I recently had an encounter with a piece of construction debris on a Seattle street and I took my car to JE Wheels in Ballard to have it looked at. The crew was great and quickly found the problem in the sidewall of the tire. I decided it was time for new tires all around and ordered a set of Vredestein Quattros from Tire Rack which the JE Wheels crew installed quickly and professionally this morning. Everyone there has been really good to work with. They kept me informed about what was going on and delivered the service on time and at a very fair price. I highly recommend them for anyone with tire issues and I will definitely be returning for service when I need it in the future. Great job everyone there!

There is no better, honest and more affordable option for all things tires than Carlos and his team. I have been serviced here 2 times now and each time (and as a female) I am greeted enthusiastically by Carlos. Its clear that the team loves what they do and they really care about their customers. Taken my cars here for the last year after getting tired with dealing with big box shops. I try to support local businesses but I also value the service and convenience of dealing with local shops. I have an older modified Toyota that needed an alignment after 5k miles of heavy off-road use. They fixed the alignment and my fender rubbing issues caused by my aftermarket lift. If you’re looking for a new shop in Ballard area I highly recommend these guys.

The best car repair experience I’ve had! I don’t know much about cars, and have had bad experiences in the past being over charged, but Carlos was super helpful and went above and beyond to get the best prices for my tires and differential cover. The customer service is great and got everything done quickly and efficiently, he even went to go pick up my tires himself when the delivery was delayed.

I want to preface by saying that the actual work done on my car by JE Wheel was done well and I have no complaints there. My issue is that my car was returned to me with grease all over the door arm rest, and two of my valve stem caps were missing. I paid about $550 to have the silencing foam removed from my tires and then to have them rebalanced. Cheaper than the dealer, for sure, but for that amount of money I would have expected my car to not be returned to me with grease all over it. The valve caps are easy to replace, but it’s the small things. I’d love to give them another try in the future but my experience was overall just okay.

I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire. They said I needed a new tire "due to wear" even though the tires only have 5K miles on them. They also said that because the screw was so close to the sidewall they couldn't repair it. I went to the larger shop down the street, and they repaired it without any problems.

I had a flat tire that was non-repairable and no spare, but I had a used tire stored in my garage. Carlos was incredibly friendly and understood my needs right away. Popped in for a leaking tire, and they were able to help me out. They found a nail in the tire and were able to patch it up for me (cost around $45). Took maybe 20 minutes at most to check my car and tires, and repair. All of the staff were really friendly and I'm happy they were able to fix it up so quickly!
