Been taking my car here for over three years, seriously the best service ever! I’ve had multiple yearly maintenances, flats and recalls serviced here. They are extremely quick, efficient and knowledgeable. My service rep Tony Alongi continuously goes out of his way to get me the quickest appointment possible and during emergencies has been able to service my flats immediately. Unparalleled service and expertise, I will never go anywhere else!

Have been taking my A3 here since 2016. Recently their prices have gotten pretty high- $250/hour for diagnostics. After paying that ($1200 for a battery, oil change, brake fluid) they returned car to me with a check engine light on. They tried to claim that they never drove the vehicle (my bill says they did?) and that it was bad luck, but now I need new fuel injectors and spark plugs. Other service centers quotes me $1,000 less for that work, but I’m currently waiting for the tow truck since after their work my car won’t drive. Up until now I highly recommended this establishment.

I took my Q5 for the key programming and multi-point inspection. It was my first time visiting this service center and by far, this was the best car service center. Staffs were really nice and friendly, and the customer lounge was awesome. Ryan Malley helped me with my car and I was impressed how nice and friendly he is (and perfectly finished the service done). I don't live in the Seattle area, but I would not mind driving 45 mins to get my car serviced at this place in the future.

Beware! I had the battery replaced in my 2015 A4 by Audi Seattle. I paid over $300 in labor alone (for something that would take an ordinary person half an hour), only for the technician to not finish the job. After having all the electronics in my car TURN OFF WHILE DRIVING (power steering and headlights are the important ones), I found the battery cables were not tightened and the battery mounting bracket was not tightened down. As I drove, the battery had shifted and intermittently dropped all electronics in the car. There is nothing difficult about replacing a battery. I had the dealership do it because the new battery apparently has to be coded. I asked the dealership what they would do to prevent this from happening to someone else. The service manager said, “I spoke with the shop foreman and the looked over the original repair order information. I am very sorry that the technician did not tighten the battery cables and hold down bracket after your battery replacement. We do consider this a serious issue and have spoken with the technician involved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention allowing us to improve our procedures and avoid future issues with other clients. We do value you and your vehicles service. I would like to put a $250.00 service credit on your account for future service.” I appreciate the response and the gesture, but there was never going to be any future service.

I should have bought my car in Audi Seattle instead of Bellevue. Service is always outstanding and staff treats me really well, very different from Bellevue. They explain everything upfront and give you an estimate of price ahead, no surprises. Send the link through phone message for the car updates, you check the video and know when it's ready. No issues. All services I've done so far were really smooth. Audi Seattle services is highly recommended! Only downside is Audi in general. 2 recalls for Q5 in less than 3 years!!!! I hope I'm not coming back for another recall services soon.

I have been using Audi Seattle service for several years now. Their customer service has been deteriorating. They used to be proactive with their communication, not anymore. They still do a good job of servicing the vehicle and they usually pick-up their calls, but for a premium car brand like Audi, they are getting worse and not upto the mark.

I have gone to the Tacoma Audi for my previous services. The wait time for an oil change ended up being 5+ hours! The customer service was horrible as well. I decided to try the Seattle Audi for my 60k maintenance. I was overwhelmed by the difference in wait time and customer service! Sam was awesome and my car was done in half the time! Seattle Audi is my new go to! Keep up the great work and thank you Sam!

We had to go to Audi Seattle after another Audi service center could not solve our problem after two visits and many months. I got to work with Tony A and he was so helpful. Listened to all my concerns, he was so kind and patient. He followed up with me afterwards and everything is in great shape now. They knew exactly what to do. I have a great deal of confidence in the service there and I will return in the future even though the drive is farther. Thank you!

The Audi Seattle Service Center has always tried to do right by me, even when they mess up. I've always recommended them in the past for their sincerely excellent customer service. Particularly want to say Xay and Ryan are incredible service consultants and Derek the service manager is a stand up guy. It might not always be the cheapest place to get your car fixed but they more than made up for it by being communicative, polite, and helpful. I was not satisfied by the service I received during my most recent visit and they offered me a discount and tried to make it right. In the past Ryan has worked really hard to get me a loaner when I needed one and Xay is just the best at communicating super clearly and promptly so you can make the best decision for your car and have all the facts. If you work with either one of them you're going to be in good hands. I'll continue recommending them as a trustworthy place to get your car serviced and will definitely be returning for my own Audi service needs.

This was the smoothest and most courteous dealership service I’ve experienced in the area. I switched to Audi Seattle after three terrible experiences at other locations. Went in for my recommended 75k maintenance and left feeling confident all was done properly. Differences I experienced between Audi Seattle and the other Audi dealerships: Loaner car was ready and available as requested. Service time was as expected (slightly shorter). Ryan, the service rep, was attentive, friendly, and confirmed with mechanics that all of my concerns were addressed before communicating with me. I wasn’t bullied into extra repairs. The customer lounge and office area was perfect for getting my work done while I waited. Snacks were subpar…but I didn’t go in expecting a meal. Little things can make or break the customer experience. This is absolutely my new dealership for service and my next purchase!

Exceptional Experience with Francisco for My Audi Q3 2024 Purchase. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I knew I was in good hands with Francisco. His expertise and passion for Audi vehicles were evident, making my decision to purchase the 2024 Audi Q3 an easy one. Francisco's approach is a perfect blend of professionalism and personal touch. He listened attentively to my needs and his knowledge about the car was impressive, especially the advancements in the 2024 model. He was patient, answering all our questions in detail and never rushing the process. His recommendations were spot on, helping me select the perfect model and providing a fair trade-in value for my Audi A4. The purchasing process was smooth and transparent. Francisco ensured that all paperwork was handled efficiently, and I was kept informed every step.

I recently moved to downtown Seattle from Michigan, shipped my car via a transport company. I called Audi Seattle to discuss with the service agents. After checking with their supervisor, they confirmed that the transport company could deliver my car to service and they could receive it without requiring my presence, but also that they could hold onto it for a few business days if needed (parking and space is tight downtown!) I worked with Maria and Hailey on multiple occasions to coordinate this, they remembered me each time and were very helpful! When the car arrived, service manager Graham noted it was due for its 30k mile or 3 Year Service. He called me, obtained my permission and scheduled the service to be taken care of the next day. I was able to pick up my car that Saturday after delivery quite easily! Today 08/03/23, I received my Washington plates and while installing, I discovered one of the screws in the plate bracket had completely rusted out. I brought the car by at about 12:30PM hoping they could squeeze me in for an appointment, they could not, but Graham was there and was able to get the screw out and replaced in about 20 minutes to save me the hassle of coming back. They even took the extra time to advise me on how to manage the issue that my car has no mounting bracket for the front license plate (parts team had a few options for me and were very helpful!) I'm still new to the area, but already the Audi Seattle Service Center team have set me at ease that my car is in excellent hands with them. I will definitely be returning!

Really terrific experience at Audi of Seattle. I was on a two-week road trip and my Q7 popped in oil change light. Not wanting to wait I called Audi of Seattle to see if there’s someway they could sneak me in. Wait times at Audi. Service centers near me are for weeks. So I was very pleasantly surprised to be given multiple opportunities in the week. I was visiting to bring my SUV in for service. The facility is spotlessly, clean. My advisor was very friendly and engaging, and the service was fast. 90 minutes in and out. The waiting room as you expect was well stocked and the price was very fair. Highly recommended !!!

I got my a4 allroad serviced here. I have to say that this is the best service experience you could ask for. I’ve now worked with Dominique and Pedro and both are so friendly, helpful and know these cars well. I had an emergency today where I needed an appointment quickly. They were able to squeeze me in and get the needed work done on the car. They even got me out earlier than the original appointment end time. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The service representatives at this dealership truly deserve a five-star rating. Their attentive and diligent follow-up, combined with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, unquestionably sets them apart. I chose to give this dealership a try because of the diminishing service quality at another AUDI dealership. This was a result of some service representatives' inadequate follow-up. On July 8th, 2024, Derek Mckay, a service representative at this dealership, went above and beyond to resolve an overheating issue with my AUDI A3, which caused the engine to shut down after only 10 minutes. Derek promptly organized a team of technicians to diagnose the problem and provided me with a clear estimate of the repair costs and duration. Furthermore, he ensured that any necessary recall repairs were completed at no extra cost to me. Lesson learned, if you're not satisfied with the service at an Audi dealership, consider requesting a different representative or exploring other Audi dealerships to ensure you receive the service you deserve.

Justin in sales and Graham, one of the service advisor go above and beyond. There's an Audi dealership less than 15 min from our house but we drive close to an hour to Seattle because of their service. Highly recommend Seattle/University Audi.

New vacuum pump and high pressure pump in saying it would fix a misfire. Get it back and still misfires on all cylinders (I have a scanner). They have it for a week or two and say they tapped the transmission fluid and that there is shards of metal in it, they never did that, no pictures of the oil as evidence. Another shop said there were no signs they ever touched the plug. Then they say I need a brand new 18k transmission, and that the jolting feeling I have is the transmission slipping… well. See the picture, it was carbon build up. They never scanned it on the second time or they would have seen what I did, continued misfiring on all cylinders… and if they really were under the car they would have noticed the obvious torn CV boot. Pretty disappointing for dealership mechanics to gaslight you this hard. The cherry on top is another shop said someone had taken off the intake because it was missing its gasket, wasn’t torqued properly, and missing its partition valves! I messaged/called Graham the service guy and received no response.

Ryan Malley is our service advisor. He was an absolute professional when I expressed dissatisfaction over the lack of conclusion to a diagnosis. He politely guided me through their process and educated me (I knew just enough to be belligerent). We would highly recommend Ryan and Audi Seattle for service. Thinking back now, Ryan actually advised against ordering the diagnosis. I should have listened to him then. Completely my fault thinking that I knew what is best🫣

I came to Audi Seattle expecting professional service and clear communication, but my experience was the opposite. From the start, I asked for a loaner because I live an hour away and anticipated that my requested inspections might require multiple days. Instead, I was forced into selecting a pre-set 50K service, had my appointment rescheduled twice due to unavailable loaners, and then was told upon arrival that there was no record of my original request. Despite multiple conversations where I explained my needs, I was informed the loaner had to be returned the next day — completely at odds with the scope of what I requested. Only after I left frustrated did the staff call me back offering to “make it work,” which felt reactionary rather than proactive. The quoted cost of $1,000 for a basic inspection plus the 50K service was also unreasonably high, especially considering I can perform much of this work (oil, brakes, cabin filter) myself for a fraction of the price. What I expected was transparency, reliability, and respect for my time. What I experienced was poor scheduling, unclear communication, and a process that seemed focused more on billing than on genuine service. Extra credit: while I was once again explaining the same concerns for the fourth time, the staff interrupted me mid-sentence to thank another customer for bringing them doughnuts. That moment, more than anything, underscored where their priorities truly were. For Audi owners who value efficiency and expertise, I recommend considering an independent Euro mechanic before committing to service here. If I still lived in West Seattle, I'd be visiting Hans without question.
