The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. I've found it can be intimidating getting service from a mechanic being a young woman that knows nothing about cars yet wants to learn and get a fair price. Here I was treated respectfully, given a fair price and good service. The people working here have been working there a long time and know what they are doing.

Bill and the crew are great. We had a sudden car issue at Chick-fil-A - they let us bring my car over right away, diagnosed the problem, called us for authorization to do the work, and had my car back to us before 24 hours went by. I had a broken oil pan after running over some nasty road debris. I was able to leave it in the parking lot after having it towed over the weekend and the problem was taken care of by Monday at 2pm just in time for me to make it to my job in time. They also filled up my coolant for me all for a reasonable price with a AAA discount. I was very satisfied with the service.

I moved to Seattle in 2017 thankfully I haven't had any car issues in the last 5 years but this year has been a doozy. After a couple of other shops thankfully I found Edwards Automotive and entrusted them with my repairs. I work for UPS and it being Christmas time I didn't have a lot of spare time and especially didn't have time for a broken car. Bill was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle within 5 days (12/22 -12/27). Great service and great price, if your like me and don't know where to bring your vehicle bring it here they will take care of you ! Thank you for all of your help and getting me back on the road!

Decided to get my battery replaced here instead of my dealership’s shop due to the outstanding reviews. I was not disappointed with my service! Not only was the staff incredibly kind, they were very descriptive and quick. I even paid less than I was originally quoted! There is not a more honest, or harder working shop around. Took my VW to Bill over at Edward’s where he patiently worked with me over the holiday season to complete a big job for my vehicle. What was initially scheduled to be a multi-day repair ended up being a single day due to Bill working through the evening. Edward’s also managed to be the lowest price by several hundred dollars. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. The people are salt of the earth, and their work is top notch.

I've been taking my cars, both foreign and domestic, to Edwards for a few decades now. I've recommended them to friends and colleagues. You won't find a more skilled and honest mechanic. Today, I picked up my car, and the repair was $600 less than quoted (didn't need as many parts as expected). In 45 years of owning cars, this may be the only mechanic I've ever used that doesn't up-charge. He also explains the repairs in a manner that is understandable to a non-mechanic. Good service and fast work. I needed the AC in my car fixed. I called in the afternoon. Judy was quick to schedule me to drop off next morning. Bill identified the problem and resolved it by mid day. 1.5 units of R134A cost $82.5. Labor for recharging AC was $120 if anyone is curious how much it cost to recharge AC. Perfect spot for Stopping at Chick-fil-A for brunch if you must wait while your vehicle is getting serviced.
