Quick Service and Response I had a mini accident near this repair shop. There were three other shops on the block, but they said they could look at it immediately. It took them less than half an hour to repair the car. The car guy was Professional and so was the receptionist.

Poor communication and service: a very uncomfortable experience. I'm not sure how they have a 4.8 rating. That was insane I just dropped off the car and I was standing there at the garage door it looked like there was barbed wire like I couldn't get to the entrance the main gate was closed and I'm standing there waiting and no one looks up to be like, "Hi there, Ma'am. What can I help you with?" It was so uncomfortable and not a way to treat new clients. Finally I see somebody and I'm like hey do you know like how to get service? Is there an office? Where do I check in? like I'm trying to drop my car he's like I don't work here and I was thinking you are a client here right so you would know how did you drop your car off you know but rather he was like offended or whatever so he's like I don't work here like do you have information about where to drop the car off anyway it was so uncomfortable and they were looking at me like I had three heads I was like I'm not sure like is there an office I'm just trying to drop my car off for my oil change appointment. how do I do this you know and I'm here for the oil change he gave no communication I was like does it come with an inspection? I'm like it's just a standard oil change right you change the fluids he's like filter and such and such as extra okay but yeah don't do any extra additional charges without you know calling me to have those approved yeah of course of course it was so uncomfortable and the office like you couldn't even get to it. it was like behind a dumpster with all this trash and he had to like pull the dumpster aside it was so crazy and then he just hands me the paper and I'm like okay so you'll call when it's ready you know and like he's not communicating and I want to know like what what's the process now like I'm free to go? am I'm done with checking in? It was just so bad and unprofessional. I honestly don't know how they have such good reviews online I can't imagine ever going back but I guess doesn't hurt to just get my oil changed since I already went all the way over there and made an appointment although he seemed totally unaware of my appointment hopefully my car will be done with the oil change but I don't feel like I trust the guy like if I needed a repair or something. They also sent text message to me multiple times addressed to another person. They confirmed a wrong appointment time. Wild!

I have to admit I put this man through so much trying to fix my engine… And even after the confusion, and my craziness… he did what most mechanics probably would not do he made it extremely fair for me at the end… and he was even considerate to my personal situation… he even gave me a discount… in spite of all of the confusion… and I’m gonna be sending everybody that I know there… this was the first time in a long time that I’ve had a happy outcome with a mechanic…And I honestly have never had a mechanic that was so caring… I thought he was like everybody else …😆But he’s not..and He’s definitely worth going to….
