Cooks was very professional and efficient in giving me an estimate for my car repair. They used an iPad to take pictures of the damage and had the pictures including the estimate sent to me immediately - and made the process very streamlined. I felt reassured by how they handled my estimate and repair. The repair was done in a very short time. Excellent customer service! Thanks to Jeff and everyone else at Cooks!

I brought my older truck in after a traffic accident. Just the running board was damaged and I was going to pay out of pocket. The estimator at Cooks sent me to another place he knew of that would be able to do it with used parts and very inexpensively if I didn't need it to look perfect. This saved my a ton of money and the truck looks just fine. Thank you so much, Cooks, for caring about a customer enough to send them elsewhere!

Jean and his team are amazing. I had my car at VC auto repair in Marysville. They were trying to fix a totalled vehicle. Jean at Cooks told me to get the vehicle to him and he would make sure my best interest were taken care of. Jean believes in customer first and profit second. Thank you Jean, you will get me and all my friends and family now.

I was in an accident and chose to have Cooks fix my bumper because they were close to where I lived based on the recommendations of my insurance company. While they were not the most communicative shop I've ever worked with, they could provide information quickly with just a phone call to their office. I got my car back a little later than I originally expected, but when my blinker wasn't working after getting it back, I brought it back in the next day and they fixed it on spot. I was very impressed, and happy with the work they did. My car looks awesome, and the very particular color of my car is flawlessly blended. They couldn't have done a better job.

These guys are the real deal: honest, professional, and efficient. Jeff was fantastic to do business with; he was very responsive with emails and was very happy to work with me when I decided to purchase my own part to replace a damaged one. Service like this is wonderful to come by, and I will most certainly return to Cook's in case I need anything in the future.

I guess they think they are the customer. After waiting 3 months for a simple repair, nothing happened after having my vehicle for 4 days of an estimated 3-day repair. I called on day four to make sure I could pickup my vehicle and was told Jeff, the person handling my repair, was out on an errand. I waited 2 hours and decided to swing by. When I arrived, Jeff was in his office and came out and started to explain why nothing had happened to my vehicle. Before he could finish with the all his lies I stopped him to help save the embarrassment of having to come up with even more lies. I asked if he was going to pay my rental car fees and he had the nerve to say that the insurance company was required to pay for it, even though they would have been paying for his incompetency. So, if you want to roll the dice and hope that Jeff will actually provide you with customer service, go for it and I'll wish you luck. You might want to test his phone-use skills beforehand though. Maybe he has never been trained on how to pickup the receiver and dial a customer's number.

Cook's did a great job repairing my car after a mishap. Clint and everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and communicative of what the plan was and where the car was in the process.

Cook's Auto Rebuild gave us excellent customer service and an excellent auto body repair. Our F-150 truck had a dent in the rear passenger door, and the insurance gave a low estimate in comparison with Cook's. Cook's recommended replacing the door because of the components inside the door, which were damaged. The insurance company insisted on sending used doors, whereas Cook's was recommending a new door. The insurance company sent two doors both of which Cook's rejected because they contained prior damage, before the insurance ultimately accepted that a new door was needed. We thought it was likely that we would need to pay well beyond our deductible in order to get the repair done completely, but Cook's took on the communication with the insurance company and justified the cost. Ultimately, we paid only our deductible and the truck looks amazing. Good as new. Excellent color match. They made everything easy for us, and we are thrilled with the result. They went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done to their high standards and satisfied warranty standards.

Okay, I really wanted to leave a good review for Cook's but cannot. I've visited shops for repair in the past and this has never happened. I came to pick up my car this morning and had to wait an additional ~20 minutes or so because my car wasn't actually ready. I noticed scratches across the hood while going to grab my car - mind you, I came in for small damages to the left rear bumper. I didn't mind waiting for this "quick fix". To my dismay, I drove to work only to find more scratches on different parts of the hood. Check your car thoroughly upon pickup. I followed back up and Cook's said they'll need the car for the whole day again to correct this. I don't have alternate modes of transportation so I have had to take the bus or pay for rides to get to the shop. I would have preferred that they keep the car the amount of time they needed to do a good job.

Terrible. They had my car for 10 days. Finally after 10 days they said they would not replace my rear bumper because they did not like the previous repair that someone had done to the rear end of the car. That is their right I guess but they could have told me before 10 days. They said they understood the insurance company was going to let me know this but that did not ever happen. All through the 10 day period I kept getting emails from them that everything was on schedule and everything was OK with the repair. When I mentioned this to them they said these emails are auto generated and they really had no idea about them! Plus they left the back of my car a mess by putting everything from the trunk in the back seat, leaving it there as well as all the dirt and debris from the trunk.

Great bodyshop. Went to them because my fender liner was detaching, they didn't bullshit me and showed me how to fix it and where to get the parts. I was able to do it myself in under 30 minutes. They didn't even charge me for it. 10/10, recommend anyone with car body issues get them checked out here first.

Had a surprisingly good experience with Cook's. They replaced the bumper on our 20-year-old-old Volvo. It looks great. Unfortunately, the part came to them unpainted and unexpectedly raised the cost of the project. The general manager, Jean Richard, was very gracious and accommodating. In the end, we paid 10% above the original estimate, and Cook's covered the rest. I'd recommend exploring possible contingencies when you get your estimate (and any associated costs), but I'd also be confident that you're working with a team that values its own integrity and your satisfaction. Good workmanship. And even better customer service. Thanks, Cook's!

After getting into an accident, we were referred to Cook’s by our car dealer and decided to go with them. We had to wait almost a month just to drop off our car, which we assumed was a good sign—they must be busy because they do quality work. Unfortunately, that wait should’ve been a red flag for how slow and frustrating the entire process would be. We were initially told the repair would take 3–4 weeks. Instead, we were without our car for 6 weeks. We had to call regularly just to get updates, and every time we did, the timeline changed. The delays were always blamed on staff issues or other vague excuses, but no one ever took real ownership, just shifting timelines. When we finally got the car back, the exterior looked fine, but the inside was a mess—covered in a layer of dirt and dust, as if it had been sitting neglected for weeks. Even worse, we soon discovered that one of the tires had a screw in it, causing a leak. We ended up needing to replace the entire tire. I reached out to Clint with a photo of the screw, and his response was extremely disappointing. He claimed there was “no way” it came from their shop—even though he admitted they use screws like the one pulled from the tire—and then said the damage likely happened just from the car “sitting too long” in their lot. He said the screw looked “too old” to be from their shop. If I could go back, I would absolutely choose a different repair shop. I’d also document every inch of the car before handing it over. The lack of communication, delays, poor condition of the returned vehicle, and complete unwillingness to take responsibility made this experience incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend Cook’s.

My 2018 Nissan Leaf was accidentally hit while parked resulting in rear fender damage. Cook's came highly recommend in the neighborhood and I am glad I visited. The staff was pleasant and professional, very responsive to questions, and highly reliable. Not only did they finish the repair work ahead of schedule, it came in under estimate which saved me time and money. Huge tanks to them all! I highly recommend Cook's Auto Rebuild for your car's body repair needs!

Clint went above and beyond to inspect my vehicle and explain the process with repairs and insurance after I was involved in a fender bender. I had other issues with my car unrelated to the accident that he also took the time to look over and advise me. He very kindly and patiently answered all of my questions, without making me feel uncomfortable or silly for not knowing it. I cannot understate how much I was treated with kindness and respect here, which unfortunately is so rare for a single young woman in these scenarios. For one of the repairs unrelated to the accident, he recommended I go to another place to save me money. It says a lot about the integrity of a person who will turn away business because he cares about the customer’s experience and wallet. I cannot recommend working with Clint enough.

I recently had my front quarter panel replaced and headlight repaired after someone reversed into me. The team at Cook's was fantastic. Specifically, I worked with Taylor who ensured I got a detailed breakdown of costs, and anytime something new was found or a price difference occurred I got a phone call to talk through whether it was needed or not. I am so impressed with the speed and quality of their work, and felt that the level of communication along the way was exactly what I needed. At one point a part was $0.60 different than the quote but this was communicated to me because that's the right thing to do. I hope I won't need their services again but would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great autobody and repair shop.
