Brought my Tesla in today for an alignment service. The team at Tru Line scheduled me in quickly, were professional from the first phone call, communicative, up front with pricing, and my car is now perfect. In an age where customer service for many things is online or through text apps (including Tesla which is a major challenge and downside of owning the vehicle) and it is hard to talk to someone directly, this was an absolutely refreshing customer service experience that I haven’t had in a long time with this car. Would highly recommend Tru Line and I’ll be back next time I have any issues. Thank you for an excellent job.

Not the cheapest around town but the quality is HIGH. It will save you time going back to the dealership for alignment. I had my 4Runner aligned at a Toyota dealership, first the car pulls to the right. I came back and had it fixed, it no longer pulls the right but the steering wheel is not straight when driving on a straight line and is off by degrees. I went to truline because of the positive reviews and I am not disappointed.

Doug and the crew at Tru Line did an absolutely amazing job on my rare 19,000 mile 67 Chevelle SS ex race car. I restore these old classics as a hobby for myself, and Tru line dialed in every aspect of my suspension and alignment problems that I came in with. I had originally taken the bare frame to another shop (that has since gone out of business) to get straightened, and after charging me over $2500, I later found that I still had several bent problems on my frame. Doug was able to diagnose those mistakes immediately, and he fixed everything in a quick and timely fashion. My car now goes down the road straight as an arrow and smooth as butter. These guys stand behind their work. After two alignments from another shop, my truck was still pulling to one side. I took it to Tru Line since people say they are the best in Seattle. Unfortunately, despite their corrections, the truck still wasn't tracking straight. At that point, I assumed it was the tires. Five months later I did my first rotation and the truck still had the same issue, and I knew it wasn't the tires since I rotated from side to side. I called them up and they had me in two days later. In one hour they had corrected the issue for free and apologized for the inconvenience. I definitely recommend them. They stand behind their work even if months have passed.

Absolutely hands down the best shop in town. Professional mechanics, outstanding customer service. I’ve never before had a mechanic talk me out of proactive service I thought I needed but really should have waited until necessary. The only place that I trust with my Porsche and Mercedes for anything related to suspension, brakes, alignment and tires. Bonus that they partner with Tire Rack. Highly recommended!

These guys (Doug) are the absolute best in Seattle! Brought my vehicle in for service in 2019. In early 2025, contacted Doug about an issue that might be somewhat related to the initial service. Brought my vehicle in and they remedied it. July 2025, another issue came up and they remedied it. This shop is the true definition of going all out for their customers. Not as if these guys need any more great reviews but they definitely went above and beyond for me and were very communicative and straightforward. I brought in my '89 K5 Blazer that was just motor swapped for some steering, suspension work and an alignment. Took a little longer than I planned(busy shop) but I thought the pricing was fair and they even threw in a few extras and didn't charge me. It's getting more difficult to find people who are not only willing to work on older classics but are knowledgeable about them and these guys all seem to know what they were doing.

Great people here! I drove up with low tire pressure, asked for assistance because I didn’t know how to use the gas station air machines (yes I know, I’m going to learn), and they immediately offered to fill my tires for me for free on the spot, got me on the road again asap so I could go pick my family member up from the hospital.

Most expensive alignment in Seattle. I called 5 shops, this one was nearly double (285) the cost for an alignment. Maybe it’s worth it if you have a specialized car, need to extreme performance, or some other niche but for the average car this seems like wasted money. You can do better at Arrows (130), Masters (150), or Les Schwab (135).
