Poor communication. I called to ask if they did tire rotations for Sprinter vans and they said yes and didn’t ask whether I had custom wheels. When I dropped it off, they still didn’t ask about the type of wheels I had. Many many sprinter vans have custom wheels by the way. They took my van and didn’t call me to say the van was done so I called them late in the day and they said well they don’t do tire rotations for custom wheels and they declined to do any work. To top it all off they had left my van unlocked in a very dicey area of Ballard for most of the day.

Great folks. Went for a pre safety check because I hit a pothole and handling felt not so precise. They inspected brake pad, suspension and all the other pre safety checks for free. I got the alignment done and handling went back to normal. They charged way less than honda dealership. Awesome job.

Les Schwab and David saved our vacation! I don't remember a time I've had better and more efficient service. We had a rental Turo Audi TT RS and got a flat. We were able to come in late in the day when it would normally by impossible to get tires for such a unique car. David and his crew were able to source, order, and install the tires in just a couple hours before we had to leave early the next morning for a drive to Vancouver. Thank you so much to David and to Les Schwab staff for saving our trip. You all ROCK!

I’m not very experienced with cars but needed a solution to my flat tire I wasn’t sure if it was catchable or if I needed a new one, the lady at the front was very kind and honest about how long it would take and didn’t try and upsell me due to lack of knowledge which I truly appreciate. They even patched my tire free of charge :) thank you so much will be returning in the future!

The service on the tires was quick and easy but a piece of the AC vent on the dashboard was broken. I know it was damaged during the service 1. because I drive my car every day and 2. because everything in the cockpit was adjusted. The seat was moved all the way back, the AC was on full blast, and the map navigation was on which it never is. I called as soon as I noticed this ( 5 minutes after picking up the car) and they did not seem to care. I was told to bring the car back to check it and I hope for them that I get compensated for this damage. Update: I went back the same day to show them the damage. The manager checked it out and said they would look into it. They called me a day or two later and told me they can order the part and that I could bring the car in for them to repair it. I was not interested in sending my car in any longer so I asked them to just order the part and that I would replace it myself. I got the part today two weeks later. Overall the front desk was pretty helpful about getting all this done and I guess I got what I asked for plus a spare part... upgrading from one to two stars.

I made an appointment for new tires. The guy at the counter was nice BUT then I waited for 3 hours, for 4 new tires and an alignment that wasn't even needed. I was told it would be up to 2 hours. At 2+ hours I was told another 15 minutes. THREE HOURS. I will NEVER visit this location agian.

Had a flat tire repaired (no charge!) and the trailer hitch cover was missing when I later got some gas. Called and talked with David Rinderle (manager?) and without even a pause, he said he'd handle it. Called me back a few minutes later with news that he had one on order. When it came in, he had it sent to my home. Outstanding! I've had great Les Schwab experiences in Washington, Montana and in Utah. Great customer service culture! Thank you!

I bought tires for $2700 and they forgot to inflate them. It was around closing time, so I couldn’t go back. Edit: I’m adding a star to my review. I went back today and they refunded me for the tire disposal (I had asked to keep my tires and I did). I also asked them to refund me for tire rebalancing as a curtesy for the time I took out of my day to come back and get the tires inflated. They refunded that as well. David was very nice and seemed sincerely apologetic. I’ve always had good service at Les Schwab locations. Even though this experience wasn’t the best, I would come back. I’ll just check my tires and receipt before I leave next time.

Les Schwab is the only tire company I trust in all states I've been to and this one is no different. Excellent customer service and fair pricing. I dealt with two technicians, Victor who worked on my new tires and replaced a sensor & Hannah who I believe did the alignment. No complaints on either, both explained everything well and did a stellar job. I also worked with two front desk people, but I don't know their names unfortunately. The first one was a lady with dark curly hair who has dogs. Incredibly sweet woman who helped me with the credit line application and made my day that much less stressful. The second had colorful galaxy hair and was super knowledgeable and patient. They are busy as hell here, so I would recommend setting an appointment online (it's super easy) and be patient regardless. This place is full of decent, hardworking people and I'm really grateful for their work on my car today. Will come back if I need anything else!

He also explained they could do an alignment if needed which I was happy to have done given the circumstances of the tire blowing out. Incredible service. I had a nail in the tire of my PS4S. They are about 60% life left and I did not want to purchase another tire. They were able to take the nail out, patch it up, and have me rolling in 90 minutes.....at no charge! Everyone there is so kind and you can tell they take pleasure in the work they do. Let’s set the scene- I have been a Les Schwab customer for my entire life. I remember the free steak era! I have always been happy with the service, and have referred many people over the years. I am also a pretty “easy grader” if you look at my other reviews they are generally positive. I am sitting in the waiting room right now waiting to be towed off of their lot. I needed a rim they couldn’t find. So it goes…That is not why I am panning them. The manger bent over backwards to NOT help me get the serial number off the damaged rim. Zero interest in a creative solution. Zero interest in retaining my business. Wouldn’t let me pay them, wouldn’t let me do it myself. Just wanted me gone. Fine. Gone for good. You may also find out that as loudly as I tend to recommend business who are reasonable, I will tell everyone I know to find a different tire shop. So why two stars instead of zero? One star for all those years of good service, and another one for the employees who seem to be doing their best to keep up the customer service despite their manager
