Excellent above and beyond experience here. Honestly. I came in initially for an oil change, and was told there was a short wait. Cool, no biggie. Parked, and then when it was time to pull in, my car wouldn't start. Uh oh. Luckily they check batteries here. The techs working on my car were super helpful. One of them actually tested my battery connected and disconnected, so that they didn't sell me a battery I did not need. That's just honest of them. Not a lot of places do shit like that. Clearly they weren't trying to fleece me. They also went above and beyond for a stupid ask of mine. I had a cracked bumper guard that I wanted to just toss, and one of the techs actually offered to remove and toss it for me. That's not really a service you'd expect them to offer. They took super super good care of my vehicle as if it was their own. Cannot recommend these guys more.

This is my regular stop for an oil change. The staff have always been kind direct and efficient. My oil change light came on earlier this week so I headed in for an oil change, Joseph greeted me and let me know that I was early for my oil change and I had a few thousand miles before I needed to come back. I really appreciated him printing me out a new sticker to remind me when to come back. He was really friendly and warm.

Had a wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube. I was impressed by their glowing reviews and now I am happily adding to the chorus of folks singing their praises! I drove right up on a Wednesday morning at 9am and didn't have to wait at all. I was immediately greeted by a team of very kind young men who seemed to genuinely care about/enjoy one another and the work they do. They took care of me quickly and even changed my headlight for free (I had the new bulb in my glovebox and had been meaning to get to it). They didn't do any upselling or pressuring to buy anything and truly delivered a wonderful service. You're in kind, capable hands here! I will be back.

The entire team here were awesome and treated me with respect and kindness. I held off on getting basic car care done because I have had so many bad experiences with automotive places. I’ve gone to them a few times. This is going to make me sound old but the nice kids there (lol) are always upbeat, friendly and seem to enjoy their work. I’ve rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes but I usually go late mornings (about 9am). They’re fantastic!

Was not informed of price prior to service. When I brought it up, they offered a refund on that service without me having to ask, which I was very appreciative of, as there’s no way we would have said yes to it if we were informed prior. While I was working with someone to process my refund another employee walked by and loudly said “oh it’s THIS lady” then reached over me to ask the employee I was speaking with if they were ok, as though I was a danger to them. I wasn’t going to write a review of the experience when it was just the issue of the service being performed prior to the price information, I totally understand that things can get forgotten and miscommunicated, but the rude comments and action from the other employee made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Jiffy Lube has always been questionable for me because of the upselling but I will absolutely not be returning after the way I was treated and will be happy to pay extra at the dealer if it means I’m treated fairly.

I had my tires rotated at this Jiffy Lube a few Fridays ago, soon after opening. Elliot was courteous, professional, and fast, and he even caught a brake light that needed replacing while I was preparing to leave, and happened to have a spare which he installed. Great experience, will come back!

I got my oil change service done on Friday, and since I was their first customer early in the morning, it was completed really quickly. They even applied coupons on their end, which gave me a much better discount than the one I had. The only downside was that there wasn’t anyone available to assist with the tire rotation, so I’ll have to visit them again for that.

I always have fantastic service at Jiffy Lube, first time at this location and will be my new go-to. There was no wait at 9am, quick, friendly service, took a huge stress of my mind (oil change, wiper change, and the basic checks) I’ve been to other 15-min service places that take ages!! I was prepared to settle in and work in the little lounge and it was honestly all completed before I sent a second email - WOW. Super impressed and won’t be wasting my time anywhere else!
