I had a pretty bad dent that left my car without paint to the quarter panel on my Subaru Outback. They did such an incredible job with the repair, that I was blown away while picking it up. Charles is a pleasure. He is super friendly, patient, did a great job communicating delays. He was able to get my car in right away from the repair and had by far the fastest turn than any other shop I got quotes from. I could not be more happy with the work I had done. When I see loads of 5 star reviews I think that places are asking for reviews. They are not. They don’t even sorta mention it. Their work is so good that im sure all the other reviewers were also so blown away they felt exactly like I do and said I need to give this place 5 stars bc they truthfully did excellent service start to finish.

TLDR: Drive the extra distance to get your car fixed here. I picked Fix Auto Interbay because they have good reciews and were recommended by my insurance. Needless to say, they did not dissapoint. Communication: Right off the bat, Charles was communicative and honest with me about the damage. He answered my frantic emails, texts, and calls as I awaited to hear about the damages. Throughout the repair, I received emails regarding inspection, dismantlement, painting, and reconstructing phases. I always knew what phase my car repairs were in which I really appreciate. I am new to car accidents so his communication was extremely appreciated. Time: The team was honest and accurate about repair times. It was about 2-3 weeks but it went by quickly- especially with the communication. Quality: The pictures don't do it justice. With the exception of a discontinued part that could not be sourced, Charles and his team left my car better than it was when the day I dropped it off. Even wiped down the interior! Also he left pretty much the same amount of gas as when I started, which is something else I really appreciate. I know there are plenty of other autobody shops in the city, but truthfully, drive the extra mile for this place because they truly take the anxiety and hassle out of car accidents.

The best experience here! I recommend to choose this place over everything else. Car left the shop looking intact, brand new. Work was done very quickly too.. Charles is so competent, he’s genuinely interested in doing the best job for you, a team player too working on everyone’s interest, client and other resources he can align you with, making leaving the car the least painful. He gives great advices on how proceed while car in the shop and tips on other things car related. A very charming personality. Will be back if in need again! Very grateful🌟

Charles and team at Fix Auto Interbay did a tremendous job repairing our vehicle after an accident. I initially selected Fix Auto because it was in network for our insurance provider, and the high rating on Google gave us the confidence we needed. The repairs took longer than initially estimated because the extent of the internal damage was much greater than portrayed from the exterior cracks. Charles and team stayed on top of every update throughout and proactively messaged me. It took the anxiety out of having the car in the shop. The quality of repairs speak for itself. The car looked brand new when we picked it up and is driving as great as before. Finally, Charles seems like a fun great guy and was easy to talk to. It’s evident how much pride he takes in the shop’s professionalism and customer service. As a side note: I got to see all of the detailed photo analysis of the internal vehicle damage. Very cool and unbelievably thorough. Everyone in this shop knows where they’re doing.

Out of all the auto body repair shops I visited, this place gave me the fastest estimate (it was ready before I left from my first visit), and it was also substantially lower than any other estimate I received. They finished the repairs in less than a week. The final total was a few hundred dollars more than my initial estimate, since they found some additional damage that they didn't see at first, but still about $700 less than the low end of the other estimates I received.

I found Fix Auto Interbay through my in-network insurance search. It was the only shop in my area with strong reviews on Google and Yelp. The entire process was smooth. Charles scheduled the appointment, notified the rental company so they could pick me up, and even provided a courtesy drop-off at the rental company, saving me an extra trip. The repairs were excellent and completed ahead of the initially scheduled time—the side of the car looked like new. They also did additional cleaning, which was impressive. Great work, team!

Charles at Fix Auto Interbay truly went above and beyond in customer service and provided much needed support as I navigated the process of getting my car fixed after a phantom hit and run. With his help, everything was seamless from rental car pick-up and drop-off to keeping me informed of the updated timeline. And, I was pleasantly surprised that it took just 8 business days from start to finish. When I picked up my car, I was super impressed with the results; it looked good as new. (And they even took the time to wash it, so it was all sparkly again.) Charles is absolutely the best! He’s incredibly kind, professional, and kept us updated every step of the way throughout our car repair. Our insurance was a total headache to deal with, but Charles made it happen - he handled everything and got them to finalize payment. Working with him and his team was such a pleasure. When we got the car back, it looked brand new - like it had just rolled off the dealership lot! They even went the extra mile by washing and detailing the car before giving it back to us, and they took care of arranging the rental as well. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had with a repair shop. We really got lucky finding them. The shop is honest, fair with pricing, and delivers outstanding quality and customer service. I’ve had to bring my car here twice (one of them our car was crumbled and couldn’t be driven) for two separate accidents, and both times the results and the experience were unbelievable and very good.
