transformed my car from looking like something that you'd find for like 300 dollars on Craigslist into my glorious Saab 900 that I have today. I would recommend them to anyone who owns a Saab. They do high quality work, got my car back better than when I first bought it. (I opted not to have the bumper repainted)

I sent my 1991 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible to Scanwest. They answered all my emails and calls to prioritize repairs and maintenance quickly. So pleasant and helpful throughout the process. After making an appointment for oil change and regular auto inspections, my tire pressure light came on. When I brought my car in for the oil change, Scanwest quickly determined the issue (failed tire pressure sensor) got my ok to perform repair, and got it done. These are straight up good people and good mechanics. I recently had a bunch of service done on my 2008 9-5 Aero and these guys did a great job. They were very good at communicating the issues and letting me decide on the path forward. During the initial evaluation they noted that the driver's seat was torn. That had been an issue and the seat warmer in that seat had been shorting in the seat, so it had a hot spot that burned my butt, so I just didn't use the seat warmer. Rob had the exact same seat from his wife's car that was in an accident and they offered to swap seats. I didn't think the price of the seat was something I wanted, and that I could live with the ripped seat, so I turned it down. In the end they ended up just throwing in the seat for the cost of replacement labor. That was such and awesome thing to do. Thanks again guys.

Bought a 2006 Saab 9-5. Found out it had an open airbag recall. No shops near us were able to help us out. Got ahold of Scanwest in Seattle which was about 90 minute drive away from us. After verifying the recall and VIN they ordered an airbag right away. Due to my scheduling issues I had to reschedule a couple times. Turns out I showed up on the wrong day (my fault) and I wasn’t on their schedule. I drove away with repairs completed less than 2 hours later. Safety recall so no cost to me, and these guys are top notch. May be a little far for me to take the car for general repairs, but if I get In a real bind I know I would be taken care of. Thank you!

Believe the hype, this place is truly amazing. I drove my 2013 Audi S4 from another state to have it worked on here because of Scanwest’s reputation and because no other shop had the know how to rebuild my transmission. On top of that, when I experienced a small issue after driving the car home, Rob made it right without me having to ask twice. I thought people and places like that didn’t exist anymore, but they proved me wrong. Thank you Rob, Craig, and Joelle(sp?). You are amazing people!
