Service personnel was so helpful! Having recently bought an almost new used Volvo I wasn’t sure when it was last serviced. Since I was nearly overdue for service the service department added that to the recall notice I was originally scheduled for. I was able to get everything completed in one visit and no additional time as they did the work concurrently. Now that’s great service!

At the risk of sounding like a broken record (which is s good thing in this instance), there is NO BETTER customer service than that of Volvo Car Seattle Service and Auto Parts! Navid's service & support are literally a bit magical. I don't know how he makes its all happen but I am the happy recipient of his talents when it comes to getting my car(s) in for service on short notice, when it fits my schedule for being 'in the city' since I come over the Pass for service, and lining up a vehicle loaner. This dealership's customer service leaves a lot to desire. I paid over $400 for a diagnosis, to hear it will take another $14,000 to fix our problem without telling us what the problem is. My suggestion is to go somewhere else.

The service department damaged my cargo carrier on my brand new XC90 last year and promised to cut me a check for its replacement. Its been 9 months, and after 4 calls to their management, I've been unable to get any response, and am stuck with a damaged carrier. The manager Adam has failed to follow up after multiple calls. Super disappointed in this location. They also have failed to have a loaner car available after saying they will have one for me. I assumed taking my car to the dealer for service would be worth the huge premium I pay and that I would receive decent service. No such luck. Do yourself a favor and take your precious Volvo somewhere else for service.

Brought my car in for a software update under warranty, and shared that I was also having to top off my coolant every couple of months. They did the software update and kept my car overnight when they discovered what the coolant issue was (water pump). This was all covered under my CPO warranty, and they gave me a loaner car comparable to the car I own. I picked my car up the following afternoon. Very appreciative of the quick turnaround, and the car wash coupons! (No car wash on site). Kylar my service advisor was communicative and answered my (many) questions throughout the process with genuine interest and care. Thank you!!

Terrible communication and service. Scheduled a 20k check-up about a month ago, showed up on time and was quoted 2 hours, came back 90 minutes later and they hadn’t even started. Had to leave without them doing any service. Service team needs to improve managing customer expectations. Apparently one of their techs no called no showed? Generally had a poor experience with Swickard Bellevue leasing, and now this… Not sure I’d pick Volvo if I had to do this over again.

Volvo of Seattle handled our Oil Consumption Campaign repairs in a first rate fashion. Our Service Advisor Mr. Haq and the others we came in contact with were professional, friendly and very proficient in all aspects of timely and accurate communication as to the status of our repairs. The Service Tech(s) did an outstanding job on the campaign repairs as well as other service items we requested and now our almost 10 year old XC90 with 125,000 miles runs like it's new again. Excellent shop!

I regret buying my Volvo from this dealership. The service experience has been absolutely terrible. Just a few months after purchasing my 2025 XC90, I had multiple issues — a software update that disconnected my car from the internet and a charging cable problem. I brought my car in for service several times, but I never received any proactive updates about the status or when I could pick it up, even when they kept the car overnight. They rarely answer phone calls, and when they do, they transfer you to voicemail but never call back. Overall, it’s been extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend going to another Volvo dealership.

My 80,000 mile check up was done on 12/11/25. On 12/31 my low battery light came on. I made an appointment and brought the car in on 1/5. I stayed at the dealership to wait for the car. I received no text communication from the service tech, Andres Tovar. At 2:30 I walked over to check on the progress and was told the tech doing the work was busy with another car and that mine was next. I still did not receive any communication or texts so I went back to the service department at 4:30 and was told that the tech that was to do the work had left for the day and made no notes. I took the car home and brought it back the next day and the battery was replaced. Andres made many excuses and said the car was evaluated but no diagnostics were done on 1/5. He said it was not a battery problem.The next morning the battery was replaced within one hour. There is poor management in the service department and as well as on the repair department side. To lie to the customer and say that work was done and the car had not been touched is inexcusable. I have been brining my car here for 12 years and have always been pleased. There has been a change in the management as all personnel are new within the past year. Sadly I will not return and will use the Tacoma dealership in the future.

They provided video of inspection “walking” me thru what they are seeing with voiceover comments and providing written recommendations. Never experienced anything like it. Thought it was brilliant. I recently had to bring my car in due to running over something in the road. Great experience, as per usual here. Jeff Townsend was particularly helpful. One of the nicest people I have ever met. What does great Service Mean? It means not being a number and having a Service Rep who acknowledges you as a human they recognize and know. Nothing is worse than calling ahead, explaining your situation - and, in this case, it was a crisis. Only to head in to the dealership and ASK for the person you spoke with and for them to give that empty, blank stare as if you never heard of your before. In this case, I was at a meeting and came out to find someone had smashed in my rear window. No reason - no purpose. Simply stupid, senseless vandalism. I depend on my vehicle and I didn't want rain to get in OR worse give some access to vandalize the inside of my car as well. I called the Service Department and spoke with Kylar Moore. He was a service guy and looked like a modern day Clark Kent - I did not expect him to be Superman. He took care of getting my new rear window orders and housed my vehicle out of the weather and safe from further damage. He arranged for a loaner vehicle (I had to wait 2 days but that's reasonable) and helped me navigate my insurance reimbursement. I had 5 days to wait for replacement glass. Kylar saw me when I returned to pick up the loaner vehicle and said he heard I was leasing a new vehicle, so he was aware of enough to not just know my service needs, but also checked with sales to know I was buying a new Volvo, too. Smart! Kylar texted me to let me know when my vehicle's service was completed. I never had to guess. I had questions on my loaner vehicle which he promptly answered. He was present, but not invasive. He was professional, but not stiff and unfriendly. Volvo is known for safety. Clearly its a premium brand. But Volvo relies on a team of human professionals and Kylar demonstrated he's not just a professional he's a good superhuman, too! He even saved me the rock - that started this review. I guess, Kylar, rocks as well.
