Amazing job. Took my truck in for a wash and interior detailing. The level of meticulous is incredible. Like new. EDIT: since having my car detailed, where I park there are lots of trees and I’ve been digging out leaves from weird places. Every time I find the deep cranny I’m digging out of is meticulously clean. These guys are incredible. My car is clean in places I wouldn’t otherwise look. Can’t recommend them enough.

Thoroughly impressed with the work these guys did and highly recommend coming here. Brought in my black Outback for a interior/exterior detail, paint correction and 6 mo paint protectant service, and when I picked the car up it looked the same as it did when I drove it off the lot. Some things that stood out - they cleaned the engine bay and wheel wells, removed scratches/swirling on the *interior* of the car, removed some tricky sap spots, buffed out a few deep scratches and door dings I didn't think would be possible to get to, and completely removed all signs of swirling from the exterior. Even in full sun I couldn't find any evidence of swirling. They also completed the work very quickly. I had some aftermarket wrap/dip stuff done to the car and they were very thoughtful and careful about taking that into consideration. Jeff was also very helpful when it came to describing the process and options as well as aftercare steps/resources. You can tell these guys really enjoy their work and take great pride in it and it's really cool.

TL;DR: If you are a new customer to this place I highly suggest you heed some of the negative reviews before making a decision, including this one. The bottom line is that if you are someone who is willing to say no to more expensive options that are out of your budget and value consideration, and if you are someone who is unlucky enough to arrive at this business early in their opening hours, before the owner has arrived, you owe it to yourself to find another detailer who will treat you with respect. If you really are hell bent on hiring this business, just make sure to speak only to the owner and see how he reacts if you push back on any extra service that he offers. As for my specific story, I am not a detailing expert and I only went to Auto Salon at Leschi on the recommendation of my girlfriend, who had seen the excellent quality of their work on her friend's car a while back. We were choosing to try this place even though it was a pain to get to because of their reputation, which is an enviable position for a business to have. From my perspective our experience was totally normal: we arrived early in the day, sometime after 8am, because the shop opened early and that was easier to accommodate my work hours. We spoke to an employee at the store. He looked at our car, we discussed the kind of detailing on both interior and exterior that I wanted, he tried to sell us a few add-ons that I ultimately said no to, and gave us a cost estimate and a time to bring the car. We went home. I have never had an owner of a shop call me back on the phone hours after committing to a service to try to re-upsell me. First he said that I would need to bring in the car earlier than his employee told me, which was fine, but by agreeing to that he started to totally spiral into an escalation of services and products. By throwing his own employee under the bus, he said he wanted another chance to explain to me all of the services I had already agreed to, and the various extras that I had said no to. I made a grave error in saying the words "paint detailing" because he then started popping off about needing me to go get paint from a dealer so they could touch up all the little chips and deep scratches, which was not at all what I was talking about and not something I wanted, which is obvious since that was not part of the first booking at all. It is honestly astonishing the level of ego trip one has to be on to say your employee is the bad salesman when he's the one who got you a $750 job, and it is even more catastrophic when it is you, the owner, and not the customer, who backs out in the end, saying that unless I get a brand new estimate with him there's no deal. We wanted to make this work so bad that we even suggested just an interior job, so that we could try again on the exterior later, and the owner refused. As part of his frantic attempt at getting takesies backsies on re-selling me my own booking, the owner told me that he lives 1.5 hours away and can't always get to work on time. I think it should be obvious how absurd this excuse is. Certainly his employees would not have such leeway no matter how far away they lived, but more critically, if the only valid sales for this place come straight from the owner himself, then the store should only operate on hours that he can come to work, or all estimates should require an appointment. There is no reason this place has to be open at 8am to the public if a valid sale can't happen at 8am on a walk in. The only good thing that came out of this, for me, was that I found another detailer closer to home who is well adjusted and did a great job for my first interior detail job. I encourage you to similarly learn from my mistake. And by the way, if the owner comments and says I'm not a real customer, I hope it will be abundantly clear why that response is funny. You're right, dude. I, like an idiot, tried to be your customer, but you really showed me! Seriously, the used car dealership people had more chill than this guy.

Mice moved in last winter and shortly after my car became uninhabitable; mice crap was everywhere and the smell, good god, you could drive with the windows fully down and still gag. Anyway these guys did a fantastic job and brought my wretched honda back to mint condition. Had insurance involved since it was technically 'animal related damage' and they covered everything so cheers! But yeah big thanks to Juan and Jeff and whoever else at Auto Salon at Leschi, you guys are awesome.

Jeff, Juan and the team did an incredible job detailing and paint correcting my car. Exterior had wear & tear after 4 years and tons of scratches from driving through a narrow tree-lined trailhead. I couldn’t even see the metallic in my paint and now the car looks better than new with meticulous paint correction. Also very thorough interior & exterior detail. Fair pricing for the level of service and attention to detail. Jeff noticed and corrected marks I wouldn’t have. Will come back and recommend to anyone looking for high quality detail / paint correction.

My Subaru was growing a lot of mold from winter water damage and a moon roof leak. I wasn’t sure if my car was even salvageable. They completely took care of the disinfecting, cleaning, and installing of a new carpet kit, and then went above and beyond—even threw in some extra services. The photos show the incredible before and after work that they did, not including the exterior work they did for free! Driving my car back home with it absolutely pristine and good as new is such a relief, not to mention adding years to the life of my car. I’ve taken my car to Auto Salon Leschi twice in the last year. Once when I first bought it and 1 year later. Both times I’ve been absolutely blown away at the level of detail, attention, and quality that Jeff and the team puts into each job. Jeff, Juan and the other guy did SUCH an amazing job on my car! My car was stolen, it was recovered with a little water damage and two rat nests in the car! This crew did such an amazing job inside and out. They used the PurTec system on the inside of the car to prevent mold, mildew, bacteria, etc. they cleaned it from top to bottom inside and out. They also put something fabulous on my windshield and replaced my wiper blades, so I can actually see when I’m driving at night!I give this business my highest recommendation, absolutely fabulous experience working with Jeff and his crew!

Wow, just wow. I am so pleased with my experience at Auto Salon at Leschi. I had a sunroof leak in my Lexus, which resulted in a pretty terrible mold problem. I thought my car was a goner (and at best would never be the same). Today, my car looks, feels, and smells as good as new. Jeff and his crew handled everything, from the inspection, to the cleaning, to the pickup process with efficiency, professionalism, and excellence! You can see from the photos that a huge amount of work went into this--and I am sure it was not an easy or pleasant task. I am amazed by the level of detail & attention this shop pays to the customers! I plan to be back for routine detailing at this shop-it is 100% worth the money. You would be amazed with how much cleaner everything feels. Highly recommend.
