INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Got a flat tire just as I was leaving Seattle for a week road trip down the Oregon Coast. I was already running behind schedule, so I was stressed out. I stopped by Friday afternoon on my way out, they patched it up in under 20 mins, and I was back on the road. The owner and workers are super friendly and honest. I wasn’t sure if a patch vs. new tire was best since I was doing a solo road trip, but they informed me of my options, I went with a patch, and had no issues on my trip!

Fetene, his son, and the rest of the team is incredible. I had a strange issue happening with my car. Fetene was very communicative, explaining how that part of the car works, calling me often, and checking every step of the way to make sure work was approved before going forward with it. He suggested the least expensive repair instead of doing more expensive work that might not be necessary. I needed the car by a certain time and the part was delayed. We were originally going to schedule the repair for another day once the part arrived. Instead, Fetene told me "your car is ready" and when I went to pick it up I found out he had completed the repair in less than an hour! He said "I knew you needed it today so I wanted to make sure it was ready". The issue with my car is fixed! I'm so grateful and impressed and will definitely be returning if I ever need anything else with my car. If you're looking for someone to do work on your car, look no further!

Fetene was lovely- I changed the filter and oil in my car so I gave this place a call to ask if I could drop off my old oil for them to recycle. He said I could. I also had an old battery, he said they could take that too. Swung by, walked into the office, he was on the phone but still took the time to greet me and directed me to leave the stuff on his desk. Really appreciate the help!

With the mixed reviews, my partner and I were a bit dubious of bringing our old van into this shop especially when we've had bad experiences as queer people at other auto shops. However, they totally exceeded our expectations! Not only did they fix the issue we were having with our brakes, they did it super fast! Our van is our only method of transportation and we rely on her for our business and they were able to fix her in such a short amount of time! On top of this, they charge a lower hourly rate than other shops and they were so sweet & friendly. They've made a loyal repeat customer out of us this weekend. If you need someone to look at your car, give them a call especially if your vehicle is older than 20yrs. The head mechanic has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and patience. Totally worth it!
