Direct, kind, efficient communication. I saw these guys work with several customers in a wide range of gender, age, and race. They were consistently clear and polite, providing information about auto issues and explanations about cost. I walked in as an end of day customer with a tire leak that could have been a quick fix or a bigger issue. They were clear on expectations. Their communication with each other indicated that these people like and respect each other, too. As a work environment it felt fluid and friendly. I am absolutely keeping this place in mind should any major issue with my vehicles pop up again.

Living nearby, I’ve come here a few times for convenience, this last time unfortunately cemented me not coming back. I had front wheel bearing work done about 1.5 years ago and I started getting similar noise while driving on highway speeds. I had it diagnosed by a mechanic near my workplace and then I took it back here to see if there would be any warranty on the actual part outside of their regular 12 month 12k mile warranty. They said their old records have changed/the part was discontinued so they didn’t have information for me. On top of that they didn’t notice the sound or any issues on their test drive. Meanwhile I’ll just drive on highway speeds sounding like a prop plane. Paying that much for something to fail 16 months later and their response doesn’t lean well into believing in the quality of parts they use or the quality of work they stand by.

I am really impressed by this business. I have been here numerous times over the years. Just this past week my mechanic advised me that I needed new tires asap . I was quoted a fare price (same price Costco offered but they had at least an 3 week wait) and able to get the in within a couple of hours. Appreciate this business near me in south Seattle.

Had a rodant in my engine. The men didn’t hesitate to help me with my needs it took about 15 minutes and they had it out. They cleaned the car out the engine out and sprayed. Big shoutout to Dee who helped answer all my questions regarding my car / tires and being very knowledgeable. Special shout out to Alex!! I came in for an air filter change and they discovered the biggest rodent ever in the hood of my car 😭 Alex took on the daunting task of removing the rodent and was very calm and professional about it. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, thank you again! My family has been going to Express Tires for years and I will now for sure continue to go to them in the future. They have an easy to use online booking, comfy waiting room and friendly staff.

Called before coming in asked for 2 tires. With tax I got quotes $253 when I arrived they told me it would be $288 Now because I put tire sealant. $35 extra for cleaning it are you serious. After all the business my family has given to this place is a shame to have this experience. I guess why they say on the phone is wrong and not the correct price. Mr John is the person I dealt with. He’s the one who added this extra price at his convenience when I got to register. When asked y’all didn’t charge that extra fee last month. He Didn’t give a response and shrug his shoulders. ( wouldn’t have gotten this from the owner) “Can’t base what you charge on how the person looks or color of the skin “. Bad business

I have driven past this business for 15+ years. Two weeks ago I stopped in for a flat tire. They were responsive, incredibly friendly, funny, and most important, honest and informed. Two weeks later I returned for oil change…once again, great service, fast, honest, decent $ price. Moving forward, this will be my go to for certain services. Over 45 years of driving I routinely feel I’m getting charged too much for car services. This my fault for not listening to my father when he tried to teach me about routine car maintenance…that’s costing me now. But, when I walked into Express, I felt welcomed and appreciated…and in my gut I felt I can trust them…and I do.
